Very thorough site inspection and service. Techs Sean R. & Trevor N. were very informative & friendly. I highly recommend Home Front services!

Sergio was working on our neighbor's yard across the street. I approached him and asked him if he had time to look into the gopher activity in our backyard. After he finished, he came over and took care of our yard without hesitation. He was both friendly and professional. :) Great job!

We had the best experience with Home Front. Our salesman was Dustin and Danny and Jack were our technicians. They were the nicest guys and friendly guys. I'm almost looking forward to them coming out again! But on a serious note, they were very knowledgable and concerned for my dogs. I'm very happy with my entire experience.

BEST SERVICE EVER! This company is very helpful and are willing to help no matter what. They gave me the best deal and the technicians are very helpful as well. My technician was named Ross Rowley and he made sure my house was free of fleas and spiders. Overall the technician was beyond excellent and I will for sure recommend him and the entire company to my friends in case they need an exterminator.

The very first time I received a phone call from one of their sales people I was basically called stupid (as in "Your neighbors are smart enough to..."). I work in product safety. Make your own choices, but this one was made easy for me.

This was my first time hiring a pest control company to eliminate bugs from my property. I liked the fact that they showed at the time that was scheduled and the two techs who provided the excellent service, Adam and Rhys were very professional and pleasant. They went over all of the details of the service that they were going to provide and afterwards allowed and encouraged me to go over each item of the contract before signing. I had the service done yesterday so I have yet to see whether or not the bugs will disappear as advertised. Good or bad, I will give a follow up after I assess the results.

So far my relationship with Home Front has been terrific Taylor Stone was very likeable and personable he actually sold me on the service and I'm not an easy sell.
The service tech, Vance Arostigue also likeable and knowledgeable about the process and the products. I think Vance was very thorough in the performance of his service.

DeShawn B from HomeFront was our tech. He was very polite and thorough. He listened to the areas of concern that my husband expressed and made sure to take care of them. They just applied today, so i am not sure how the product will work. But I will say that the customer service that we have received from both DeShawn B and the sales rep. Alex has been above par.

John Whalen came out today on a HOLIDAY because that is when we were scheduled. He was super nice, helpful and did everything I asked him to. And he was even in a good mood... Lord knows I would be very grumpy if I had to work on a holiday.

Home Front does a good job controling the little critters around our house and yard. Branden came by today and he was exceptionally pleasant and easy to talk to. Keep up the good work.

I would just like to say that Sergio was our tech yesterday and he was so very thourough and he took his tijme on my home. That really shows he takes pride in the work that he does. Your company should be proud to have him on board as a team member.

Ricardo was very professional and he explained everything in detail. I did not feel as though he was rushing, but that he was taking his time and making sure to treat everywhere.

This is my first service call and it seemed they did a good job. They were here on time and did all that promised.

I strongly recommend Home Front Pest Control, and if you can, request Sean B. We had an annoying pest problem and after Sean's visit I felt instant relief. He was very knowledgeable, he explained everything, and even took time to share facts about "bugs" that interested my children. I was disappointed in my last pest control company, Home Front is my new company.

FYI - The number for this company has been disconnected and there is no new number. Just realized that the last review was seven months ago. Possibly another business casualty to COVID-19. Sad. :-(

It's our first service so I can't rate quality yet, but the sales rep was friendly and courteous, and the rates are comparable to others out there. The tech was early for the service (a first!) and very courteous. Brian worked deliberately and quickly, and was very thorough. it appears this company works hard at all levels to earn the customers business.

Haven't seen spiders in a long time thanks to Homefront. John K. took his time and really hit all of the previous "problem areas" around the house including in my garage.

I have been using Home Front Pest Control for nearly a year now. Their service has been wonderful and have referred them to many of my friends. Today John Whalen was at my house to perform a treatment between the regular quarterly treatments. (I have to say that Home Front is the only company that I am aware of that is willing to perform these extra treatments, both inside and outside my home at no additional cost to me.) He was not only very meticulous about removing any and all webs from my house, yard, and patios, but he was also excellent at answering all my questions and teaching me about spiders, their webs, and what to and not to worry about when it comes to the different types of spider webs and spiders. My house backs up to a large water wash way, which previous to today, I thought had no bearing on the amount of spiders. I thought the wash was only responsible for a potential increase in "critters". Mr. Whalen informed me that the wash is also welcoming to spiders and their numbers are greatly increased when a house/yard is the closest one to a water prone area. I have to say that makes sense! I am very please with the service Home Front has provided and I will definitely keep referring my friends. Thank you!

Our technician was Juan Valenvuela , Juan was very nice and did a very good job in removing the wasps nests , cob webs and sprayed inside and out for ants , which were our biggest pest problem. Its been 3 weeks no sign of any ants on my property.

This was a great deal and the service was excellent. Both techs Trevor and Sean were very friendly and knew what they were doing. I would continue to have my house services by then and would recommend them to anyone. The service was fast and I was able to see results the very next day.

The Service was on time and carried out with professionalism and efficiency. Juan V. is a gentleman that obviously cares about his work and the client. He explained methods and the chemicals used. He gave that EXTRA effort and I am very pleased with the completed job.

The entire staff at Home Front were wonderful from Sam noticing the webs on my home asking if I needed service, which I did, he gave me a wonderful quote, to Matt, the initial service technician explaining the entire process, to the call I received to verify my information, it was all very professional, knowledgeable, and geared to my particular home and neighborhood pest problems. I have worked with several pest companies in the past and this company is above and beyond any of the others out there. If they continue at this level, they will be in the forefront in Pest control and have my business for many years to come!

We have been pleased with our switch to Home Front. Travis has given us excellent service and we have had significantly fewer pest issues.

I am a first-time customer of HomeFront. The lead tech, Nick Waggoner, was on time for the appointment and explained what he would be doing and that the office would give me a "welcome" call. Sure enough, a minute and a half later, the phone rang. Nick started clearing spider webs from under chairs and around furniture. He also treated the lawns to get rid of ants, etc. I appreciated that he made eye contact when he spoke and he was deliberate in his actions to complete his tasks. He was polite and even addressed me as "Sir." He's a pro.

Our home was serviced today by DeShawn B. and I must say this company is represented by the most polite, professional young men. Because of your representative DeShawn B. I will continue my service with your company gladly.

We just had our quarterly service done on Friday and I was very pleased with the service we received from Sergio T. He was professional and made sure to take care of all the details I asked for. He was very through in his work cleaning webs and spraying all areas requested. I really appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. I will be asking for him to return for our future services. We had Luis P. as our representative from Home Front Pest Control and he was great! He answered all my questions and sprayed in all the extra areas we asked for. He even sprayed underneath our outdoor patio furniture, which was great! He was very professional and informative. We will definitely be using Home Front Pest Control throughout the year.

Home Front Pest Control has been an answered prayer. My son suffers from allergies and asthma so you know where I am going with this. On one hand you want to rid the house of pests that may cause asthma yet on the other hand you don't want to spray pesticides that are going to throw him into an asthma attack. Home Front has been able to provide the ultimate solution. The customer service is wonderful too! Josh came out yesterday for the first quarterly treatment. He was super polite and professional. Garrett was the technician who came out and serviced our home. He was very thorough in his application of the product and was very, very mindful of our concerns. After he explained, in detail, what he was going to do he quietly and very efficiently sprayed the exterior and interior of our home. He explained that we might see some pests afterwards as we had many ants and spiders. After his application we have seen NONE of the pests mentioned above. We are so happy we chose Home Front Pest Control. They came out right on time. They're all very friendly and personable as well.

Trevor and Rafael did a great job. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They did not rush through service and listened to my areas needing attention.

Home Front Pest Control has done such a great job for us over the past year and we will continue to use them. We especially want to say that Jeff and Brandon are great guys, that have great customer service and are very personable. They were eager to help or answer any questions that we had. Our service man, Damon, was on time, rang our door bell to let us know when he started and rang it again to let us know he had completed the job. Did an excellent job, working in the rain, of knocking down the spider webs and spraying the insecticide. They, HomeFront, are a cut above.

Our technichian was Sergio T and he was awesome. So nice and polite but the best part was he how thorough he was. He moved things and sprayed everywhere. We were so impressed with the job he did. Way better than any other pest control compay we have experienced.

Fantastic service, Vance Arostigue was my technician. Vance was on-time and extremely thorough. He explained how the spiders and ants were most likely entering my home and treated both interior and exterior areas. He further explained how I should take advantage of more frequent servicing if I experienced problems sooner than the quarterly service interval. He refilled and positioned the bait boxes to optimize the rat extermination and gave me some tips on trapping, etc... Very pleasant demeanor and excellent work ethic...I give Vance "two thumbs up!"...

This guys are fast, courteous. I called them yesterday and today they sent their person, Ben Morales. I was not home but I saw him on my way back home and he was able to tell what he did in my backyard. Wow--I am impressed.

When I have called to report ants, they come out the next day. Everyone on their phones is very polite and helpful, and the people they send out are nice, clean, polite and very thorough in their work. Brandon was exceptional! We've been with them for two years and will continue.

Nick Waggoner came to my home to help with an issue with gophers. He is extremely kind and courteous, answered all my questions, and I was pleased with the job he did. It is nice to encounter a technician with such a pleasant demeanor, and I would love to have him do work for us again.

Very pleasant and all concerns were taken care of very well and quickly. Ben Morales, gave me an update as to what and where he found bugs/spiders and where he put product (as concern for my dogs). He was very professional and helpful, answering all of my questions and/or concerns.

The entire experience was very thorough and professional, from the sales person Alden to our technician Luis. The follow-up from the business office to ensure the details of the contract were accurate was very appreciated. They took the time to gain our business and make us happy.

I've had good experiences with the company since my service first started about 1.5 yrs ago. The technicians are always nice and respectful and are generally very prompt and arrive early in the window they give you. Despite what others have said, I've never had them come over when I didn't have someone available at the house and they've never asked to. They are accommodating and have come really late before to work with my schedule. They always ask if they could do anything better and are really friendly. I don't have a bad thing to say, actually. I've had 1 or 2 instances where we had to do an extra "in-between" services spraying, but it was never an issue and no questions asked.

Every technician I've had come out has been on point. My last one, Sergio T., was especially polite and nice.

I would like commend the professionalism of our technician, Anthony Renteria. Our house is near the hills, so we have lots of problems with ants. Anthony came over and took extremely good care of the problem areas. He was very friendly and I highly would recommend him as well as Home Front Pest Control!

I had been battling a pretty severe ant infestation on my own when the rep from this company came door-to-door, so I signed up. They said we may still see a few bugs for a few days after our first spray, but they were non-existent within about 24 hrs. We had just started to see a few ants in our garage and garden right before our second spray was due... however that was nipped in the bud. I am most impressed by the technician Luis Pelayo going all around our house and removing all spider webs. He got all around our pool, garden, yard, the overhangs all the way around the house, under our patio furniture and grill... very thorough! Customer service is top notch, these folks go above and beyond!

Ross was our technician, and he was AWESOME! On time, clean, courteous, friendly, and a total gentleman. He was thorough but efficient, and a pleasure to have in our home. I HIGHLY recommend Home Front Pest Control. Totally worth it.

Ryan was very friendly. He inspected the house before he began to be sure there weren't any problem areas and he also asked about the areas he shouldn't be spraying.

These guys are great. I mean, really great. You wouldn't think there's a big difference between these type of companies but after doing business with Homefront I wouldn't look anywhere else. They came out quickly, making time in their schedule at the last minute to deal with are ant problem. They're friendly, personal, and most importantly, they get the job done. I thought there was no way our ant problem would really be cleared up in 24 hours but it was. When Nick Waggoner was here today for our month-later visit he was another great representative of the company and got our service done quickly and with great customer service. I have been with Home Front for about 2 years and have been very happy with the service. From the minute I get the call that service is due, until the service is completed I know I am being taken care of by the best! I have had many other companies in the past but never had the great service that I get with Home Front!

The Techs always show up on time.They are professional, responsible and willing to answer any questions and educate me. If they find something that I might not be aware of it is brought to my attention. My most recent tech was Desi. He was great! Since I am having a new problem with fleas, he explained how long I need to keep my pets in after spraying, he picked up the dogs water bowls in case any poison blew into them and let me know this. Desi also reminded me a couple of times not to walk barefoot outside (as I tend to do) just to be safe with the newly sprayed areas. I noticed he checked thouroughly for wasp nests, and things overhead as well as on the ground!

If you are on the fence about a pest control company...Call Home Front Pest Control.. They are 5 Stars!

It's a nice deal. They hit around the house, all of the different places where bugs could come in and then we don't see any bugs for a long time. What's really nice is that when we do see any bugs, we can call them and they'll either be there that day or the next day to deal with the problem. We've been with them for about a year or two and we've never had any problems.

This was my initial service with Home Front. I was very impressed with the service and professionalism extended by your service technician, Rhys Webster. He explained what type of pest control he was going to use, how he was going to use it, what to expect, then went about doing it. At the conclusion of the service he asked if I had any additional concerns or questions about the service.

We have used this service for two years. During the last appt. Damon spent time removing all the brown widow spider sacks under all the eaves. The year round service helps keep the pests out of our fruit and vegetable garden (which we do not spray).

Garth was the technician who did an extremely good job after the first technician was here and did a really terrible job. I will definitely be calling the office to request that Garth be added to my account as my preferred technician. He was very courteous and answered questions I had. Since my original service call was so bad, I told Garth that I would like to look over his work before he left and he told me when he was done and asked me to check his work.

Sergio and Alex were here today. As usual they were very thorough in web cleaning to not only get eaves but under patio chairs and lounges also. Both pleasant and cheerful and in this case went the extra mile when i asked as they were leaving if they did anything for snails and instead of calling someone to come back ,they did it right then and also emphasized that i could call anytime i had a problem. more businesses should have this kind of service.

HORRIBLE!!! Go elsewhere! I used homefront, the product stained my tile grout. I asked them to fix it and discontinue services. They still came without me home, supposidly sprayed outside, charged me and I had already asked them NEVER to come again. Then sent me to collections! I still have stained grout! DO NOT USE HOMEFRONT!!
