The bedroom is uncleaned, lots of dust in certain areas, e.g. certains, wardrobe, cupboard. Room facilities' quality are poor, e.g. slippers, toothbrush, shampoo and shower gel. Service is the worst from all above, no one answered the phone from either at counter or room service line. Overall it is definitely not a 5 stars hotel, only worth 2-3 stars

The environment is good and the hotel service level is high.

5 stars because have amazing location and a great garden, but need some improvement on the details...please explain what is the need to have shampoo and conditioner in the shower and bath...but no soap?! What the people supposed to use to wash ? And no hairdryer in the room...well I believe can ask the house keeping...but why not keep one in the room ? The swimming pool very nice...but not a single umbrella...why? Food at the restaurant...so so and far too expensive...

A landmark resort at the western coast of the New Territories. Though far away from any town Cantrell, it is famous for the location beauty, tranquil atmosphere and privacy. It is also in close proximity to a seafood market and sea food restaurants.

Very nice venue and setup. Needs a bit more attention to cleaning and general maintenance. Could have been a better venue. Bed was way too hard. They tried to soften with a pillow top but they need tk change the mattresses instead :)

This is a great place to take your kids for a family staycation in Hong Kong. The hotel is really designed to have a number if entertainment options for kids and is accommodating for a family. It s also located very close to the beach. , which makes it really convenient to lay out I. The sand.

There are special water pool for kids, electric cars, train and in door play area. The restaurants in the hotel are also quite good. The Cantonese restaurant (Yue) and south East Asian restaurant (Satay Inn) are both worth checking out. They are better than the alternative eating options in the area.

Very large check in line at arrival. Very slow to process check in. They didn t have our room option even though we booked weeks in advance. The service phone line person was not very helpful, I tried to explain that my girlfriend has coeliac disease and can t have gluten, and was trying to figure out what room service menu items are ok. She couldn t really understand my English and told me maybe you can try another restaurant . The hotel itself is nice. Also they rang the room to see if I wanted the bedding changed despite me flicking the do not disturb sign on . I know it s HK but for a 4 star hotel they can do better for customer service.

There are Chinese and Western food, buffet, a few good food, Chinese restaurants - the price of Guangdong is more expensive than other Tuen Mun restaurants.

There are plenty of recreational facilities nearby, such as the swimming pool. You can also walk and chat with friends at nearby beaches, but the food nearby is too expensive and not very tasty, so I chose to take a car to a farther place to eat.
I bought some snacks at a nearby convenience store and took the fruit back to the hotel.

One of my favourite hotels in HK. Right outside if Gold Coast Marina. A little bit old rooms, but nice and clean, beautiful ocean views.

This beautiful hotel fully lived up to my expectations as a getaway and the area is safe, friendly and a little away from the big city! The amenities and service were great but the best part, of course, is the closeness to the beach! Not a lot of shopping around though.
