It is not a nice hotel at all. The staff seem never even went to study hotel management. Every now and than I am facing with attitude from they side. Not really caring people.
I have been here now for a month (!). Communication problem is an issue even tho I make an effort and try to communicate with them in chinese language I hardly ever get what I would like; one time I asked for duck tape and I got an adapter, other time I asked for 2 set of towels plus 2 toilet paper and I got one hand towel and one toilet paper. English language is not an option most of the time...
Noisy, not too clean (I am a tidy person), carpet is ugly and seems dirty.
Ok the maid always do my bed nicely I think that is the only thing I like. But not recommend it at all. Go for a bit more expensive one and you will have good time. It will worth it...

We booked for two nights and when try to extended for one more night the cost was doubled, service was very good, room was a little bit small
Also we booked it because it is near to Taiwanese embassy in Hong Kong

According to the feed back of the other convention visitors this was a decent price and quality option. 6 or 7 min walk from the convention center and dozens of malls and restaurants. Good service with English speaking staff. They also serve breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner, but we didn't try any of that - too many restaurants in a walking distance. Room was tight, smallest bathroom slightly larger than a bathroom on a plane, where they managed to fit a 1/3 size of a bath tub, that can fit only a 1 year old. Room was clean and had a free adapter for the outlet, upon leaving you can take it with you and they will charge $20hkd on your room, at the airport it will cost you $180hkd to buy the same one. They will also keep your language at the bell desk for free if you arrive prior to check in or depart way after the checkout

when i checked in the hotel i felt annoying because i spent almost half an hour... the printer went wrong, and always there are somebody else interrupted. and, finally i finish check in i was told no room is available at that time and it's almost 2:00 pm! oh my god, just wasting my time. but i have to say when i went back at night they gave me a very large room on the 6th floor, so i believe my room was upgraded! it's such a large room for HK, and wifi signal quite nice. hope next time i could be so lucky to have a big room

Okay hotel, rooms are old and pretty small.. Only great plus is that this is a great and convenient location. Good food and drink options near by and close to business district

Good hotel in Wanchai. Very convenient. After meal, get on a tram to Happy Valley. I'd like to take foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat nearby. Very professional and modern. I'd like it very much.

We loved the hotel. The location is excellent, tons of restaurants nearby, the tram stop is a few steps away, the subway is a block away. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and clean. I also really liked the scent in the diffuser in the bathroom. We did not eat in the restaurant because there were so many restaurants in the neighbourhood. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Overall good

Overall good
The price is good. The room is small but the location is very good (close to Wanchai subway station, go to Causeway Bay Station / Golden Bauhinia Square / Queens Avenue East are convenient) although old but good health buffet breakfast is good

Great location, reasonable size pool.

Great location, reasonable size pool.
Lots of eateries and convenient shop around, walking distance to subway station and conventional centre.
Comfort to stay based on this rates.

We stayed at the 12th floor, but were comfortable.
In busy seasons, there are times when rooms are not prepared even after check-in time, but that is Hong Kong.
Wanchai Station (Wan Chai Station) is about 5 minutes to 7 minutes on foot.
Bed making was also polite. Regardless of the season, the cooler is too cold and it is better to carry a sweat etc.
The breakfast buffet has a rich menu and is delicious. I did not put chopsticks, so I had a hard time eating when there was a teacup menu such as a small bowl. When going abroad, you should bring a chopsticks.
Because there is a bar around the hotel, depending on the room, you may hear some noise.
It might be difficult to connect Wi-Fi in the room at the end, but at the front desk I brought a modem to my room for free.

I like this hotel for two major reasons right now. It's perfect for the Star Wars season (Empire?) and it offers you a Handy Smartphone - free.

The Handy smartphone gives you 3G connectivity in Hongkong and a variety of apps (google maps, translation services, email, Facebook!) you can use to help you navigate its streets. I think this is really quite a ...handy device for tourists unfamiliar with the locale.

The hotel rooms themselves aren't anything special - the usual space saving measures in HK can be clearly seen - glass walls for your bathroom and clothes hangers that go over the luggage rest. That said, the room is comfortable and the TV huge (if it matters that you need to watch things in 42 inch HD). Great for holing up in the Dec monsoon season.

There isn't much of a view, but I'm sure the office workers would appreciate my prancing around in underwear if they knew to look.

Business hotel class .... The bed of the accommodation is narrow .... The bathroom is also small ..... Breakfast is good ...
I'm not a luxury ... I feel a little old ... I like the way to the exhibition hall ...

Hotel location, service attitude is very good. Disadvantages: poor sound insulation, too noisy. Room size, equipment, etc. are low cost. Not worthy of a four-star rating and price, visitors are not recommended for accommodation.

Should probably be 2.5 review. Fine and basic, central, good value for money with rooftop pool. Slight damp smell in room and corridor. Breakfast is fine but the eating are could do with a real brightening up and deep clean.

Manager was extremely rude

Manager was extremely rude

Stayed there during Aug 5-6, the manager told us to wait on the road (busy road, quite narrow like typical Hong Kong roads), we had 8 suitcases, 2 ppl. There was a driveway to drop off passengers but we couldn t use it. The manager was quite rude to us and insulted my grandma (big deal in Chinese culture). And then insulted my mother.
Basically not the best customer service, don t go there. However l, the rest of the staff was really nice.

One star is the service staff for it. The location is the old, musty and dusty room, so I have to wear a mask to sleep.
The 21-storey building The elevator is still broken, leaving only the freight elevator. The next day, I only had a freight elevator.
Breakfast is good to eat, but it tastes
.. this will be my first and last stay

The place is DIRTY and SMELLY and VERY SMALL .
In the first room had a floating present in the toilet from the last person very disgusting .The question is did they clean the room at all before we moved in .
The 2nd room they put us in had pee all over the floor and the toilet and the place smells like wet dog .
I would advise any one that stays there ask to clean the room again before you move in and do not use any of the cups
and the hotel is not cheap very disappointed

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with blackout curtains and a quiet air con. Nice attention to detail like both soft and hard pillow options. Also really liked the Jasmine smelling scented oil flower in the bathroom. The Handy phone is useful and saves you money not having to buy a local sim for calls and internet while out exploring the city. Wifi is also strong everywhere I went in the hotel. Pool is good for cooling off on those 30 degree days. Best thing for sure about this hotel is the shower water pressure! So good! Affordable prices. I'll definitely be back!

He stayed at this hotel on October 12-14, 2019. Before that, he stayed several times and everything was fine. But this time, in the fall of 2019, you have no idea what kind of ambush it was. Passenger elevators are broken. Everything. And it was necessary to somehow go down from the 8th floor and rise back. There are no stairs for this.
Had to use a freight elevator and it was a nightmare. Not only because of its appearance, sound, location, but also because the entire load of a multi-story hotel, including maids with their weak carts, fell on this elevator. Sometimes it turned out that in order to go down to the first floor one had to first climb 26 (or whatever was the last one). The wait could be ten minutes. In general, it is extremely bad. And while the hotel staff somehow did not really move to correct the situation. That is why the rating is low despite the fact that the rest of the level of service has not deteriorated.

Comfortable and quiet place.

Comfortable and quiet place.
Huge variety of the food served at breakfast.
Polite personell.

Frankly, - this place stinks... literally.

Frankly, - this place stinks... literally.
The rooms are tight, old & in dire need of an update, with mould featuring heavily.

It appears to be popular with mainland chinese, who are rude, noisy & discourteous.

Traffic noise is also a factor to consider... it goes all night.

The walls are thin & neighbours noisy & hotel management just give lip service & do nothing about it, allowing noise to continue into the wee hours.

Breakfast is expensive & pathetic at best, with very few options nearby.

No iron in the room & no where to sit aside from the bed & notably NO WARDROBE....

Furthermore, they messed our booking up, effectively separating us from our kids (separate floors), when we requested & confirmed abutting rooms months in advance.

Most importantly; all 4 of us left with small itchy bites all over our legs & bodies... appeared to be bed bugs.

Surrounding streets are seedy & grotty, with strip clubs and noisy bars prominent.

Suggest Kowloon as a much preferred location.

The only upside is proximity to the MTR, but then again, everything in H.K. is close to the MTR.

One star is a real stretch.

Great
