Needs a major remodel. Plumbing is terrible. Toilet barely flushed. Tried taking a shower but water wouldn't drain and so I was standing in a foot and a half of dirty water.
Asked for late checkout 1pm (which was approved when I checked in), the. 8:30am, 11:00am knocks on the door with a followup phone call from front asking if I had requested a late checkout. So much for sleeping from a very long day before! Not too thrilled with this place.

Great bed and great shower head : two of my main criteria. The building is a little older so the walls are a bit thin. Don't get the room on the Cloverleaf! Too much freeway noise. But the room I moved to had almost no road noise

Bed was hard and room smelt like a wet dog. Which im sure was smell of the carpwt cleaning chemical. But I was over powering. I did feel safe. Staff was super nice and breakfast was good. Over all not the worst place. Would be perfect with a better bed :)

Wonderful and pleasant stay.

Wonderful and pleasant stay.
If I had to nitpick the pillows were bad. They have no support.

The management at Dublin Holiday Inn have alwa been exceptional host's kind, considerate and friendly. Paul is absolutely amazing his professionalism stands above the rest in the hospitality industry. In my opinion Paul should be recognized and rewarded for his above and beyond.managerial skills. Paul is a great GM.

Fantastic hotel with an incredible hospitality staff. Due to flight delays, I checked in late. I had a concern but the general manager was there and immediately rectified the situation. I slept so well, I forgot where I was at. The breakfast team was very welcoming and so wonderful at 6am. The omelet/waffle chef was outstanding. The fresh fruit display and food variation made for a relaxing/satisfying breakfast.

We ve been here for three nights now, and there has been a loud event every night, till as late as midnight. The lobby is hard to navigate when it s so full of people, but the music keeping us awake is really upsetting. The hotel cares more about their events than their guests. The room is what we expected, but the noise is not.

Great at accommodating large groups in my case more than 250 guests with 3 meals a day for the weekend! Close to shopping centers, easy access to and from the freeway, great accommodations for handicapped guests. Clean outdoor seating. Various sizes in meeting rooms with air conditioning in every one. Above all very respectful employees even on busiest hours.

I took a taxi , the company was called easy cab. As soon as i got in the car i smelled marijuana. That is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I always refer people to this hotel but if you guys provide drivers like this then i will no longer refer anyone.

Great service at the ballybunion bar and grille. Ordered the appetizer sampler and was glad I got to try about everything. The chicken alfredo was a bit buttery but it was great with the bread.

Theres plenty of parking in the area. The beds were a bit small even though they said that they were queen size beds. I'm 5'8 and my feet are right at the edge. Staff was fairly friendly but don't think our room was cleaned that throughly since there was a piece of old gum stuck to the headboard of the bed. The hallway had a really strong vanilla smell they were pumping throughout the halls that gave us a headache each time we walked through. Breakfast is not included.but overall our stay was okay.

At check-in, I was greeted with an entrance that left me speechless & a smile that I would ve expected from any IHG property. The front desk staff greeted me and accommodated my every request (at check-in)

I was placed in Rm320 (located all the way in the back of the hotel) which was quiet and away from any tours that came in that night. I was satisfied ( at the moment ) I was told that if I needed anything, to call the front desk via room telephone. I was over excited That they had a resturaunt downstairs due to me not wanting to go anywhere during my stay, until I was ready to call the resturaunt. The phone didn t work at all. I couldn t call for room service for breakfast, lunch or a late checkout!!, which I should ve been notified of at check-in. I went downstairs to request my late check out for 1pm at 8am and still had housekeeping knocking on my door at 10am trying to open my door.

Honestly? This property is beautiful, but the way it is organized should be a lot better.

No standard amenities like the other holiday inn, microwave, fridge, nada. Also security for vehicles is an issue. The vehicle next to mine got broken into. Not good to sleep with that in mind

During the pandemic they offer a revised menu for room service. The indoor pool is closed and fire pit is not lit though. Hubby uses Priceline and 9 times out of 10 we usually end up with a room in high traffic area (at another hotel occupants walking by room at any hour if the day or night) or a room next to an elevator (one evening at a different hotel I couldn't figure out why it sounded like someone skateboarding above us. It ended up being the elevator sound lol) At this hotel location, I highly suggest requesting a room facing the inner court, away from the elevators, housekeeping stockrooms and entrance. That way you won't need to hear the cars of all the earlier birds getting up, employees voices across the hallway and people in the car lot possibly blasting their car stereo.(which happened both nights with us) It's in manageable walking distance from Starbucks, take away, grocery and across the highway from the mall and Bay Area Rapid Transit Station, (I use a walker) most rooms have microwave and small fridge, but are cozy and meant for just sleeping. Ours had a King, two bedside tables, one person cushiony seat, desk and chair bathroom, closet and dresser/ tv stand. Just big enough for two but crowded for any more than that. Over all, It was good.

I came here to Pleasanton for the first time on a work trip. I have stayed at another Holiday Inn before so I expected a decent stay. Upon checking in, the carpet had a foul smell and there was a tiny opening/hole on the roof (I wouldn't realize until the next day what was it for). The next morning I woke up upon exiting I saw a spider crawling near the door. I killed it using a tissue and then flushed it in the toilet. I thought it was probably a fluke. I returned from my work conference and laid on the bed for a while. To my surprise, I looked up on the roof and saw another black spider. Frustrated I called the front desk and explained the situation and requested a different room. At first they said they were sold out and then when I told them I would leave the hotel they somehow managed to convince me to stay in a different room. At this point, I was truly disappointed as Holiday Inn had let me down and put a bad taste in my mouth forever. I requested a refund for the remainder of my stay. At first they denied, but after repeatedly requesting they agreed to it. They still had the audacity to charge me $135 for the previous night to sleeping with spiders. No refunds, no apologies nothing. I walked out and booked a room at DoubleTree Hilton. I took pictures of everything I wish I could post here. Never coming back here ever again!!!

Large hotel, a little dated, some rooms are better than others. They screwed up a reservation a few months ago and put my family in a single bed room, they fixed it the next day but it was frustrating they change reservations without informing the customer ahead of time, my daughter had to sleep on a gross pull out couch.
They usually have rooms available when other hotels in the area are full.

OMG

OMG
I stayed there on Monday night. I had a business meeting Tuesday morning. They remodeled the place. The rooms looked okay on the surface and the people were nice But the sleep number bed was crappy. Only the left side worked right I had to sleep diagonal in the bed to at least get some sleep. The toilet kept backing I had to flush it twice in order for it to work.
It eventually just stopped working all together. There was only about 5 working channels on the tv. Every other channel wouldn't load. Tried to get some water in the vending machines to take to my room they were all empty on each floor. What's up with that. Even the Snapple was all out. Thats how deep it was. Had a meal voucher for the "Continental Breakfast" the next morning and the eggs didn't taste like real eggs and the French toast tasted like dough.
