I am a first-time customer of HomeFront. The lead tech, Nick Waggoner, was on time for the appointment and explained what he would be doing and that the office would give me a "welcome" call. Sure enough, a minute and a half later, the phone rang. Nick started clearing spider webs from under chairs and around furniture. He also treated the lawns to get rid of ants, etc. I appreciated that he made eye contact when he spoke and he was deliberate in his actions to complete his tasks. He was polite and even addressed me as "Sir." He's a pro.
