Here you get pretty much everything to do with your work - whether at the house or in the garden. With a little patience, I have usually found a competent consultant. Go also like to fill up at the associated gas station - but the waiting time is usually a bit longer at the time of work.

Am very disappointed. We ordered windows from the Aron company for our garden shed through Hornbach and had them professionally installed by a window fitter. After the first rain, the shock was great because the windows were leaking. Immediately afterwards, we contacted the window installer again who, after re-examining the windows, said that the construction of the windows was a problem and that he simply did not get the window tight after adjusting it several times. We then wrote a complaint via email to Hornbach with the request that the matter be dealt with urgently due to the damp window sills and possible mold growth. We were informed that the complaint was forwarded to the window manufacturer and he will get back to you in 1-2 days, which unfortunately was not the case. It has now been about 3 weeks and we are waiting in vain for an answer from Hornbach or Aron.

Ordered something online from Hornbach for the first and last time.
I ordered Aquarium Funds on 9th January 2020 and still not there today.
Now I have the tracking number and the address was not entered correctly so that my order goes back. The address is correct in the order overview.
In what time do we live that you have to wait over a week for your order. And then not being able to enter the address correctly. You won't find a real customer hotline at Hornbach either - you can only reach them by phone via detours. So NOT Hornbach! Better to pay 2 euros more and order somewhere else where it works.

Value of goods about 2600 (order number 2048013) goods became
paid before (that's logical).

The goods were not in stock and had to be ordered.
And that's an order online faster than if directly
is appointed in the market.

There were 4 Post ions.

After order and payment we were informed
it will be four partial deliveries .The us before
No one said or pointed. Did not confess in the online shop.
Maybe it was in the small print. But I did not read everything.

What shoud that ! 4 Article 4 supplies your .Denkt at Hornbach
that is customer friendly.

That means each item was delivered separately.

The deliveries should be announced by appointment, please tel.

Unfortunately we are not always at home. Unfortunately, we are working. It came then
first registration of the delivery with the time window from 8.00 to 16.00 o'clock.
What we could then reduce with the forwarding to two hours.

Since we would have have to take four days holiday for the whole delivery.

Next delivery came a day later. There we could with the Express
agree on call 30 minutes before .Klappte quite well.

At the last delivery nothing worked. DHL drivers could recipient
not found!!!!. Or did not feel like it. No call. Especially someone before

Funny, we have completely paid for the goods and have
then with the 4 single delivery a considerable extra effort.

After repeated consultation with Hornbach Online Shop
Was no clarification. last partial delivery has been canceled and will be money credited back.

At my question we the paid goods themselves
in Dresden Kaditz pick up at our expense not.

It was communicated to me the horn brook online shop u Hornbach market are separate enterprises (ok I still see one) but not that they among themselves
can not charge this. Conclusion and statement of the employee, we should
spot were new pay and pick up.

Well, next time we think about the top service again
from Hornbach Online Shop.

Weis not what the other very positive reviews we should
"Thumbs up" or "perfectly delivered everything home" etc. Who knows what
for the reviews were.

Compressor defective in a 3 month old refrigerator. The warranty complaint at Hornbach is under all hell! For 4 weeks in midsummer I was without a refrigerator because the employees at Hornbach are obviously not able to do their work; Basically, I wasn't called back once, had to keep asking myself and can now sing along to Hornbach's on-hold jingle without any errors ... only to be told at the end, "After all, you are not the only customer". Not even a complaint to the management did anything. The last juice shop in my opinion. Hands off! (The 1 star only because you have to specify something, unfortunately no minus sign was offered)

Seller replied that he does not know the bathroom which I have described to him (wood effect tiles). I then asked him, "That means I have to look for the tiles myself in the division?" He said, "Exactly," and then turned back to the computer. I am back in the department and I thought that way you do not deal with customers. I go to him and ask if a competent employee is there, since one does not deal with customers as he has just done, he told me that he is currently alone and the colleague is on break. I'm going to the info and have complained, whether that brings something I do not know, so again then in this way. I've been on the market myself for 10 years and know how to handle customers. I do not need anyone to lead me by the hand, but if I have a concrete idea and then still on the homepage of your own company and then leave a customer so that is negligent and not customer friendly.
