great innovative idea's with great exicution...great job A R software.

My wife joined here as junior software developer, agreed Salary was 15k, later on after 15 days they told me y performance not upto mark, you can leave or work with us in 5k salary. No words for this type of organization. They are playing with employees career.

Before joining this organization I feel that there will be lot of work pressure. But, working here is so comfortable that I enjoy to come at office. Apart from the friendly atmosphere, I find many interesting projects which will be very beneficial in career terms.
