Hornbach is slowly but surely developing into a grocer. Many items are missing. No good advice. I gave up my project there shopping and drove to Gillet. Everything I need to get there. In addition, still friendly and competent advice.

Luckily there's Gillette in Landau and Bauhaus in Karlsruhe. A pity, but never again Hornbach. Project failed. New project, another shop. We can get rid of the 5000, - annual turnover elsewhere. Buyers who opt for service should never buy online from Hornbach. In my case, I ordered stones to pave for 7,500.00. At the service hotline, I was told, with witnesses in my car, (car phone) it was no problem to return the stones after more than 30 days, after all, as a hardware store, you knew that everything could not always be planned. 25 broken curbs later, which by the way will not be replaced and 6 remaining pallets, I get the following statement in writing:
Dear Mr. Kettler, You would like to return 6 pallets of rectangular plaster anthracite 20x10x8. You can return the goods you have ordered up to 30 days after receipt of the goods.
