We have no idea how to explain the level of service we received from the team at Homerate Mortgage. My wife and i were equally nervous about going through the entire process of buying a home, especially the loan process. What David and Scott did for us was nothing short of expert level customer service. David Malakov has hit the ground running and is working his butt off. He called us several times after 8:00 pm just to keep us updated on everything because he was working late. He returned every phone call or email within minutes, not hours or the next day. He asked for all our information up front instead of a few things here and there and making the process longer. Scott and David didnt see us as just another loan or comission, they talked to us like friends and that meant a lot to us.
