Required ear wax to be removed from both ears. After putting drops of soliwax everyday for 2 weeks, went to MADRAS ENT RESEARCH...R A PURAM, Chennai yesterday. Was sent to basement room number 106. Doctor checked both ears, tongue and nose. Only right ear wax was removed, requested her to clear left ear also. She scolded saying there's no wax in left ear. Still I requested that whatever is there can be cleared having come all the way. Simply refused. Full fees charged. Felt really disappointed. Left ear still has that blocked feel and strange sound is heard due to nil clearing.

Undergone tympanoplasty. Now, condition is fine.

Doctor are well experienced my ear surgery one year ago Dr.mohan kameshwaran sir and my ear is very clean and surgery in good please all are meet consult the Dr.mohan kameshwaran sir

Doctors are well experienced service are best .but cost of treatment is high. Government scheme are very best in this hospital for very poor people.

Dr. Mohan kameswaran is excellent but there is a long waiting period. I waited for 2hrs despite taking a prior appointment

My FIL was Treated for SleepApnia.. Dr. VIJAYAKUMAR suggested CPAP. Its going good.

My Wife underwent treatment for sinus with Dr. Kiran.

Treatments r costly but Good specialists are available for every problems in ENT.

Underwent tympanoplasty and mastoidectomy surgeries at MERF and found the experience to be hassle free. Very professional set-up, well oiled machinery I would say.

First , I would like to say that, they are expensive. I shelled out a lot of money But the diagnosis and reports which I got there was unmatchable.
Also, Dr. Mohan is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have seen in my life. I was treated during my childhood and treated by him as an adult. In both cases, he provided me the best care and solution one can get.
His merf centre is equipped with all advanced facilities to do advanced diagnosis. Highly recommended provided you wanna shell out extra bucks.

Just visited the Centre. The experience has been mixed. The aged lady at the reception was intentionally rude and ill mannered. She was discourteous and willfully disrespectful. But the experience of meeting Dr Mohan was refreshingly pleasant.

Worst experience. The moment u enter u are in to meet a rude receptionist.They charge hell lot of money for simple diagnosis.For my son in law Dr sathya was met who said it is nirman laryngitis and she prescribed last month antibiotic tab 10 nos each costing 100/- each totalling to RS 1000/-.!!!!
When we went for review he was asked to do a scan for throat and lungs though he had progressed well! They have a tie up with a nearby scan center which charged Rs..3000/- .For what? Heard of such scan.An ordinary chest x-ray could have revealed any obnormality.They live on the glory of Dr Mohan kameswaran who may or may not know the rocket going on and it is a daylight robbery

There is no proper system for op patients. The staff nurse are with zero knowledge and rude to patients. I suffered with my 2 year toddler , after visiting the hospital during covid due to his ear problem. Never visit again. Prover management

Worst experience. I had visited the hospital for Rhinosinusitis for which the doc prescribed medications. After a month I went for a review stating the same complain with no relief, but the doc asked to continue the same and come back if there is any issue. After 2 months also there is no relief.

I ignored and recently went again to the same doc for my ear pain & blockage to give another chance but again disheartened. As per the audiology examiner there was slight variations in my report but as per the doc it was normal and she asked to continue the same medication given earlier for sinusitis without explaining anything about the cause. She doesn't explain the issue or the remedy properly for which the patient will be satisfied.

For a drop of sanitizer there are charging Rs 50 each time you visit. Do you think it's fair to charge if the patient is visiting consecutive days??

I completely got rid of chronic pan sinusitis post endoscopic sinusitis surgery.
The complete process from diagnosis to surgery and discharge was hassle-free. Very cooperative hospital management.

No one wants to give credit to this Padmashree awardee Dr. Mohan Kameshwar. Magical Hands. I did a surgery which failed first time with another leading hospital and He did it again and after 5 years there is no proble. Other doctros associated with this hospital is also good. Only drawback is cost is not affordable to all. They should revise the cost of the consultation considering the poor.

The institute offers treatment in Eye, Nose and Throat problems.

Came here for a sleep test. Good thing that they have the provision to take 2 sleep tests simultaneously for 2 different patients. Place is well maintained, friendly staff, good hygiene and very good consultants here. Overall, the experience was good and they made our stay comfortable. The only confusion I have is that there are 2 places with different name but I think they mean the same place.

Worst hospital emergency means no one is take caring especially doctors in merf ,in reception lady speaking rudely to patients not allowing to see the doctor with token also , no one is responding properly all are behaving like government hospital only they are excepting lot of money only , not responding properly one of the worst hospital ever seen like this

Expert Otolaryngologists and state of the art and efficient hospital. Polite and well mannered staffs.

They cater to VIP'S first, expect waiting time of more than 1.5 hours inspite of taking appointments.

I was here to get duplicate bills for medi claim. The billing section says only academy director can sign the bills :(

Now he will be available only from 10 am to 1 pm and only on weekdays :(

Good treatment but the cost of treatment is high. They charged me for a checkup ~700 INR.

This is only for financialy good ones.. Treatment was good but cost Is very high including investigations.

Staff needs more training how to behave with patient and their emergency.

Gives wrong prescription drug to patients does surgeries for small children fraud n corrupt person...

I would have given zero rating. They are doing business with patients . Not given any solution to the patient. Their intention is how to earn money from patients side. Whether patients are poor or rich .

Dr Mohan is extremely experienced, ethical doctor. Treatment is excellent. Though have to wait for quite some time for consultation, it's worth the wait if one wants BEST treatment.

Dr. Mohan is very experienced professionalist and very well treatment provided after the invetigations

I had a consultation with doctor mohan for my father. He had a severe vertigo issues. Doctor suggested us to undergo mastoidectomy surgery. The treatment was good overall.

Car parking is an issue, especially if you are coming in for sleep study.

Poor service overall. Was quickly able to see a doctor for consultation. However had to wait about half an hour with an infant to get the prescription.

The cashier was watching TV on the phone even while billing. Very unprofessional.

The feedback machine wasn't working. Wasn't able to enter the registration number to submit a feedback.

Most of the lights and fans were switched off and although it was during the days, it wasn't very bright inside and it wasn't very comfortable.

Dont even go here. You waste your time and money. They manupulate order i waste 1 hour and i decided to leave. Wort exprience. Fist preference is in order od old patients and people who regularly visit.

I must say its a worst hospital .my father is admitted here but their service is very bad i i wil strongly recommend please don't go this hospital

I don't find so comfortable.. Charging a lot and there is no proper care taken to the patient who had undergone surgery.. Doctors are not accessible over ph for emergency queries.. It is Disappointing...
