Great place for all the family. Aaron was great and very knowledgeable about all the animals he showed us.

Excellent place to visit, plenty to see and do, kids loved the both "meeting the animals" sessions as well as feeding the various animals.

Animal kingdom is possibly a bit strong but nevertheless it's a good family day out.

They have social distancing down to a T whilst keeping the farm lovely for children and adults alike to wander round.

We had a great time here. It's big so make sure you have plenty of time.

What a wonderful place. My grandaughter loved it. Well laid out and plenty for toddlers to do. Bit hardgoing in pushchair but we managed okay..

More than a farm. More like a small zoo. Huge variety of animals. Used a Groupon voucher for an animal experience. Can't fault it at all. So hands on with the animals and the keepers were great.

Brilliant, been going here since I was a child and had the pleasure of revisiting some childhood memories whilst making more with my own children

Fantastic place to take the kids, value for money lots of different animals to see not just farm animals and lots to do lovely play area!

Children didn't enjoy seeing the animals in such shall cages but enjoyed the play area

What a fantastic day out!!!
There is so many things to do here even if you don't book onto an experience day it is a great day out..
We booked on to do the carnivore experience and we had Aaron as our guide, he was fantastic and so full of knowledge about all the different animals and answered of our questions thank you Aaron..
We are currently booking to come back again to do another experience we enjoyed it that much.

Lovely setting Animals well cared for it could do with a little up date. Bins emptied more often .

Had a fab time! Think the prices for food and drink are reasonable for the type of place it is and their was a great amount of stuff to do. It's a nice place to go on a little trip out.

Seen meercats there. Could use a little tidying. But the keepers genuinely care about their charges. I liked it.

Went as part of an experience day and had a great time. Much larger than expected. Would fully recommend.

What an amazing place to visit! So much to see and do

Very enjoyable visit for the whole family. Took us about 2 and a half hours to walk round. Many animals to see, some unusual species. This place is much more than a farm park. Would like to visit again when the weather is less miserable

Over priced, very run down, staff look as happy as the animals. Greeted by a rude unwelcoming lady, nearly walked away but kids were excited to see animals. School holidays place was empty restaurant closed. No sheep racing, no activities as advertised. Poor animals look hungry and bored. Total waste of an hour.

A really nice day out. They've a wide selection of animals from a range of habitats and lots to see and do. Definitely a place I'd like to visit again.

My only major complaint would be the layout of the cafe - to get out of the area where you collect you food, you have to squeeze back past people queueing to get their food. It could be arranged better.

That said - kids will love it. I loved it. I'd like to go again.

The otters are friendly, too.

Nice walk around farm, great watching the sheep race. The sheep seemed to enjoy it too !. Ideal Farm for the little ones.

We thought Hoo Farm was a very charming place with some great animal experiences. My 13 year old daughter loved the Meerkat and Serval experience.

There's SO much to do here! Very easy to spend the day walking around. Parking- available, staff- excellent, experience- top notch. We did the Bintorung experience and will definitely return for the others.

Great time had by everyone from grandma to grandson. Plenty to see and do at a great price too. Lots of places to eat with wooden picnic benches in the play areas gift shops and cafe on site too. Not just the normal day out its a place of learning and adventure. You must visit Can't wait to return.

Fantastic place for the whole family. Lots of animals to see. Can pay extra and do animal experience which we didnt know about. This is more expensive but tour lasts for 45mins and hands on with the animals.

Was plenty of animals to see, kids loved the paddle karts and the play ground, but overpriced for what it is. We spent 3hours there in total and the kids were then getting bored (10&11)

Great day out, half day animal experiences would have been worth at least double what we paid. Friendly knowledgeable guide and cast iron clear instructions on every animal that we handled, and there was lots of them

Fabulous place to visit and right on our door step! Really enjoyed feeding the deer and the fat sheep. The wolf/alsatian is a beautiful animal. Otters and meerkats are little stars

Great for the kids. Lovely little park and games room. Can feed some of the animals.

It was ok but after 1 hrs you have done all you can

This is a friendly fun place, well worth the money, lots of different animals who are all obviously well cared for and many are hand reared. A lot of the enclosures look very new, there's plenty of talks and loads for kids to do.

My husband bought me the meerkats experience as a Christmas present last year and just got round to doing it Monday a few days ago. We didn't realise it doesnt open Mondays. So disappointed that we didn't get to look at the other animals. We were going to go the next day but it poured down and thought the animals would go hiding.
Had an amazing time feeding the meerkats and then going into another enclosure and one falling asleep in my arms. Pity its only 1 hour with them. Could have stayed like that all day.

A nice group of animals with friendly staff and a great animal experience

I loved this little place. I went as part of a photography course not as a day visit as such. Did however managed to have a wonder around. Animals well cared for and seemed happy - it certainly is the noisiest little zoo i have visited. The animals were so vocal and chipper. A great plsce for kids.

Great animal experience. If you do an animal encounter, I highly recommend the binturong experience, they're so friendly! Knowledgeable staff. Nice stimulating enclosures, if a little small. We did get the feeling that there might be more animals than they can manage, but the staff are clearly doing their best and overall the animals were in great shape. Lots of play areas for kids and activities for them to do. Very good value for money. Free parking. This was our 2nd visit and we would go back.

Wow, absolutely loved everything about hoo farm, the staff were fab and the animals all seemed happy and playful with fab enclosures, well worth every penny to get in and we will definitely be returning

Wonderful zoo farm with lots of rescue animals, including some unusual mammals and a collection of British animals like foxes and otters. A real hidden gem. Can't recommend it highly enough. They also offer lots of animal experiences where you can meet the animals. I recommend the binturong experience! They also have a very nice looking chalet where you can stay to do wild Badger watching. We plan to come back to it in the summer!

Great place! Bought the Meerkat Experience and it was awesome!! They even emailed me on my birthday with a discount for a return visit which we are defiantly going to do.

It's a great place for families to visit! The children always love visiting the farm/zoo, I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good day out.

Weather was good, lots of animals and walks,plenty for children of all ages. advise taking a packed lunch as available food is limited. I did enjoy the visit and would recommend the experience to others.

Very disappointed with my grandsons birthday party. Would have thought there would have been a guide taking everyone around plus someone in the room when the food was put out. All it was free for all. Book a birthday party you expect to see someone! Not a good experience in my eyes.

Lovely place to go with kids. The farm has more than the usual selection of animals. We went on a beautiful sunny day when car park suggested that the farm will be very crowded. However the place is big so at no point we felt that there were too many people around. The feeding times can be a bit of hit and miss, but the staff working there is very passionate of what they are doing and always happy to tell you more about the animals.

Had an amazing afternoon here doing the bollitong experience feeding bollitongs, raccoons and possums. Staff very knowledgeable and clearly really cared about the animals. Lovely place. We'll definitely be going again.

Quaint with an amazing aray of animals that you'd never expected. Helpful staff, yes relatively small but don't let preconceptions fool you a really nice animal friendly venue!

Good morning out for the family with a great range of animals for a small zoo. The range of experiences and options for entry left a good impression. The enclosures are spread out and of a generally good quality- some modernisation is probably due in some cases. The paths are stone chippings or earth, tough for wheelchairs or heavy prams. A good time for a morning and popular with locals, but with several attractions needing repairs I wouldn't make a special detour.

My daughter loved this place. I surprised at the size. Had a lovely day out

Wife and I visited hoo farm today...after reading the some of the lesser nice reviews was a bit sceptical ...once we got there the staff were friendly and helpful..feeding the animals close up was an experience ...the meerkat experience was excellent ..especially Aron who was our guide .he was especially friendly,funny and very knowledgeable about the meerkats...he is a credit to hoo farm...a shout out to the Parrots who were also cool..amazing experience and day out thoroughly enjoyed it.

Fantastic place for kids and for all animal lovers. Had one of the meerkat experiences was absolutely fantastic got to hand feed them and even handle some of the hand reared meerkats. Was lovely watching the meerkats falling asleep all snuggled up on ya lap. A huge variety of animals to see here. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The lady who did our experience was excellent. Will definitely be going again. Highly recommend going!

Great place to visit animals were great staff were friendly and if you have a tlc card it's very affordable. The feeding of animals is brilliant. And the enclosures are open and spacious.

We love Hoo Farm and find it a great day out for the money paid.

Nice enough but quite pricey! There is a lot of gravel within the grounds, therefore it s not too easy to push a pushchair and it might be quite tricky for people in wheel chairs.
