Wonderful service, Jared in the office was extremely helpful, the delivery guys were very nice and we are very pleased with the service.

Guy there couldn't have been nicer! Got me in an out in 10 minutes on a last minute wheelchair rental! This is how you treat a customer! Jared is a 5 star asset to your company! Give that man a raise :) Would recommend to anyone!

I would write down the entire situation I had with this company but there isn't enough space in this box or time in the day. Simple version I bought something, paid for it, and was then sent something else because the item I wanted wasn't operating. The replacement did not work properly so I was given the option of paying MORE for the original item or waiting who knows how long for a replacement for the replacement. It got worse and more complicated. Sound painful? Well it was. If you NEED medical equipment and NEED it to function, and NEED to not spend money on things you didn't want....go elsewhere.

I was working with my father to get supplies for his medical needs and did not know where to start. Jared was great with helping me find what I needed and filling out paperwork. He even followed up to make sure I had everything I needed. Very professional and would highly recommend!

Jared was a great help and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and if I called him with any problems he was able to resolve it in a timely manner. Great staff and quality products!

This company is amazing. They have a wide range of products, offer next-day delivery and even help set up equipment, offer free tune-ups to mechanical items (wheelchairs), and they have a knowledgeable staff to answer questions. I like their online catalog to see options, but prefer their showroom to see the products when I want to compare products.

I have been a client of Mid-Atlantic for over 15 years. They have done an amazing job maintaining that friendly neighborhood atmosphere and attitude with the service and availability of a large chain. Sure miss the pharmacy! I recently started using their CBD products. I was skeptical of all the hype around CBD, but was surprised, and grateful, at how well it works to relieve muscle pain and soreness. Its instantaneous!

I'm giving 5 stars for this company. I've experienced many different companies, and by far this ones the best. The employees are very nice and helpful. They have great customer and delivery service and they can answer any question immediately. I highly recommend this company to everyone who needs great quality medical equipment and services.

Rude, unwilling to help, doing like that they were wrong in selling wrong item

Horrible company my dad is oxygen dependent and he started having trouble with his machine. I contacted this company everyday for one week, they send someone to repair it and later that night it s not working again, I finally requested a new machine the service guy was supposed to call, never did contacted again, no call back still and now the machine isnt working again. Is this how you conduct your business, broken promises but yet expect your payment on time. Meanwhile my dads pulse ox is in the 60 s and can t get downstairs to reset the machine because he can t breathe. Awful service Would not recommend this company. I don t believe all the raving 5 star reviews either.

We used them many years ago for my Grandfather and their service has standed the test of time. Thank you!

My Mom needed to find a rollator, and quickly. We went to several stores, and found each to have only one brand in any style, which made comparison difficult. Then we found Mid-Atlantic. They had several brand/models in the style we were looking for and were able to compare them. Best of all, once my Mom decided which one suited her best, we discovered the price (with a sale) was roughly half what another store would have charged! Of course, no store can match the internet these days for selection, but some things require trying out in person, and the selection at Mid-Atlantic topped other local stores we visited. The sales woman we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful as well.

An ad in The Baltimore Sun alerted me to this product, a collapsible, four wheeled rechargeable electric mobility scooter. It takes 12 seconds to fold it up, 12 seconds to unfold...then...climb aboard and drive away. GREAT product, delivered and supplied by MidAtlantic. If you need such a device don't delay...just buy one of these. MidAtlantic will help every step of the way, even after you drive off.

I purchased a Drive walker/wheelchair a few months ago. Jarrett was very helpful and professional in explaining how it worked and I appreciate his patience. The quality is very good and we love the people at Mid Atlantic. I have also purchased several other small items and I feel the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend Mid Atlantic to anyone looking for a good medical supply store.

I made a terrible mistake, this is the wrong company. Please forgive me!! BE AWARE:I write this review for the next person wanting to use this company. This company should not be in business. I had a medical transport company set up to bring my wife home and a nurse appointment made. First , good luck contacting someone, I waited for at a minimum of 10 minutes for each call to have someone answer the phone. I called several times each time I waited. I was given a window of 3-5 to have a medical bed set up. The following morning I was given a different time frame 4-7. I explained that timeframe would not work, the manager assured me it would be delivered by three, the arrival was almost three hours late. I had to cancel the transport company, nurse care and hospital for a next day release date. I was put in a terrible position, my wife is very sick, AGAIN, the company should not be in busness, it is my understanding I am not the only one with this issue. I will contact the hospital rep, my insurance company and BBB.
