Very large check in line at arrival. Very slow to process check in. They didn t have our room option even though we booked weeks in advance. The service phone line person was not very helpful, I tried to explain that my girlfriend has coeliac disease and can t have gluten, and was trying to figure out what room service menu items are ok. She couldn t really understand my English and told me maybe you can try another restaurant . The hotel itself is nice. Also they rang the room to see if I wanted the bedding changed despite me flicking the do not disturb sign on . I know it s HK but for a 4 star hotel they can do better for customer service.
