Today I purchased my 2nd Honda Pilot to replace my 2010 Pilot. I haven t gone thru the daunting buying process having purchased my first Pilot 10 years ago at another dealership. Krystal Magsino (Client Manager) was on it making first contact at 7:30am. Wow! Upon arrival I first met John Wise (General Sales Manager) who introduced himself, made me feel welcome and was clear he was there to help. From there he placed me with Hardy Patel. He was polite and really listened to my needs. He showed me the new Pilot and fully explained it all! I realize he s there to sell but it never felt that way. He did an excellent job! Then I was on to Bill in finance. He was very polite and experienced at his job explaining my options. Everyone there seems to really care. Bravo to Honda of Joliet. Oh before I forget they did not ask or beg me to write this. Please shop there you will be HAPPY too! Thanks
