Everything has been nice. Rooms are nice, and clean.

Clean and comfortable. Fairly quiet. Breakfast is standard for a Holiday Inn Express. Front desk attendants are kind and helpful.

Great for the price; clean, polite, breakfast could have been better, but it was hot at least!

Very clean room and common areas. Friendly staff. Would have received five stars if there was adequate parking and I had not been erroneously charged an incidental fee after checkout. It was returned without an issue after i called, but still a hassle to have to do that.

Cold air, hot water, a comfy bed and right around the corner from the airport.

Appears to have neen very recently relocated. Clean color scheme in the rooms and nice touches like USB ports on each side of the bed and soft above need lighting. Tjis Holiday Inn Express also has three meeting rooms and a nice casual seating area off the front lobby. A good choice for our last night in Nashville

Convenient location near the airport. It was fairly quiet which I appreciate. The rooms were decent sized, clean and very modern.

Nice clean place to stay. Lobby area with the fireplace and TVs is attractive. Airport isn't very loud on the oposite rooms. Not sure about the near side to the airport.

Clean. Overpriced but it was a busy weekend in Nashville. Friendly staff in breakfast area but food was not very good for the price. Coffee was hot and juice was good.

OK place for quick stay near the airport. The updates in the entry, lobby, and breakfast area are well done and give a nice ambiance as entering. Also, the check-in is usually friendly and efficient. However, once entering the rooms they are a bit dated and need some attention. I had a random loud noise coming from my HVAC unit in my room. I shut it entirely off and it still made the noises. I finally tried to sleep with a pillow over my ears to muffle it, but that was not very convenient or helpful to hear my alarm for my flight.

It's a Holiday inn Express flip. The staff were friendly, rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfy.

As for the room, it was outdated and averagely clean at best. The shower was gross and the drain plug was pulled out, showing nasty rust and dirt inside the drain. There was a dead brown recluse spider on the bathroom floor. The bed sheets were papery and noisy.

Also, they charge you separately to park on the premises if you decide to use their parking lot and take the airport shuttle. When I booked the room and when I checked in, this was never explained. It was only brought up at 4am the morning of our flight and the people on staff were excessively rude about it and treated my friends and I, who are adults, like children. Poor cleanliness, rude staff, over priced even when at a discount. I will not be back.

Good clean and modern property, with comfortable beds and pillows, quiet AC units, and in room refrigerators. The common areas is bright and open, there is a public courtyard to lounge, and the fitness center has adequate equipment and free weights. A shuttle that runs every 15 minutes to the airport, and 24 hours on demand. My only complaint is the property does not have an in house guest laundry facility.

We have stayed here several times over the past 5-6 years. Our stay has always been pleasant, staff very friendly and helpful.

The entire staff was friendly and coffee was available 24/7. We had easy access to the room and no issues at all!

there was mold in the room, cigarette burns all over the carpet the staff was rude. I have been staying at IHG hotels for 20 years. I have been Spire Elite for the last 10 years at least, i hve stayed in countless properties over the years. This was easily the worst Holiday inn property i have ever stayed inn.

Hotel is very convenient to the airport. Close to the downtown area with easy access to major highways. Modern hotel that is well kept.

Rooms are very dated and had a strange smell that could have been from previous smoking. Price paid for the night did not really reflect the quality of accomodations on offer in my opinion. Doors to the breakfast area were closed at 9:30am.

Acceptable but not great. Room was ok and breakfast was ok. They did not have bacon and turkey sausage was not as good as other locations where we have stayed.

Great location! Decent exterior, nice lobby, friendly Miss Tasha greeted us. Room was okay, situated a few doors from elevator. Never heard the elevator, but walls/window were very thin. Anyone talking in the hallway, and even guest conversations in front of the hotel late at night, could be heard crystal-clear. Shuttle to-and- from airport available all hours seemed like. The AC unit worked great, but was extremely loud. Beds were comfy, with soft AND firm pillows. Just wish the noise from inside/outside/AC would have been less. The BEST breakfast EVER provided us with big, big smiles!

From what I saw average room quality way over priced.
@$225 a night. The lobby was very impressive however I didn't sleep in the lobby. Someway operating equipment just outside the room made it hard to get any much needed sleep.

Took over an hour to check in. The front needs help. Very unproductive process. Internet access does not work. Bad experience so far.

Our vehicle was broken into while we were gone. No one ever offered to help us with what happened the employees where so unhelpful the manager had to make it right the next day. Not very impressed. He helped us out However he needs a new staff! No one did what they were supposed to.

Excellent staff, large breakfast selection, easy access for senior parents with us. Top notch on a major holiday weekend. Did not try the courtyard fireplace, but another group was enjoying one on the opposite side courtyard. Very clean.

Great hotel , with great service ... really close too the airport. I love my week in this hotel I will come back when I come back too Nashville again...

The front desk is understaffed. Doubles as retail checkout area since they have no vending and check in takes FOREVER. Rooms are clean and airport noise is minimal, though!

Good location, lobby is nice and open. Breakfast bar area is a bit cramped and not so easy to get in and out of with all the people in the morning. Rooms are super dated (at least the one I was in). My biggest problem was the staff at the front desk. They could have cared less about us when we checked in. No information about the rooms or elevators, ended up walking all the way around the building just to find if I would have taken a specific elevator right through the lobby I was basically next to my room.

It's clean and I slept well but a place this size needs laundry rooms. And pool inside.

I have traveled on business and pleasure for thirty five years. This is the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in.

Modest, spartan, utilitarian. Clean, recently refurbished. Free airplane noise, but it is difficult to hear (anything) over the uncontrollable roar of the room fan. Friendly staff.
Edit: After my 4 night stay... My room had only 3 uncomfortable temperature settings: hot and sticky; cool and clammy; cold. After 2 days, the room began to smell bad. My co-workers said the same of their rooms, which notably were on different floors of the building. I saw a large crawling insect scuttle down the wall and hide behind the dresser... but, fortunately, I was already packing for check out. This was a business trip for me, but I would never select this place with my money.

Great service. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. There is no restaurant in the hotel and staff have great recommendations on best places to go. In addition they provided done coupons to get discounts on the meals. Room was kept clean and stocked with necessities. They offer a free breakfast buffet which is pretty good. I noticed the gym that regularly had use.

Besides the lengthy and delayed check in, it was great

They were called in the room could have used a blanket. Breakfast was okay nothing special. The best thing about it it had shuttle to the airport.

I stayed here for a high school band trip, everything want well, the only concern I had is one if the employees didn't seem like he wanted to help at all wish information

Bare bones airport hotel. Staff was friendly, but very noisy /thin walls. Airport shuttle driver never showed up and had to get a Uber. Would try one of the other hotels in the area if I stay again.

Bright, clean, extremely friendly staff and sales department. Lovely common area adjoining lobby with fireplace and comfortable seating. Easy commute to Opryland and downtown Nashville.
