Poor customer service and excuses coming from Jesse with the nose ring working the front desk, just made my stay less desirable. Cutting someone off to complain about just getting back to work isn't something a tired guest wants to hear. Please do better.
The staff at Holiday Inn -Dublin is one of a kind! Katie S. was so helpful with our reservation and went out of the way to accommodate our needs in light of the surgical procedure that we were in town for. Kaley s courtesy call regarding our early check-in request was thoughtful and welcoming. Perla was equally outstanding! She didn t make any excuses or waste any time addressing a misunderstanding with our room. We really appreciated her take-charge attitude. The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness area was a stupendous experience ... we relaxed in the hot tub and splashed around in the pool while watching the monsoon-like rain pour down outside. So cool!!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and I am always impressed by the cleanliness and service.
The check in was very friendly and quick. The place is very nice, large space outside, free parking, friendly staff and clean. The spacious hotel space does not translate to large rooms. My room has a smallish tv, less than 40 inches but the huge array of channels I have not seen elsewhere.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. The rooms and facility feel a little outdated but were relatively clean. I was a little frustrated with the heating and AC unit not being run by a thermostat but instead being an on/off wall unit. The room was 62 degrees when I walked in so naturally I turn the heat on, somewhere around halfway through the night I needed to get up to adjust the temp of the room as it had reached 80 degrees. Other than this, it was a pleasant stay.
Awesome location. This hotel is near multiple shopping centers and many good places to eat and next to the Bart. The service was great and the breakfast was enjoyable. My room had a 1 bed queen which was comfy. Room a bit small but it worked. Had a big tv, but no fridge. Overall great stay.
Greta hotel. Great customer service. Very clean, very quiet. Breakfast was good. The diner is also good. Woukd highly recommend

Rooms seemed small, dark and old. Staff is very nice, breakfast is good when its included in your rate. Otherwise I would not pay $15 for breakfast. It just seemed too old for me.

When checking in I asked for an area a little quite and I was there for early check in. They stuck me in grand central station.

Reminiscent of a run down, poorly maintained establishment. Room was smelly. Heat wouldn't stop at first. Had to call maintenance to stop it. Then I was never able to turn it back on. It was freezing overnight.
Very bad we went to a wedding and the security and the office were very rough with me.

Couldnt get it right. Went on a business trip, they didn't recieve anyof the payments we sent so made me pay out of pocket. Uncomfortable beds and they out me in the wrong room. Dont bother making reservations it doesnt matter here

The room was nice and clean. The carpets we're soft and comfy. The bathroom could use updating but wasn't unpleasant. After check-in they delivered a box of cookies to my room which was a very nice touch.
This hotel is kind of gross. 2 straight days they didn't clean my room while I was gone all day and my room key failed on three separate occasions causing me to have to go all the way down to the lobby.
The hotel is near an intersection. Very noisy. No insulation...

The hotel is good quality. The food is decent at the restaurant area. Used a conference room for a business event. Perfect for our needs.
Awful experience. Old property, outrageously overpriced, not well maintained. Reception staff was unfriendly, not greatly trained. And hotel guests were extremely ride, insulting my Asian partner in the parking lot. We usually like Holiday Inn properties and are good members with IHG but this one was the worst.
Good comfy bed. Adequate amneties. Water pressure at 3rd level shower a bit weak. Sliding door had some winter draft leaking in. Fortunately there's the heater.

There's several things I really appreciated about this hotel. 1) Staff was incredibly friendly. Smiles as soon as you entered, and everything looked well taken care of. 2) my room was clean and the internet was more than fast enough for me to VPN in and work. 3) Within an hour someone came by with fresh fruit as a welcome to the hotel. This is the first time I've experienced this at an IHG hotel and solidified my decision to only stay in Dublin Holiday Inn when my work brings me there. 4) hot water and high water pressure. It's a silly thing, but having water pressure strong enough to feel it makes a difference. 5) AC unit blasted some cold cold air. 6) plenty of food nearby. Both fast food, hotel restaurant and an Outback Steakhouse are within very short walking distance. Slightly further out are a plethora of ethnic cuisines. Also if you forgot any part of your wardrobe there are a bunch of clothing stores close by. There is an indoor pool and fitness center that I did not avail myself to as I neither exercise nor wish to expose my pasty white skin to other human beings. For the price and location I as extremely satisfied with this hotel.
We were there last month. One of the horrible experiences ever. The hotel itself is separated from the reception and breakfast area. The rooms are scanty. The drainage was not proper , and when we called for someone to repair no one turned up.
The hotel rooms have a deserted look as if someone stole the furniture away. There were no curtains. The worst part was when we went for the breakfast. There was a tincture bug on my breakfast plate ! And the manager was not courteous enough to say even sorry ! After sleeping in the room, my dad developed rashes- God knows when the hotel was thoroughly cleaned. And we had small kids with us- the hotel does not have microwave !!!! Anywhere !!! Except in the breakfast area- so you have to travel miles to get the warm milk for your child !
Holiday Inn has a name, a reputation which was not at all upto the mark in this place. Very disappointed. Will never recomment to anyone- stay in a motel rather than this place ! :(

We attended a meeting in one of the hotel ballrooms. It was comfortable and had nice refreshments and snacks (fruit, cookies, coffee, water, etc.). It was set up perfectly, and the staff were helpful and friendly.
I am Spiral member of IHG rewards club, but the service or welcome at frontdesk was very poor. Rooms are very small, bathroom was very congested and there was no space for even person to stand properly.. I don't recommend this hotel..
They have continental breakfast. A delight to the senses! I'll have what I'm having!
Nice room. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Attended an event there as well and the food was good too.
Room was clean and comfortable. Wish I would have been able to take advantage of the indoor pool.
Pretty decent service. Resturant/bar is open till 10 pm and the food is decent as well (Outback right next door too as an alternative option.) They have an indoor pool and breakfast stuff they put out in the am. Desk people were courteous and helpful. Room service was on it and very friendly. There are local stores and a variety of eateries in walking distance (some are kid friendly too). Bart station is nearby as well. Overall a pretty good location and the price was good too. Five stars cause the hotel, plus the surrounding amenities make it with worth the stay.
This hotel sucks! I came here with a number of accompanies and the two beds were not same one of it was not a normal one, it was connected to sofa, so I and my friend changed the room. Also my other friends said that they encountered an uncleaned room and also a stranger in the room because the room was checked in twice. So I now feel anger about the attitude of this hotel. Oh my, I just realized that this hotel's wifi dosen't work. It does have a Wifi but I can't access it. Additionally, in case of my room, there was no bathtub. Though the room has a bluetooth-working alram clock, Never come here

The room exceeded my expectations. I loved it! The patio view of the courtyard blew me away. The employees were graciously hospitable. It was beautiful. I had a great time.
DANGEROUS HIGH CRIME AREA. I have stayed in this hotel twice and my car was burglarized both times! This an older hotel in an older area sitting on a dead-end street between an old bowling area and a massage parlor. At night the gang/hoodlum types hang around outside and at times talk and laugh with the hotel staff. Then to make matters worse, the hotel refused to do anything to make it up to me. Pleasanton and San Ramon are both nice areas nearby, I would stay there instead!
all i can see is you will pay the price of holiday inn to in very cheap motel. during Covid please avoid this hotel.

It's a Holiday Inn so the standards are as expected. It's a comfortable room with all the amenities you expect. Unfortunately the property is a little older and I've been staying at newer ones thus comparatively, this is definitely an average one.
Understood though that the price around the area is high and this property is relatively low.

Excellent room, a bit small on space but great comfortable bed, super hot spacious shower, nice flat screen and directv movies. Good location with tons of food options. Ample free nearby parking. Easy check in and out. Would stay here again. Some noisy guests in the evening but can't blame the hotel.
