Garth was the technician who did an extremely good job after the first technician was here and did a really terrible job. I will definitely be calling the office to request that Garth be added to my account as my preferred technician. He was very courteous and answered questions I had. Since my original service call was so bad, I told Garth that I would like to look over his work before he left and he told me when he was done and asked me to check his work.
