I wanted a roller shutter for my roof window. I had an offer from a market with 20% but Hornbach was 5% cheaper without an action. And was there 1 kw earlier than announced. There you can directly drive in, invite and pay. You don't even have to get out when driving out. SUPER and fast.

Actually always satisfied, but today when returning too much bought kg pipes there were problems with taking them back after the nice gentleman wrote a return slip at the drive in and I went to the information center and was told that it would not be possible here and I have to go to another till. But then I didn't feel like it anymore because I had already been waiting for 15 minutes.
Otherwise everything on the info with withdrawal always worked.
At the moment people don't like taking back that is how I feel.

What to say about a hardware store? It is massive! Has a good selection of various things one would need for home and garden projects. There's also a gas station that is usually priced lower than the competition.
The staff is competent and most are quite friendly.

I had a piece of wood cut to size, the carpenter did not write my details down in mm but in cm (I had also said all other pieces in mm, which he had done correctly) and then I was billed 480 euros instead of 220 euros . Then I asked him if he could cut it right. Then he said that it was my fault. After a long discussion, he did it anyway.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! Not always the cheapest but I like to go to my Hornbach in Bornheim :-)

Well assorted hardware store, friendly staff, gas station always cheaper than the surrounding area!

Hornbach is not able to replenish stock items bought empty by customers within 3 working days. The item can be reserved on paper, i.e. in the online reservation at the local market, and if you want to pick it up, the trip is free.

On Ostersammstag only 2 cash registers were opened. For this rush of customers, this is unfortunately not sustainable. Hardly recommendable.
