DeShawn B from HomeFront was our tech. He was very polite and thorough. He listened to the areas of concern that my husband expressed and made sure to take care of them. They just applied today, so i am not sure how the product will work. But I will say that the customer service that we have received from both DeShawn B and the sales rep. Alex has been above par.
