When the epidemic eases, staying with a group of four children for consecutive holidays, you need to cooperate with the hotel's health declaration procedures when checking in, which takes about half an hour. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff is kind and courteous. Unfortunately, some of the amusement facilities are still closed. The hotel also provides bed rails for the convenience of adults and children. The only drawback is that the waiting time for the lift is longer and there are many people.

The place is spacious and comfortable, the waiters are courteous, the rooms are clean, the buffet dinner has a wide variety of food, which can maintain social distance and handle food hygiene.

The Hotel is nice, we spent a one night staycation with the kids. We checkout at 12:30pm and to our surprise and disappointment, after checking out, we were not allowed to stay at the pool. The management said that it is due to insurance, which is the first time that I hear about this kind of excuse.
We left with a very bitter taste.

Recently, the hotel has a discount, the buffet on the lower floor of the hotel can be tried, the taste is wrong, the variety of food, the good choice for two days of vacation

Drinks at the bar. Very nice, we asked to taste a couple of the wines and the waiter put on a small tasting session for us. We discovered some wines really enjoyed and had a much better time as a result. Great service.

Chinese restaurant...comfortable seating! Thoughtful greeting! Chinese and Western cuisine! All kinds of fine wines! Cheap and good quality! Two people go together! Gather in Hefu! The best choice!

Great staycation there. It feels different from other hotels in Hong Kong. You feel like you re in a different country and it s a nice break from the city.
It s been there for a while but it doesn t feel old.
Service and food quality is a let down though hence a 4 not a 5. There are shops nearby (including 7Eleven, Marketplace, Watsons and some average restaurants (and a McDonalds)
If you re a tourist visiting Hong Kong, you are far away from the city centre and the MTR, they do have shuttle buses and some local bus routes stop nearby.

Very much loving this apartment! It has bus shuttle everyday to go to many places. And my favourite place to go is Tuen Mun Mall :)
I love this place is because it has tranquil and quite environment, safe and very clean. It has a chinese restaurant outside near the lobby. Even though not really good taste but not bad for having lunch or dinner.

Beach is not clean and the water are full of rubbish. Very hard to find parking at weekends.

Hong Kong's New Territories West New Attractions hotel, next to beautiful beaches and marinas, the hotel's exterior design is beautiful and distinctive. It is an ideal wedding venue, with many companies meeting, large staff events and banquet venues, and occasional carnivals on weekends. The market has a good atmosphere.

Very nice, extremely clean hotel. Partly very large rooms, especially for Hong Kong's standards, even with large, but not covered balconies in the lower five floors. Great bathroom with extra bath, extra shower and two sinks. Nice area around the building, right next to the beach worth mentioning. The staff is very attentive and polite British. The special thing about this hotel is that everything works great. The strong Wi-Fi, the five glass elevators, the sophisticated lighting in the room ... Just everything, not even squeak or creak or rattle (mini bar or air conditioning) does anything. And all at moderate prices. Only the breakfast costs too much.

Holiday parking is expensive to scare you, $130 for 2 hours.
Be prepared to drive in, or park in a parking lot near the beach.

Parking needs to collect another money, Zhong Hao expensive! There is a public parking lot, but there will be basically no space on weekends.

Rooms are clean but no dressing gown or fruit to the room as before. The cost of the buffet breakfast has gone up to 280 HK$ which is too much. Good location but better value elsewhere.

It is convenient. The environment is very close, and the beach is close to the shopping mall. It takes about 5 minutes to get there. There is a bar sitting on the shore and you can take a sunset.

We were do happy that the swimming pool was open during certain times. As the nearby beach was closed due to COVID.

Because it has been in business for a long time, the facilities in the room are a bit aging, the toilet tank is running loudly, and the drain plug of the sink cannot be pushed up and the water is accumulated. Lovely location. Set on the beach front with quite a grand interior. They offer a lovely banquet in the evenings with delicious barbecued seafood.
