Gets very close to the falls. Beautiful scene specilally in sunny days because a rainbown is formed at the falls.

Great cruise and must do when going to see the Niagara Falls .
They have great staff, a special thanks to Captain Roberto and Dana they made our day.
Going on this boat is probably the closest to the legendary falls you can get in person. The pure sound of the falls itself is...like raging thunder. You will definitely get wet on the boat as you get closer and closer to the falls. In fact, it feels like a rain storm at the center of the falls. The experience cannot be put into words; I definitely recommend anyone who visits the Niagara Falls to take this boat and experience this ride at least once in their lifetime.
I was disappointed that we didn't get to go in a cave! Other than that it was great
Terrific boat ride gets you right up close to see and feel the power of those magestic falls you do get a bit damp from the spray but I feel their is something quite lucky about the water from the Niagara falls.
I Truly enjoyed this boattrip..... too mee Its the best way to see the Falls.....20 years ago i took the american side, it was also a Nice experiance..... all enjoy
First time ever, and it was a blast! Learned about the foam and the size of the falls. Also, got a little wet from the spray.
The boat ride is indescribable, as you approach the falls you can see the force of the water, you see the mist that forms ... part of your body is getting wet .. you are immersed in an indescribable feeling when you feel so small in this wonderful place . This makes you forget what you have before you arrive.
In winter it is advisable to do the tour? Who much does it cost?
Very efficient way to have 700 people cruise by American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls and Horseshoe Falls and get a shower all at the same time ... It's a MUST do attraction!! Magnificent views of the Falls
Very short trip for the price u pay but nice all In all.
Seeing the falls from the boat and being in the middle of the mist is an absolutely amazing experience, you should definitely do it. however be aware of what to expect: a looong line to get to the boat. The first line is for tickets, we More
What a BLAST! Definitely a must do on your visit to Niagara Falls!
This cruise was alot of fun and definitely a quintessential Niagara experience! The ride was very quick and gave a really neat view of the falls from almost right under them. Only problem I had was figuring out how to buy tickets when we got there. The lines for tickets were very confusing and staff gave us contradicting directions. Finally after 15 minutes of waiting in line we saw a sign that we could pay for tickets on our phone near the end of the line ... 30 seconds later we were out of the line and heading on a boat. Why this sign wasn't obvious at the start of the line I don't know.
It s a little pricey for such a cramped and short ride, but hey that s Niagara Falls and to be expected. The experience itself though was a ton of fun and something I enjoyed a lot more than I thought I would. Being at the very front was also a really unique experience. I would recommend to anyone looking for a unique way to experience the falls.
I came here last Summer. It was amazing experience going in the falls. Staff is very friendly. At that time, I just brought a thought in my mind what if I get a chance to work here. And this year I am finally Working here. Its most lovable place to work with fun.
Its amazing experience here to work as if we are enjoying.
Long wait, all computers, all broken but 1, no humans, horrible
This was such an amazing experience! My favorite thing that we did in Niagara Falls. I would totally recommend this for everyone.
an experience of a lifetime to be closest with the largest waterfalls and feel the vibrations of roaring falls
Used to work here, was an amazing experience, thank you to HR
Dont miss it! One chance to experience extraordinally water falls. My mom was very excited about it. I never saw her being happy like that before. :)
We had so much fun! It's a quick trip, but a great way to be up close and personal with the falls. My biggest tip would be to wear appropriate clothes. You will get wet!
We went on a fireworks cruise. In retrospect, we wish we would have gone on a normal cruise during the day. The fireworks cruise provides neat views of the falls when they are lit up at night, but we were hardly misted, and ended up pretty far away from the fireworks. There would have been a better view of the fireworks from Queen Victoria Park. Save a few dollars, go during the day, and get the full experience of being soaked by the falls.
For the amount of people coming through this attraction, the lines moved quickly. The boat gets you very close to the falls (the waves break over the deck of the boat) and you will 100% get wet even with rain gear. It's about 20 minutes total time for the ride, expect up to an hour total time including waiting in the line for a one of a kind experience!
Best thing on Niagara. I really like and was amazing experience. I think we will go one time more but in night when is Fireworks.
Great experience. Been there thrice, might go again.
A must do if you go to the Niagara Falls! $20 is not expensive at all and it's totally worth it.
Great experience to finally check out the falls from the water. Amazing!!
I just wish the people on the boat would stop shoving, pushing, and budding. Very rude people. The cruise staff NEED to instruct the patrons to not push and shove.
The boat cruise to the base of Niagara Falls is a must for anyone visiting the Falls. Nothing seems to bring the magnitude of the Falls into perspective quite like watching the water fall to the river right in front of you. This is probably my favourite tourist adventure I the area and I bring all visitors here.
A must when you're visiting Niagara Falls. This will be on the Canadian side while Maid of the Mist is on the U.S. side
Purchased tickets online. service was fine ..... Once we were not able to reach Niagara area before closing time. They refunded the full amount with just a phone call!
If you are visiting the falls this is a 100% must do thing, you haven't experienced the falls until you have taken a trip on the Hornblower.
Great experience to see the falls up close. The view is breathtaking and you may see rainbow on any good weather day. The line up is very long on holidays though so may take 1 - 2 hours to actually get onboard.
Best $25 I ve spent my whole life. Amazing experience.
The experience was absolutely amazing! Being that close to the falls took our breath away! The boat was large, very clean and safe. The process was well organized. We were a bit worried about the length of the line at first, but it moved very quickly. There is a cafe at the end with live music and snacks that we really enjoyed. I simply can t say enough about how wonderful the Hornblower staff were. They were professional and courteous and it was evident that they wanted their customers to have a wonderful time. There was an unforeseen issue with passes we had purchased and it meant that we would have to go back to the beginning of the process in order to ride. I was there with my 8 year old son and my mother who has a heart Condition, so in that heat it wasn t going to be a good situation and it was extremely stressful. Sophia took us aside right away, identified the issue and escorted me back up to help me resolve the issue and escorted me back down quickly using shortcuts etc. She even helped explain the bus system and how to easily get to our next destination. Sophia blew us away with this over and above attention and demonstrated that she really cared about Hornblowers customers. Given how busy it was we couldn t believe how helpful and attentive she was. It s a breathtaking one of a kind cruise with a lot of heart, and we can t recommend it enough!!
You get to see little things like mini waterfalls you otherwise would not. You do get soaked even with a poncho. Over all excellent expiernce
It is a must see attraction and worth the wait even if there is a crowd. The customer service is excellent. Park in skylon and walk down here.
Super close contact with the two waterfalls of the United States and Canada. It feels very shocking. Don't be afraid to get wet in the lower layer. Be sure to let the top deck dry. But the elderly or the weak body should pay attention to the cold and keep warm.
MUST, if you are in Niagara Falls.
The experience is great, especially if you are on the top deck, standing close to the rails.
Be prepare to be totally wet!
Cover your camera or take the waterproof one :-)
Great customer service and we saw amazing views. Im glad they provided a poncho
Nice 20min quick tour near the falls....only way to get close. Wear the plastic ponchos they give you...you want to be outside on the deck to get the full experience and you will get wet
The boat is close to the Niagara Falls, and you can feel the majesty and vastness of the waterfall. The waterfall is beautiful, the close-up is more beautiful, and the water is very strong. Even wearing a raincoat will be wet!
The majestic Niagara Falls are always beautiful to see both day and night. Beautiful light games and fireworks! Boat tour is a must!
Good price, spectacular veiw, PANCHOS. This boat ride took us right into the mist and soaked everything, but the provided Canadian hornblower Pancho allowed us to stay dry. The only downside is parking (more or less the lack of)
Best attraction i had at Niagara Falls, seeing the falls from so close is an amazing experience
great The boat ride is really to do but a lot of people
This is a great way to go. You are going to get wet.
Did the night cruise. Beautiful colors on the falls.
The hornblower is a great experience and allows for you to get up-close to caputer breathtaking views of the falls. The only reason I made it a 4 and not a 5 is that in the line up there were many people not adhering to the social distancing guidelines and on the ferry some even removed their masks.
ABSOLUTELY STELLAR! Of course the way they manage the water to fall just when the boat swings on by is amazing- will never figure that out!!!! Still wringing ourselves out!
Can't beat the Hornblower for a fun time and quite the adventure! There is no better way to experience the falls! Get ready to be soaked by the mist (you are provided with a rain poncho)! The price for this is very fair. If you choose to do this, you won't regret it. Just be careful with your cell phone if you take it with. If you have a GoPro with a waterproof case, it would be perfect for this.
The sheer volume of the water at Niagara can only truly be experienced by getting up close to the falls by boat. The cold spray hits you like a gust of wind event though you dont feel that your that close to the falls. It was an amazing feeling. I suggest not using your expensive DSLR cameras up close to the falls as I did and the spray got into the mechanism and my camera stopped working and costed a bit of money to repair. The tour was well organised by a professional outfit, apparently the Canadian side was better than the US side tour from what i hard from people that were on the tour on the other side.
Nice experience but wait time kills the overall experience. Too much long lines on the weekends.
The Hornblower is canadian cruise for Niagara falls. The passengers have wear a red raincoat and the American cruise wear a blue one.
A must for anyone that visits the area. the staff are helpful and the Boat ride is great. Don't take anything that you don't want to get wet. The mist from the falls soaks everything, the rain Jackets that you get only stops the water drops the mist is what gets you.
Some of the most breath taking picture of the falls can be taken from the boat.
Beautiful experience the visit to the waterfalls. If you have the opportunity, you have to visit them YES or YES.
This was awesome. The line looked long but they efficiently get you in and out quickly. We got soaked and the kids loved the up close view. Would 100% recommend and this was the highly of our trip
The Hornblower cruises in Niagara Falls are a must. I've visited Niagara Falls multiple times and each time I've taken the cruise. It's a thrilling experience to get that close to the falls. Great photo opportunities too!
It's not extremely expensive, but it can add up when there are multiple family members.
There are so many people that the children are tired, but once they get on the boat, they run away. Since the ticket line and the boarding line are different, it is a good time to pay online while waiting at the boarding line.
Long waiting time. Poor wifi. Vending machines do not work. Not recommended.
Amazing and worth the money. The view was amazing and something I suggest everyone do once in their life. Unforgettable experience!
Was thrilling to see the falls up close and personal on the hornblower tour. Try to wait and get on the boat toward the front of the group so you can stand where you like with no one in the way. It's just one of the many things you should do on the Canadian side of the falls.
Great cruise. This is a must do. Came shortly after the opening in the morning to avoid the lines.
