So far so good. Continuing stay, but with a few minor inconveniences the stay has been good. Slow drains in the shower, room was well over 100 degrees on arrival, slightly maze like building. Great restaurant, pleasant front desk help, and quick easy answers to questions about local area.

I did not like my room it smelled funny. Need some update. I couldn't get into my room because something with the keypad. I did love the fact that the housekeeping do their best and keeping the room clean it was very clean the maid tied a bow and the toilet paper was very cute. I didn't really like the area just wasn't real comfortable in my room here.

Old hotel and rooms. Housekeeping open the door at 11 am without knocking first. The morning receptionist didn t understand the difference of IHG levels and their benefit of check out. Breakfast is not included and you have to carry it out.

I stay here at least 8 nights/month for work. The hotel is clean, quiet, and the manager (Paul) is fantastic as are the front desk staff. If you *have* to travel during a pandemic, this is a great place to stay.

I attended a meeting in one of the meeting rooms. There were fifteen of us and we had a buffet luncheon put on by Holiday Inn staff. The facility is nicely located, clean and bright. The buffet luncheon consisted of a green salad with two kinds of dressing, a three cheese pasta, sauteed mixed veggies, meat lasagna and Tiramisu for dessert. FYI this is the third year that we've had the partnership meetings here and each time the food, service and staff have been similarly good.

My hotel room wifi was not possible to connect to and I could only watch half of the TV channels because there was no signal. It's difficult to stay in a hotel room that charges so much when the necessary hotel amenities don't work

Was there for a birthday party in one of the banquet rooms. Had reserved a generic room with one queen bed. It was very clean, had tv, internet/computer hookups, no refrigerator or microwave but a Kurick coffee maker with regular and decafe choices that wouldn't brew. Comfortable high bed. Wall heater/air conditioner. Room service was available but limited and rather spendy.

This place rocks! Being an IHG member they upgraded me to a suite and it was SUPER nice and the whole place is very clean. Unfortunately I did not get to stay long enough to really use it, but it's a great place to stay in that area.

Not as nice as the pictures. It was pretty clean, nothing horrible. But definitely older hotel. Didn't have the room I reserved and had to switch because the room they have us first wasn't even close. Asked for two beds and the first room only had one. They fixed the problem quickly though so cudos for that. Nice heated pool, nice hot tub, minimal exercise room. Nice quiet stay though.

We planned a trip to San Francisco for our anniversary. We stayed the night here and they booked us in their biggest suite. It was amazing. Not over the top but beyond perfect. It is a 2 story room. The downstairs has a kitchen, dinning room table, desk, couch w/bed, a large flat screen tv, bathroom, balcony, and fireplace. There is a spiral staircase that leads to the loft upstairs which is the master bedroom. A tempurpedic bed, flat screen tv, spa bathtub in the upstairs bathroom. We could have spent all weekend in the room and it would have been great. indoor pool and spa which was nice. Walking distance from Outback Steakhouse and even has a delicious restaurant inside the hotel with good food and happy hour. They called us to check and make sure that everything was good with out room. They did a very good job at making sure our anniversary was special. Front desk has excellent customer service. Very close to BART station and shopping.

Just ok decore and layout, nothing extra special. There are at least a couple of large rooms for meetings/events as well as an outdoor space that can be used. Plenty of parking but can be challenging when events are happening as parking is shared with an Outback Steakhouse.

Clean room, fridge and microwave in the room. Fyi, no black out curtains, the shade only came down halfway the wall length window and then the full length curtain was sheer, so if you need it super dark to sleep it may not be the place for you. Pet friendly.

Everyone that works there is very friendly, accommodating, professional. I have stayed there several times and seems to have many of the same employees, that tells me that the are happy there. Rooms are good they could use a little updating, however comfortable and clean. I don t spend much time in the room. Morning breakfast is great from fresh made omelets and French toast to the oatmeal.

General Mgr Paul and his ENTIRE staff has made me feel at home, when I stay at THIS facility. Even during COVID-19 pandemic, they have manage to keep up the standards that the Holiday Inn represents. I couldn't ask for more!!!

Location is ok, not central but ok. The hotel is a little dated, but not dirty. Rooms are a small but still perfectly functional. Everything seems to work. The bar and restaurant are again, functional but but spectacular. There's nothing amazing about this hotel, but at the same time, there's nothing wrong with it either.

First negative review I've ever done.

First negative review I've ever done.

Nice hotel, good breakfast--you'll get sneak attacked with charges if you're there on business, though (which I was): as most hotels do, they made me put a card on file for damages. I wasn't the originator of the reservations, nor was I responsible for paying (again, business)--regardless, they threw the full room cost on my card. I had them refund it then double check that it was refunded. Never happened. It's been a battle.

Now I understand the necessity of charging a secondary card if the original one didn't work (I'm assuming whatever card they had didn't work)--if you plan on doing that, you'd better warn the other cardholder, though. Guaranteeing that a card is meant for "damages only" then changing your mind means you're asking for reviews like this. BTW they did this to every card they had on file for our group (which was about 30 people). If you can imagine, people were....unhappy.

Was at hotel for a work retreat/training event. Wi-fi worked well, but some hotels also run powerstrips to each table, which this did not have. Overall though, good experience, and the food was good as well.

Firstly, The hotel does not qualify for stars above 3. All reviews 3 stars or higher require the hotel to have room service to be eligible, among many other points of specification this hotel doesn t offer.

Within the hotels range of possible stars, I would give it no stars, an option not absolve on google.

Not having running hot water disqualifies the hotel from any star rating. It s 3:46pm and I ve been trying to shave and then shower since 8am.

The front desk said the problem was the room and gave me keys to a better room in the top floor. I ve been to it a few times and the water runs cold as well

Later a loud knocking at my door jarred me out of my chair. Opening the door I found three employees making very stern faces at me, telling me the room is supposed to be unoccupied. Did they need three people to cause fear in the guest?

Hoping for the best, I took an hour to pack and another hour unpacking in the new room. The business day was nearly over, so I tried the water again. Cold.

The front desk said maintenance would come up to look at the issue. 30 mins later, no knock at the door, the call was the front desk telling me the hotel was under maintenance and there would be no hot water. He said he d call when it was fixed.

An hour later a manger called to move my room again,

Even the 1-Star motel six has running hot water. Even motel 6 would advise guests if unable to provide hot water. Here it was a closely guarded secret for my first two nights, I m unclean and unshaven, inappropriate to do business, the reason for my stay.

Can t say whether the third room has running water or not, I m told some fruit and water will be sent to the room for free.

At $140 + tax, prepaid twice, fruit and water would be the least they could offer. I wonder if the water offered is that hot water that comes included in my stay.

Who knows. This is my third humbled experience at this hotel. I won t be back.

One last shot. Any hotel that is under secret repair why would they allow the commercial size workers trucks to take the spots near the entrance keeping them from paying guests?

It s obvious to all travelers that the trucks are too big for the spots, their tires on both sides go over the white lines, leaving no space for normal cars to park or to get out of their normal size cars, and those cars get pretty banged up by the doors of the trucks and from their carrying tools, lumber, glass and other large pieces of material in and out of the truck bed.

How is it lost in the managers and the workers the damage they cause and the complete rude behavior of their superior taking of those spots.

This has been the case at this location for 11 months. Should not larger spots for commercial trucks be elsewhere and the front doors reserved for size appropriate travelers paying for them?

Foresight is 20/20 with the right management and this management can t even see hindsight at 20/20, for that reason - 1Star
