Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room is not the top priority, upholstery full of stains and the carpets, bathroom was not clean, the minibar is empty and not in use and there were no finches in the room although it is on the homepage. At breakfast the yogurt was frozen, we told the service and in response we got to pour milk over it, it was warm. When we asked the receptionist for mineral water for the room, as the restaurant only opens at 5:30 p.m. we got the answer that the tap water was also great which is an absolute cheek! We will not visit this hotel again!
