He was hired for $95 to assess repairs to my home's irrigation system. Instead he delivered an email that said, "go install a new system". He didn't tell me how many sprinkler heads needed repaired or why the system needed to be replaced. And, he wouldn't engage in a meaningful discussion of the details (did my system's valves work?, did the controller work?, which heads were broken? were there any leaks?) All he would say is it would be cheaper to buy a new system than fix up my current system! Maybe that's true, but then disclose the details! He wouldn't deliver a report on the details of what needed to be fixed and he wouldn't provide a refund when I requested and . Lots of grandiose emails though citing his honesty, experience and reputation. I suggest you find someone else. Now, I have to start over with another company! Lost 2 weeks of time and $95...

Bryan provided a complimentary inspection of our sprinkler system to determine the scope of repairs needed. Rather than try to patch a very old broken system, he recommended we install a new system that met our needs. He provided valuable tips for what to look for when bidding out the job. And offered to be of assistance (at no cost) if we needed any advice during the process. Very impressed. Highly recommend if you need sprinkler repairs.

Brought my old system back to watering the entire lawn. Through the years, some of my sprinklers had dropped too far into the ground, others weren't rotating, etc. It left me with rather large patches of dead lawn. He diagnosed the system and fixed all the problems. Now, the system works perfectly and everything is green.

Bryan's a nice guy and won't do anything unnecessary. After he diagnoses the system, he'll tell you what you've got and ask what course of action you want to take.

We used Pearson Sprinkler Co for a small repair job and they were extremely easy to work with. Lindy was in contact with us from start to finish, and Bryan quickly assessed the problem, repaired it and showed us how to fix it in the future. I highly recommend this company!

Bryan did outstanding work and even located a couple of problem "issues" that I didn't know I had... and fixed them before they became REAL problems. His prices were very fair, lower than I expected. And talking to his wife is a real joy, she is so pleasant and enthusiastic about "their" company!

From my first phone contact to the final job completion, Pearson Sprinkler Company was totally professional, efficient and friendly all throughout. I will definitely call on them again.

Do not use this guy. He is a one man shop; for my small, one-day landscape lighting job, he called off sick twice. After the installation, he told me he could not warranty the work. After the heavy rains the past 5 days, one entire section of lights will not come on. He has refused to come by and assess the problem. If you look at his website, he makes a big point of being local and standing by his work. This is not so in any respect. Find someone else.

Bryan did a good job working on our very old sprinkler system and suggested an inexpensive fix to get full coverage again. Then he went above and beyond by diagnosing a new problem a week later from a picture sent via text message and told us how we could fix it ourselves. He and Lindy were unfailingly polite and friendly. I can recommend him without reservation.

Bryan Pearson is a rockstar! He doesn t try to sell you new stuff! He fixes what you have. He is honest and forthright with his diagnosis. He will treat you like royalty and works quickly within your schedule. I would recommend Pearson Sprinkler Company to anyone who would stand still long enough! I will not be using anyone in the future other than Bryan!!! Give him a call!!!!!

He went out of his way to save me money. Super professional and courteous. I love the new smart-timer he recommended, and it was very inexpensive.

I called Pearson Sprinkler Company the other day to make an appointment because I thought my controller wasn't working. After talking with Lindy, Bryan's wife, it turned out that my rain/freeze sensor was still wet from the last rain and wasn't allowing the sprinkler system to water. Lindy took the time to talk to me about my situation and used commonsense to troubleshoot it without making an appointment, saving me time and $$. My system is running just fine now! Great work!

Excellent work, care, and pride. Bryan explained everything he was going to do and even provided pointers on how to make similar repairs myself if I choose to do so. Most honest company you can find.

I won't use another company to repair my sprinkler system. Bryan was professional, did an outstanding job, was fair and as a bonus was very nice. Lindy was great also! She communicated appointment details including what we would be charged and when Bryan would be there. Our appointment had to be pushed back a bit and they both called to make sure that it was still convenient for me.
Customers are obviously a priority for this company. Do not hesitate to use Pearson for sprinkler repair needs. I know I won't.

Discussed options with Bryan on the phone. He passed along advise that ended up being my problem. I had not turned the water back on all the way after replacing a valve for a toilet. Saved me a service call and time. Great having honest people to work with.

Brian did great work for us and was easy to work with . I found them to not only be nice , responsive and reasonable, but that they did good work?

Forget calling all of the other sprinkler people in town. I have already tried that and had terrible results. If you want someone that is efficient, very knowledgeable, fair, honest and friendly, look no further. Bryan has a well-stocked truck and is undoubtedly the best troubleshooter around.

If you want it done right and for a fair price without a runaround, call Pearson. You won;t be sorry!

Bryan helped us last year to replace a valve, Then 2 days ago, I found a leak around it in one side. So, We called him to come to check it . there was a storm and heavy rain. Then I got a call from him telling me that he is coming. I was really surprised. He came on time, inspect the issue.And I learned a lot from him about my home sprinkler system and my home water system as well. Thank you so much Bryan, you are such an honest person. I definitely recommend Bryan for any sprinkler issues.

Bryan was professional and helpful. I had a damaged PVC pipe. After repairing it, he took the time to check the other zones to ensure the rest of the sprinkler system was in working order. He found a sprinkler head issue, told me about it, and proceeded to fix it quickly. I asked a few questions and he was receptive, and showed me what he was doing so I could change a sprinkler head in the future. Prices were fair. I initially found out about Pearson Sprinkler via Next Door, and I highly recommend!

This company is apparently not able to answer the phone during standard business hours, so you just leave a recorded message, then you are only able to talk directly with a human in the evening hours.

Brian did a great job converting my garden to a drip irrigation system. The best customer service, too!

Bryan was awesome. Very systematic with quickly diagnosing the problem and providing a the appropriate solution. He helped us resolve an issue with our Rachio system. I also really appreciated him because he didn't mind me going around with him asking questions and trying to understand sprinkler systems better - he was happy to educate and explain. Will definitely have him back out and would definitely recommend him to anyone in Plano. A fair rate too compared to the skill level of others folks I had called.
