Despite "Hudelwetter" we spent a great weekend in this hotel. In the suite with lake view we felt comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the food - just delicious. We are very satisfied and will definitely come back.

Hotel and rooms were in ortnung.Hatten offer with half board. Dinner has always taken a very long time until the food was finally brought. For two courses over 2 hours.

Great hotel! Incredibly warm welcome and service staff. Good rooms with a fairytale view. The swimming pool and wellness facilities are also complete, clean and well-kept. All in all a wonderful place to quietly retreat.

The hotel is located in a quiet area directly on the Schwarzsee. The large, clean rooms with a view are somewhat older, rustic and comfortably furnished. The wellness area has a small indoor swimming pool, a steam bath and several saunas. Breakfast is plentiful, the food in the restaurant and the pizzeria taste good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Lamentable reception, the reception staff are mean. The cleaning ladies are mean. Dirty and dated room. I don't come back anymore.
We stayed one night in this hotel, the welcome and the quality of service are top notch. Very spacious rooms almost a small studio (3 people) very quiet. We took half-board, the table reserved was on the veranda, a very welcoming place with a magnificent view, the meal well above some 5 * ... We will come back with great pleasure, only downside, but this is a very Swiss tradition, not the slightest appetizer served spontaneously with aperitifs.
Decent hotel, restaurant = very good food but disappointing restaurant service ... untrained staff and little smiling .... very unfortunate for such a magical place.
We could not start the stay, because the ski weather all week our ski booking made a spanner in the works. The hotel was so accommodating that we did Could cancel free of charge, as the ski office had to cancel at short notice due to the lack of snow. Due to this short-term cancellation, we were no longer able to take advantage of our cancellation options, which the hotel showed us with their understanding and therefore omitted the fees, as it was not our intention. I thank you very much for this human understanding and would not hesitate to book again at the next opportunity. Hope that the weather brings a lot of snow. Thanks to the hostellerie.
Very nice location, nice rooms, good infrastructure incl. sports equipment. Food and service were terrible, worst experience since long. "Enjoying" it for the whole week on a business seminar. There are culinary alternatives in walking distance...

Very spacious rooms. Already getting old, but clean. A lot of carpet and upholstery. Staff very friendly and courteous. Food and service excellent.
We were in the hotel for two days. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room is not the top priority, upholstery full of stains and the carpets, bathroom was not clean, the minibar is empty and not in use and there were no finches in the room although it is on the homepage. At breakfast the yogurt was frozen, we told the service and in response we got to pour milk over it, it was warm. When we asked the receptionist for mineral water for the room, as the restaurant only opens at 5:30 p.m. we got the answer that the tap water was also great which is an absolute cheek! We will not visit this hotel again!
