Totally incompetent, have waited three days for a plumber to replace the stop cock on the tanks in the tank room, so, COMMENT:I have waited two days for a plumber to replace the stop cock on the tanks in the tank room, so, I may replace my own internal stop cocks, enabling me to replace a leaking toilet cistern. A appointment was made yesterday morning with Michael, that is after he tried to fob me off, I then spoke to Sandra later that day, to confirm that there was a appointment. I've now just finished speaking with Marcia who again assures me that someone will be attending by 4:00PM. As I've already been told that your guy finish at this time, wheres the sense. The use of the phrase "are you a lease holder" by your operatives is intimidating in this context and highly discriminatory. My immediate concern is to remedy the leak as soon as possible. Who ever comes out will have to drain the tanks, replace the relevant stop cock and demonstrate how to turn the water off. Perhaps you can pass this on. Kind regards Photos Massos

Apalling service. Waiting for a simple repair, too...

Apalling service. Waiting for a simple repair, took the day off work and no one turned up or received any contact whatsoever. When I called haringey the woman on the phone says they will just contact me ifthey have decided to re-schedule the job. What a terrible service, no empathy or care about what they are doing. Not only that but I've been waiting for almost a month for this appointment and they are absolutely useless.

Left a vulnerable woman,who they accepted as being in that state to sleep rough the lady lost her home due to landlord wanting house back the manager of emergency accommodation@this place is jumped up and arrogant......oh why did I have to rate it -1star

Harengey council is corrupt. They don't help people with housing they just want all people stay in universal credit and rent private property like that they will not pay housing benefits and they don't help people who worked they encourage to the residents to be unemployed. Awful council and staff

Extremely poor service, front door has had a smash...

Extremely poor service, front door has had a smashed window for over six weeks, when I phone up to ask when a glazier is coming to fix it, I am told it is with a contractor and there is nothing they can do to find out when it will be fixed or to speed up the process. When I said that this is my home and I am concerned to keep my child safe, the customer service representative got very defensive, she raised her voice and said there is nothing she could do, and if I wanted to fix it myself I could go ahead. This is not what I pay service charge for, Homes for Haringey needs to improve its service dramatically.

This housing is a joke . No one answers the phone here. Constantly keep moving people in temporary accommodation 12 months at a time . Moved 5 times in a year. No support for familys with childern. These people make life stressful .

It's beyond believe how stupid dishonest they are Rude deluded lazy arrogant staffs, doesn't matter how hard politely you try with them they just continue to talk rubbish & disrespect you.
They're cow boys Not ordinary good trained staff for the Job.

The worst people on the planet! Total disrespect!!...

The worst people on the planet! Total disrespect!!! They were sending me out letters for not paying the rent for months! Despite me paying every single month over the requested amount. Been trying to call them after each letter, they pick up and have no idea what I am talking about!! After almost six month of threatening letters, I decided to go in and sort it out with someone. No one knew anything, gave me the number to call someone upstairs. I did, and the lady on the line used poor language to abuse me by calling me liar, and told me I don't pay my rent etc. I told her I have all my bank statements and ready to prove I paid. She still wasn't convinced. Started to get personal. Used something like "you people never pay". Who is "You people"? May I know please??? I worked 13 years and paid my tax. Just because I'm out of work now for a reason, you can't treat me like a scammer!!! I pay my bills always before the due date and sometimes I pay extra to be on the safe side. After a long conversation on the phone, which didn't lead anywhere I decided to come the following day. Driving up and down again, wasting petrol!!! Been seen by a man who finally found out the real problem. The rent arrears wasn't for my current address but for my previous!! Which again they didn't let me know for like a year, they just suddenly woken up and realised something wasn't paid! Rent arrears for my previous address wasn't explained properly! Some documents were missing, benefits wasn't sent on time. I agreed to just pay it off without hesitation, because I got fed up. It wasn't my fault and after all the mess, they didn't even apologised! No one said anything just took my money and gone! Technically I was on benefits but paid from my own pocket for the rent arrears which wasn't my problem. They lost my benefit letter or something and went on saying, they will investigate it further. I just said, forget investigating, I will pay it now and you promise to leave me alone.....
Abusive, irresponsible, low life staff!
One lady, however , her name is Carol Smith - was very nice and helpful!! She is the only person who helped me to resolve this issue and was incredibly polite! For this I'm giving it 1 star!!

Absolutely terrible services all round.

Absolutely terrible services all round.

General repairs and other ongoing issues that falls under HFH remit and duty of care on my Estate have been reported to HFH on many occassions by myself. To summarise on many occassions I have had no responce after countless emails then eventually after great stress caused to my mother and myself I am contacted by the complaints teams at HFH and have to wait even longer to resolve. This takes up so much of my time. (Please note that some people on the complaints teams try to put it right however the damage has already been caused)

Why Am ok paying service charges for such an appauling services that are not monitored correctly by HFH?

Please see pictures attached of ongoing issues.

I have raised many serious matters to HFH however most serious matters are brushed to one side and excuses given.

I now log all email comms with HFH as proof. No point in calling as anything said over the phone isn't really taken as seriously as when you put it in an email as this stands as proof of what they are failing at.

More will follow and pictures of the way my estate looks to which I am trying to improve for the community that live within it.

I will be honest if people stop making appointment...

I will be honest if people stop making appointments then they would have to shut down the building..I went there with my child as we were going from home to home as the agency came in and changed the locks while away"house still not rented" I had a interview with Rob or bill but instead got a inquistive female. Basically they have a bad attitute about them they will say be right back but instead they go about their business.. about 20 people came that day and everyone got turned down not even a damn hotel. Lorraine * hopefully it gets shut down so jobs are lost AKA KARMA!

If I could give the customer service of this place...

If I could give the customer service of this place no stars believe me I would. The receptionist has no empathy for someone who has just been physcislly abused. All I asked was if I could go out and get some water as I feel dizzy and I do not wish to faint. So if she could please call me when I should be coming back. She gave a whole speech about how no I cannot do that, I have to sit and wait and if I do leave I have to go through this whole process again.
It's pathetic to treat someone in that manner as we are all only human.

Please speak to staff to be considerate and not make others feel the way I felt today.

Not sure where my service charge is going. But I do know where the rainwater from all these storms is going... Into our bedroom... From the leak in the roof... That I told them about months ago.
