We could not start the stay, because the ski weather all week our ski booking made a spanner in the works. The hotel was so accommodating that we did
Could cancel free of charge, as the ski office had to cancel at short notice due to the lack of snow. Due to this short-term cancellation, we were no longer able to take advantage of our cancellation options, which the hotel showed us with their understanding and therefore omitted the fees, as it was not our intention.
