My complaint was repeatedly rejected (too much use, waterlogging, etc., although despite the invitation the damage was never inspected on site. This type of customer treatment is completely unsatisfactory, not appropriate and professional and therefore unacceptable. it is completely different from Amazon, eBay or others, where customer protection has a completely different status.
