You get very wet!!! The lines are long but they move very quickly and are well worth it. You have the option of not getting wet by standing under the awnings. But the experience is really great.

Had a great time on the boat. Buying tickets with my phone was painful. Would deal with a human next time.

If it s a warm day you don t need the poncho.

Loved the firework on Victoria Day! Night view n day view are completely different experiences

We enjoyed this so much that we did it twice! All of the staff members we encountered were very nice, but one gentleman by the name of Scott went way out of his way to assist us when we arrived at the dock without activating our passes. We couldn't have been more grateful for his assistance.

Had the worst experience yesterday. Took the night fireworks cruise , the original fireworks were cancelled due to high winds, which could be predicted and informed at the time of purchasing the expensive tickets. The day cruise is much better , as they take the hornblower much closer to the falls as compared to the night fireworks one. Upon contacting the customer service , they took no responsibility for no show of the fireworks and also a very disappointing trip. Waste of money and time.

The tour brings you quite close to the Horseshoe Falls. It's great fun that definitely doesn't keep you dry. In general, the whole area is great. The best opportunities for running are on the American side as there is also a large park.

It truly is a joy to see a wonder of the world so up close. The trip is safe, just the right length & the majority of it is spent in the giant falls themselves. This is no ordinary cruise. I feel the falls every time I look at the pictures & videos.

I purchased the discover niagria pass and this came included with the package (highly recommended). It was WELL WORTH THE MONEY. It was truly a once in a life time experience and the hornblower crew made it such a wonderful experience. Dont second guess it, just go.

Very enjoyable and unique experience! We were impressed with how well organized and scheduled everything was too. The boat was clean and roomy, we felt safe, kids had a great time. Recommend!

A must do when visiting Niagara Falls for friends and family first visit, poncho great for staying mostly dry, but recommend change of shoes/socks as they still get wet(or wear boots) and option to stay inside nice for those who want to stay drier. Well organized and timed.

Great place to hang out after the boat ride and take it all in. Private court yard with live music and drinks. We ended up staying here all afternoon.

A really incredibly experience to come and see the falls with family. We tried to make a beeline for the front of the boat both times (we went in around and summer) and were successful both times to get an incredible view. The boat wasn t so crowded that you couldn t enjoy but just right. Highly recommend if you re in Niagara Falls!

It is a must do in Niagara Falls. I think the price is reasonable. The ride itself is little shorter ride and the wait is longer than I though. However it was worth it.

Experience of a lifetime. Breathtaking views highly recommended

We had to wait in line for 1 hr 35 mins to buy the tickets. We waited for another 30 mins to get on the boat. The ordeal was totally worth it: the boat trip was awesome!! The view of the Falls from the river was breathtaking.

The waste of time was completely on us: we went there too late, and without tickets. My advice is: purchase your tickets on line--or the day before since they are good for three days--and get there early, say before 9am.

Super fun and exciting to get so close to the falls.

Was amazing. The view from below was spectacular. I was also a lot of fun. Highly recommended it.

It was an amazing experience and truly breathe taking. The cruise wait wasn t long. Quick and easy to do without a real hassle at a reasonable price.

Great company to deal with, really easy and a great service. The Falls were so much fun! Loved every second, got wetter than expected but that was all part of it. It is an experience you will never forget.

The boat ride gives you the best views of the falls and a chance to get wet on a hot day. Highly recommend.

Incredible experience - could have lasted a lot longer!

The staff were very welcoming and the view was just superb! However, you have to go through a long line to purchase tickets so I suggest you book online. The photo booth and the cafe were a nice addition to the experience.

An enjoyable ride that puts you right up in the mists of both falls. Absolutely worth doing at least once if you're in the area.

Well worth the money. They line was about a quarter mile long or even longer maybe. But it went fast. Almost constantly moving. Only waited about 30-45 minutes on labor day weekend. Loved the boat ride. Would do it again and recommend.

Expensive but something I always enjoy when the weather is nice.

Great boat ride, reasonable price and lines not to long. The bar next to the river is particularly nice, with live music during the summer

If you visit Niagara Falls without taking a boat ride, you missed out. These guys will take you very far into the Horseshoe Falls and supply you with raincoats too. For about 20 USD, its very nicely priced. They take you further into the falls than the American ones so this is the better option if you have a Passport to travel between the two countries.

Great boat tour! Up close one doesn't really see much, but the feeling at the foot of the falls is great.

I couldn't believe how close you get to the falls! Thrilling and worth every penny!

A MUST if you haven't experienced it before!
It's breathtakingly beautiful :)

The raincoat is hot if you wear it beforehand. You can put it on before the boat.

1. We called in advance to check for disabled access. We looked on their website. Asked on the day, staff present about access before purchase tickets. We felt misled. Despite assurances this was not accessible for someone in an electric wheelchair or mobility scooter.

2. We were told to arrive early which we did. Made no difference a rush of customers down the ramps with my relative in a mobility scooter being pushed around by the crowds. We told a member of staff that this was becoming stressful and anxious about safety. This was received with anger and a member of staff ranting that it was basically our fault.

3. The screens said stay seated for our journey.. so we did.. only to see others lines up going down the ramps. So we went forward and were not at the front ... we went down narrow ramps difficult for a mobility scooter to maneuver with crowds.

4. No advice or guidance about being on the boat. Wet ramps with raised areas . No advice where to position ourselves on the boat to be safe from pushing crowds despite keeping asking staff on the boat advice.

5. Given we had difficulties being pushed around by crowds getting on the boat... we asked for help getting off.... we were assured this would happen.. and of course it did not. We found ourselves again in the midst of a rush of people trying to get off the boat, the wheelchair being knocked and my relative pushed ... going up the ramps to the elevator was awful with the scooter.

A tale of woe. Lessons learned. This is our experience of having an electric wheelchair with staff who showed no interest once we had paid. We did our homework. We read. We called. We advocated. We had an awful experience.

The boats were much nicer than Maid of the Mist and got much closer to the falls, offering better views and photo opportunities. The line was out in the sun, with no shade at all. We were there at the end of the season, and I can't imagine having to wait there in the summer. The staff was very helpful, especially with our wheelchair user.

Fun time. Exactly as expected in m opionion. We got wet and had fun doing it. Couldnt hear anything over the intercom which I don t mind. Great time getting that close to the falls though. Would recommend. Will likely do this again.

Usually it's busy with tourist,but they have a good process.
