If you are looking to bring your child's game to the next level Hoop Group is top notch. Great skills camps and programs that house elite kids that work hard and compete to get better. The coaches are great and tough at the same time. This place is for serious ballers.

I love this place. There are pretty good ref's there and the gym is decently big. My only complaint is that the courts are to close together and I get mixed up sometimes on which whistle I hear. But anyways Hoop Group is a nice place and I would recommend it 100%.

I saw this on NJ Kids and thought it would be an awesome little camp for my 6 yr old son. We brought him today, President's Day from 9-2. We were optimistic, but realized as the day went on that it was geared for older children. My husband asked over the phone if our son was too young for the all day camp, and they assured us he wasn't. That was not the case. Our son hardly received any attention, and we paid $85 plus $6 for lunch (which arrived so late the kids barely could eat it). I feel the day should have been half that price. The teacher was not able to devote enough time to the kids, and I feel his helpers did not offer enough instruction. They decided to use some of our time (time is our money) to shoot a video. In the end, instead of causing a scene, we decided to leave early after the instructor, Tiny, told one of the children to blantantly "shut up!" I thought it was appalling. The instructor lost control and came off very aggressive. I will not be bringing my son back. Also registration that morning was chaotic.

The employees, owners, many players and volunteers are making a difference in so many young people s lives. They coach basketball and are mentors and role models as well. Many star players like Scotty Lewis take the time to mentor younger players which means so much! He is the best player with a 4.0 average in school. Great role model! Neptune should be so proud to have this establishment in their town! Great place!

Great basketball facility! They have 3 full basketball courts & snack bar. The staff and refs were great. Plenty of parking. You can bring in food and drinks! We played a basketball tournament here. There is a fee for spectators to get in to the tournaments. There are food places near by to eat at too.

Just finished Kevin Boyles Point guard camp. Not told all courts were outdoor asphalt. Would have had proper shoes. 20 minutes into camp sprained ankle. My 6'4 ninth grade 14 year old was moved up to Varsity level 11-12 grade for the 5 on 5 games day 2. Was criticized for not being tougher at center position. ( probably because he is only 14 vs 17/18 and was battling a sprained ankle that was iced and wrapped 6x) Same two kids brought ball up during games. Coaches seemed more interested in winning than teaching. Being that it was a " Point guard" camp you would think that you would rotate each time the person bringing up the ball so that all the kids ( point guards) gain that experience and comfort zone. Disappointing to say the least.

The place was too cold. It was colder inside than outside. I wish I had my winter coat. A lady working 1 of the score tables had a blanket...smart, but she already knew how cold it is inside. The admission price is ridiculous $12/per person. The price for food was also ridiculous $2.50 for a soft pretzel & $5 for about 5 small chicken nuggets...smh. We waited to leave to get something to eat. The only thing we had to buy was a $2 16oz Gatorade since our son forgot his $.80 32oz Powerade at home. Some people should realize u can make a decent profit off of quantity if u sale at a lower price. Top it off...the refs were horrible. Definitely for our 1st game. The 2nd game not as bad, but still made some horrible calls. Just glad we r done for the weekend.

Awesome
