The small craftsman who is looking for solutions cannot find good advice. Parts that I had with me to "find the right one" were blamed for theft and a 100 euro catch premium was charged, otherwise there is an announcement and a house ban. Hardware stores bought elsewhere are of course also listed in Hornbach under the same number. This article is sold in a bag with 4 pieces, but no bags were torn open, so I hadn't taken anything to steal. The inventory was also the same, but no conversation was possible and the employees were very, very unfriendly, even the detective was embarrassed because the evidence was missing to have stolen something. Unfortunately I didn't show the article when I went inside. Had bought 6 mm hose line and had the T-piece with hose on it. The hose could not be removed without destroying the part. After 30 years Hornbach will now avoid this market and shop elsewhere as a "small craftsman".

What use is the latest car wash if the car comes out dirty anyway? Starting with the staff who don't even bother to clean up the dirt properly and seem more annoyed because the car wash system is constantly pulling out the fuse, which happened twice with our predecessor while we were getting the "pre-treatment". Great idea with the lights playing during the program, but the trouble is not long in coming if you can still see the dirt on the windshield and the rims are anything but clean. In short, the car was actually exactly the same as before except for a few places where the dirt was not quite as strong. Compared to the competition in Neustadt, I spend 2 more and already have a visibly almost clean car during the pre-treatment, which can be seen that no more pieces can be seen on the windows. If you give your money there, you can just as easily throw it on the street. And unfortunately this was not an isolated incident!

For many years we have been really "loyal" Hornbach customers with a Projektwelt card and sometimes generate five-figure sums in sales per year in this company ... another hardware store was never an option. Until now ! There were some "issues" and inconsistencies with one of our recent purchases. We don't know whether or how the problem will be solved. The store management has taken on "the subject" and apparently does not consider it necessary or necessary to communicate with us or to inform us about the "state of affairs"! So we decided to place the topic in the headquarters of the company and sent a message to that effect ... It quickly turned out that we could have saved ourselves that. We received a confirmation of receipt and the information that our topic would be passed on to management. For further processing it would be important to get further details and information about the "problem". We responded to this message and wrote to the head office that our problem was too complicated to write down and asked for a phone call. There was no phone call or further feedback from Hornbach. So we wrote again ... in this email we expressed our displeasure even more clearly ... we received a new confirmation of receipt. We were informed that the topic would be placed in the appropriate department again. That's it! That's it from the headquarters and the "management department" of the Hornbach company, but also from our side. We will now return the corresponding product, cancel our project world map and look for another hardware store for future purchases.

After I complained about the sealing material on site and by mail and also submitted pictures of the damage, samples of the sealant in the so-called "service area", even after months none of this - we can do this - company has seen the need to react. ...
