They enjoy decorating for Halloween!! I m also impressed by the willingness of multiple staff to go the extra mile. Shortly after checking in, I experienced a crises. It was fairly late. The night clerk was very supportive. 2 of the night shift maintenance men spent a lot of time trying to help me. The GM, Paul, was able to help me in the end.

Either you have a business center or you do not. Travelers needing to hammer out some sentences in a pleading to help win their clients case need to rely on the word of hotel staff and I was lied to and was not prepared for my hearing, thanks Mr. manager man who yelled at me for complaining. He also didnt like I mentioned that the up front parking spots reserved for rewards members like myself, are being taken by huge construction worker trucks - too big for the spots and ding the doors of the reward members they encroached on. it sucks and thanks for the dent!

I had a terrible experience at another hotel an hour prior to coming here. I walked in at 7 am to check in and the lady at the front desk immediately recognized that I was not having a good day but wow was she able to turn it around. I mean really wow. I will forever remember her attitude about how to handle the situation as a perfect solution to a difficult problem. Its the kind you use during job interviews for customer service positions. All said and done the beds were super comfy and the food was good. The all you can eat breakfast seemed high priced, but considering the price of a glass of orange juice and omelette at any restaurant, adding ayce after it turns out to be less than IHOP and that sir is a good deal!

Very sweet ladies at the front desk, decent looking main lobby. However, the building that had all the rooms was across the parking lot which was no big deal but when you walked in the building it was like you were at an entirely different hotel, it was outdated and had a funky smell. Our room looked fairly clean but the walls were extremely thin and the blinds were broken. The was no refrigerator in the room or a microwave. There were also some random guests giving each other haircuts on the first floor, there were towels and hair all over the place! My cousin and I will not be staying here again.

Start with the positive: staff was friendly, it is very clean, and it is convenient. The negatives: the bed was extremely firm, the freeway noise is overwhelming, and the shades cannot block the light they use to accent the building walls.

I feel the hotel is overpriced for the quality received. I have stayed here at least four times for 3-4 nights per stay in the last 1.5 years. It is very clean with nice staff but the rooms and hallways are dark and dated. This most recent stay the sliding patio door wouldn't close all the way and it is intentionally locked to only allow it to open four inches making it hard to try to close. With the door partially open cigarette don't l smoke made its way into the room the last night. Other annoyances in this stay is the tub would not drain well while showering, and there was no do not disturb sign. On the bright side the room was cleaned up nicely each day. Overall I will stay here again because it is better than other hotels in the area.

Worst experience Ive had in 15 years of travel. Service is absolutly terrible. They won't daily clean and freshen up the rooms because of Covid. Thats a sad excuse to not do your job.
I couldn't get coffee when I needed. I had to bring my trash to the front desk in order to get a new liner. The franchise needs to dump this hotel in order to maintain some level of quality.

Nice place to stay when traveling.
The bathrooms are not large, so be prepared to bang your elbow on the sink anytime you sit on the toilet if you're any bigger than a child.
Clean and pleasant overall.

It's an older Hotel but in good condition. The rooms are nice but small. Bathroom a bit small for a king room. Outlets added to the nightstand since I last stayed here about 8 months ago. Plenty of outlets on the desk. The room had a mini refrigerator and microwave. Staff is very friendly.

We attended an evening Paint Nite here in the outdoor patio. The event was fun but the hotel needed some more attention to detail. Pros: Paint nite at an easy to find location. Friendly wait staff. Cons: No gas for the outdoor heaters (it was windy and a little chilly), very poor lighting (small twinkle lights, good for drinks but bad for a paint nite...), we ordered well drinks and appetizers - the fried ravioli were really hard and I think old. The cocktails were mild.

Pretty much all of my complaints concern the water in one way or another. The toilet takes forever to flush no matter what's in it, the sink doesnt drain very well, the water from the sink has little black particles in it(I noticed this AFTER I had already drank 2 cups). The shower keeps changing drastically between very hot and very cold. Probably the first time I've ever complained about the water in a hotel lol.
On a good note the indoor pool is nice

Its close to Jollibee, Island Pacific etc. It has free breakfast. The staff has been very helpful. My wife hurt herself in the parking lot and the staff came running to help. My wife just sprained her ankle but she was given ice pack, tylenol. The price was not bad as we stayed for 3 days. They provided a crib for my 1 y old son. Ty!

I only stayed for a night but it was a very nice location with a very cool lounge area outside as well as a pool. The balconies barely had any room however and it felt pointless to even have one.

Looked good online. When I got there it was totally diffrent. They said they were pet friendly but they are not. If you leave a pet alone its a 300$ fine. I will not be back. When you call expect to wsit on hold forever. When you get in lobby the staff is hanging out doing nothing.

Great place to stay, especially for business travel. I stay here about 5 times a year and the staff are always fantastic. Best Breakfast as they actually have a restaurant and not the typical Holiday Inn Express start breakfast. Keep up the great work and I will continue to visit!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn for four nights. The first was terrible. The bed was uncomfortable, the water pressure was awful, and the freeway noise kept me up all night. The next morning, I asked to be moved and I was given keys to another room immediately. This room was much better in all three regards. There is no thermostat in the rooms, so you have to adjust the temperature with a selector knob in a wall unit. The rooms and common areas are very clean. Easy parking and access.

Horrible service, horrible breakfast and rude staff. My group of kids just stayed here and were put to eat outside in the freezing weather! Staff confirms they will do something and then do the total opposite and our kids suffered for it....

Poor customer service. Shuttle service left us at the mall and then we were told they could pick us up. Called for pick up at 5pm and we were told they had stopped running shuttle service at 5pm yet online it says they run until 9pm. We walked back to the hotel. Asked again about the shuttle service and we were told they stop at 6pm. Room was clean except for the stain on the comforter.

Very old establishment. Like walking through the Winchester Mystery House. Rooms are small and smell musty like an unused cabin. Elevators are placed in unusuall locations. Access is not ADA compliant.
