Staff is terrible. Very rude and more than that sneaky. Head housekeeper came in my room unannounced for some unknown reason and when he saw me he said "oh im sorry this ain't room 320" Sad part about it I was on the SECOND floor not the THIRD. The next day I had a problem with my heater so I told the heavyset maybe also pregnant as well, she laughed at me and said "you're lying" Long story short the night time heavyset woman that works there is VERY rude and did NOT help me and my heat was not fixed. Talked to Casey the next day about it and she was pretty snobby as well. Nice hotel. Terrible awful staff.
