Holiday Inn/opryland Nashville airport Review

Great customer service and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good also

Bed was a bit too hard and there is a bar across the parking lot that is loud enough to be audible at 1am if you're on the side of the hotel facing the parking lot. Breakfast was ok.

Very nice hotel. Front desk was friendly. Room is great.

Morning breakfast is not so good, very high priced, definitely not worth the money, don't plan to return.

For the price, this hotel was good. The breakfast could be better, but the good thing it has variety to choose from. Rooms were clean which I enjoyed. Pillows were super comfy as well.

Good as always. Never had a bad experience with this chain of hotels.

Room was dirty. Hair on toliet seat, in shower and in the bed. They gave us a different room. The room keys didnt work, so the assistant manager brought the keys to us when we called. That 2nd room also had hair in bathroom and in sheets as well as toothpaste crusted on bathroom door. Staff was talking to housekeeping when we were canceling the room, and 3 housekeeping ladies were laughing about it. I didn't find it funny at all..

If you've stayed at a Holiday inn Express you know what to expect. It's pretty clean, everything worked, staff is friendly.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. In a great location, clean and extremely quiet or at least the side I stayed on. The only negative thing I can say is there were no potatoes at the breakfast buffet and for the amount I spent on the room I wanted potatoes!

Great staff, clean rooms, and on the plus side they use Bath and Body Works products (Great choice).

This is the best place for us to stay- walking distance or shuttle to save us from driving. It is close to everything, breakfasts are great, and personnel very nice.

This hotel is in a great location for Opryland but a fair distance (20 mins by car) from Nashville downtown.

They do offer a shuttle service and the airport shuttle is free and super friendly, a great welcome to Nashville. The rooms are very spacious and well looked after. The hotel offers free breakfast and it's very substantial.

Close by a couple of places to have a drink and something to eat. Would definitely recommend this if you have a car to get into Nashville.

Great place to stay - reasonably priced, convenient to Opryland and Opry Mills and the staff was awesome.

A newer Holiday Inn Express. Everything was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly.

only issue ...the pool is too cold and the walking area around pool is VERY SLIPPERY...
people were friendly and room was average as we stayed in the executive suite...

Fairly typical Holiday Inn Express. Clean and comfortable. Pricey compared to others I've stayed at but I think it's due to the location. Within walking distance of several restaurants and live entertainment venues. Opryland Hotel is across the street and worth a tour. Short drive to Opry Mills Mall.

The service was excellent, the rooms were impeccable, the location was very convenient and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

We love the 2 room suite.

We try to stay here everytime we are in Nashville.

Many of the group I was with stayed across the street it was more expensive and did not prove a great breakfast like this place did, it had a shuttle and nice rooms

First we asked for a suite and then when we got there it was a regular room with 2adults and 4kids so they told us there wasn't any more left but I got my wife to go outside and request a suite and behold they had some available.Wow..Callie and the other lady needs some diversity training and I will never stay in this hotel again and please u understand that Nashville really disappointed me and my family.I work for the Fed Government and will let my colleagues to not stay in there until they treat people of color better.

Reasonably priced, clean, comfortable room. Indoor pool. No problems.

Room wasn't fully cleaned when we checked in. There was food in the microwave and freezer from a previous guest. Also there was what appeared to be drops of blood on the toilet seat and both rolls of toilet paper were half used.

Clean hotel. Low water pressure in the shower. The heater in the room did not work properly.

Close to Gaylord Opryland. Check out Caney Fork River Valley Grille for an excellent place to have dinner nearby.

JARED....just made my stay exceptional! I travel frequently and I've never had anyone go above and beyond like he did. The details aren't important just know that this guy, made my stay amazing with one small act of kindness. The details is what makes the stay great. IHG...Jared needs a raise! Anyone else wouldn't have even given my request a thought. Jared not only tried, he also came through!! Stay here!!! Thanks Bro!!

Just checked in earlier today and love our room! (320). Bed is soo comfortable and the room is really clean!

It was a great weekend getaway. The staff was very nice, rooms were super clean and comfortable. When we checked in she asked if the first floor was OK and we were a few doors down from the pool which was perfect for the 2 little girls with us!! The free breakfast was sufficient and lasted until 10 which was good!

We were on the 5th floor, and this was our second time staying here. Our room had 2 queen beds, nice sitting area, etc. Very clean, quiet, has a pretty decent breakfast.

Friendly staff, typical breakfast. This location is getting upgraded. We were on a recently renovated floor. Great location near Grand Ole Opry with easy freeway access. Good restaurants in area aw well.

Staff is terrible. Very rude and more than that sneaky. Head housekeeper came in my room unannounced for some unknown reason and when he saw me he said "oh im sorry this ain't room 320" Sad part about it I was on the SECOND floor not the THIRD. The next day I had a problem with my heater so I told the heavyset maybe also pregnant as well, she laughed at me and said "you're lying" Long story short the night time heavyset woman that works there is VERY rude and did NOT help me and my heat was not fixed. Talked to Casey the next day about it and she was pretty snobby as well. Nice hotel. Terrible awful staff.

Stayed here on a trip and the room was comfortable, quiet, and the beds were perfect. Exactly what I love about this chain.

This where I normally stay when coming to Nashville. It has been 7 months since my last stay and the hotel is updating the rooms and common areas. I would have given a 5 star but the new chair style in the room are not very comfortable at all. I was not able to set and rest. The office chair was actually better than that one. Overall this is a nice place to stay.

Nice and clean room! Breakfast was good! Walking distance to a gas station, liquor store and 3 Different bar and grills!

My stay was ok. Average conditions for a holliday inn. Tub controls didn't work and the desk chair is broken. Staff was nice.

They're under construction at the moment bit I've stayed there before and it's a good place to stay and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was a big room, 2 full size beds, a couch, comfy chair, table, refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, everything was neat and clean. Had cable and wifi. Good customer service.

This place is the best! The staff is professional with a fantastic sense of humor. The cost is more than fair. The rooms are perfect for buisiness and pleasure. Its location is not far from anything you'd want to do in Nashville.

Everything was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The Internet was fast and the room has multiple charging stations. I especially loved the lighted mirrors in the bathroom. My only complaint, the reason I didn't give a five star rating, is that there are no full length mirrors in the room.

Nice hotel! Free WiFi and free breakfast. Also, free shuttle to Opryland Hotel until 10pm. This is all around well worth the money!!

It's really quiet and very nice. I just have a very hard time getting on the bed as it is so tall but it's so comfortable. Love it here.
