Good experience in night cruise with sufficient time.

Did the fireworks cruise. Boat wasn't overly crowded. They serve alcohol (additional cost). You get somewhat close to the falls but not extremely close (you will still get wet). I was able to see the fireworks from the boat (which is not specifically provided by horn blower). I only wish the tickets were a little cheaper and available parking nearby was a little cheaper. They seriously trap thr tourist in the area. Search around for good parking prices, unfortunately I was in a rush and could not.

We had the time of our life on this ride. To be able to get so close to the falls and feel the enormous strength of the mist coming from them is incredible. I was in complete awe of the view from the boat.

A must-do when you come to experience the intense beauty of the Falls.

This is a must see when you re on the Canadian side of the Niagara Falls! Their service is excellent and the rates are very fair for what you get to witness. Parking may be a hassle since you will not be able to find an easy cheap spot near the banks, but there are lots of parking places around the area that start from $5! You will just have to walk down here for maybe 10 minutes or so. And what s not to like about walking around the Niagara Falls area with all the beautiful lights and a majestic view of the falls.
I d suggest booking tickets with hornblower online but buying tickets at the counter is not a bad idea either. They have restrooms, a bar and good food menu.
Hurry up and get down there before the icy cold winter takes over you. Oh and the fireworks are just amazing!!!!

How fun! The whole family enjoyed it The line moves quickly as the boat can hold 700+ if I recall correctly. We got plenty wet but the ponchos are enough to keep your clothes dry. The boat had an inside area that you could stay in to stay dry. Be sure your picture taking device is water resistant

I enjoy the trip to the falls and get on these boats to go up to the falls. It's a nice and wet experience. We have been here several times back in the Maid of the Mist days and it was still an awesome experience then too.

Super wet but amazing experience, even if it was a little crowded

I've been going to Niagara got year and November 2019, was my first time taking this ride. If you live in Niagara or anywhere close where you can get here easily then you have to go at least once. To see the falls up close from below is something else. You really get a feel for how much water and power is going through here. I'm going to have to go back when it's warmer though.

A must see. It's about 20-30 minutes by boat only, but it's worth it to get to know the strength of the falls. Go prepared to get very wet even with the cape.

They have improved a lot since last year, everything seems changed and they also have the new lifts for dropping people down and getting them up.

The power of the falls is amazing!! Seeing it from the top of the gorge isn't the same after being in the middle of the horse shoe.

Decent access and alot of people. Waited 20 minutes at 11:15am on Monday. Awesome views! Be ready to get wet!!

It's not cheap and it's a pretty short cruise, but it's fun. The staff is very helpful.

It's a very good experience. I thought I would get more wet than I did judging by how close the ship gets to the falls but you will be fine.

We came at peek season..so it was insanely busy.. long waits ..Byt it was facking Rad.. kinda scary..but very cool.

It is a must do in Niagara Falls. I think the price is reasonable. The ride itself is little shorter ride and the wait is longer than I though. However it was worth it.

My parents visited Canada for the first time and they loved the Niagara cruise. It was an amazing experience. We also got the chance to view the fireworks from the cruise. It is totally worth your money.

Well worth your time and money. Was a bit of a walk to get to the boat but they have wheelchairs if you need them. You get really close to the falls which is quite impressive.

Best trip ever! Go early..we took the 8:30 tour and there wasn't a line.

This is better then maid of mist when it comes to the views. Nice service and absolutely neat and clean Cruises. Also there is no second option in Niagra from Canada so you don t have much option but even after this monopoly they have maintained there service.

Its was great, the place to get most soaked is the front right side of the boat, as it usually takes a left turn at the falls. You can keep the water proof ponchos provided of you want to. The line may be long at the beginning but it moves pretty quickly.

Be ready to get wet, even when you wear the poncho but this will be an amazing experience for you. It is really easy to buy a ticket for the ride and you will have different options (day ride and night ride with fireworks, etc.). Just remember, if your phone or camera is not waterproof, keep it in your bag or pocket.

Had a great time. Def recommend it. Pricey but worth it. Get pretty close to the falls and you will definitely get wet.

This was awesome. The line looked long but they efficiently get you in and out quickly. We got soaked and the kids loved the up close view. Would 100% recommend and this was the highly of our trip

Great organization for a place with so many tourists everyday. You pay for entrance and then you can go down to the boat via elevator or funicular , then they will give you raincoat so you could stay dry during your trip.

Best boat ride ever
You get close to the American and Canadian falls, but they take you much closer to the Canadian falls. It's incredible to see and feel the power of the waterfall! We were drenched inspite of the ponchos provided, but it was a hot day so we didn't really mind. It gets pretty choppy as the boat gets closer to the falls, something to consider if you get motion sickness. It was an incredible experience and we will definitely do it again.

Perfect place to see enjoy nature more closely... Visited during summer time and having perfect sun. You can book tickets online which saves your time. I have went on cruise for 2 times and it feels same refreshing when we go near to the falls.

The view from the boat is spectacular! I wish everyone could see how beautiful Niagara falls is from the boat. It really is a once in a lifetime experience!

The excursion by boat to the foot of the waterfall is definitely the best attraction of all those that can be done. It's incredible and exciting, impossible to forget. The price is high, the rows are very long (an hour or more) but despite everything, it absolutely deserves. A cape is provided to shelter from the water.

Never miss this ride without this visit to Niagara is incomplete

Even if you do not book online, you can buy it now and board. If you come to Niagara in the morning, I recommend you to ride right away. In the afternoon, people are growing rapidly. When you are on a boat, go to the left on your left.

Went with family on a Labor Day Weekend and the amount of crowd that showed up was just amazing. Loved the boat ride. Seeing it up close and realizing how majestic the falls is just gives you a never to forget experience. Service was great and employees are friendly.

An advice, ramps are great to control crowd but my suggestion is that people with disability either on wheelchairs or walking with canes should have a different route since the ramps are uneven and bit steep at times. They should have an elevator for them that brings them directly from the top to the bottom deck.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Do not come all the way to see the Falls without booking this to get closer. Well worth the money and it will be unforgettable.

Very impressive seen from above, the show is even more spectacular seen from below! The tour is enough to admire the roar of the falls.

Worth every penny.. Definitely don't skip the boat ride.. Don't forget... You'll definitely be getting wet.
