Extremely poor service, front door has had a smash...

Extremely poor service, front door has had a smashed window for over six weeks, when I phone up to ask when a glazier is coming to fix it, I am told it is with a contractor and there is nothing they can do to find out when it will be fixed or to speed up the process. When I said that this is my home and I am concerned to keep my child safe, the customer service representative got very defensive, she raised her voice and said there is nothing she could do, and if I wanted to fix it myself I could go ahead. This is not what I pay service charge for, Homes for Haringey needs to improve its service dramatically.
