I wanted to book a room, however I stood in front of the registration desk for over 15 minutes with another guess who I didn't know who was waiting before me. I had to walk out and find another room down the street at the Hyatt

Overall the rooms were clean. The facility is somewhat dated. The door lock to my room hardly worked. I had to mess with it for a while to get into the room each time I used it. I complained about it and was credited a small portion which was at least considerate.
Great location and clean rooms. When I walked in was pleased how the lobby felt and looked. The lady at front desk is helpful and polite. She was busy at the time we checked.

I was there for only one night but I didn't have any issues with it. The staff was AWESOME and the rooms were clean. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from downtown Nashville with out traffic.

First, let me say Holiday Inn Express is always my first choice when traveling. However, this Holiday Inn Express was like none I've ever stayed in. We arrived late and had to get up early for our flight. We get to our room and the AC isn't working. It took the front desk 30 minutes to get us to another room. When we get to the new room we notice MOLD all over the bathroom tile. Mind you, this hotel is advertised as "newly renovated." When is the last time you cleaned the bathtub? We paid $250 to stay here for a room that we could have got at a Motel 6 for a fraction of the price. Unbeliveable. I will not be back.
Maintenence is needed in some rooms. My rooms air conditioner was super loud and prevented sleep for everyone in the room.
The staff has been great so far and the room is neat and clean.
Airport hotels are rarely a thrill and this place is no exception. That being said, you get a clean and decent sized room at a reasonable rate. Breakfast is included and quite good, there's even a small hot food section. Quick and hassle free check-in and check-out.
Had a great stay here. The place is modern updated and clean with pleasant desk service. Took the shuttle to the airport, didn't have to wait.stayed with my cat which was no problem.
Not as nice as most other holiday inns that I've stayed at.

Outstanding hotel. It is a notch above the average HIE. The staff was incredible. Even when busy, you a good personal service. Room was fine and comfortable.
Susan, the night manager, was awesome! We had a booking glitch and ended up not having a reservation, at midnight no less. She worked her magic and was able to find us a room. She was so nice and comforting. 100% recommend!
If you re okay with mouse droppings in the bed and a rude front desk employee, this is the place for you.
Inquiring about a new room quickly turned into asking for a full refund so we could go stay elsewhere because this hotel was proving to be entirely unacceptable with every corner we turned. From the dirty room, dirty/unkept hallways and lack of customer service, I strongly encourage you to spend your money elsewhere. The Marriott 2 miles down the road was stunning and spotless.

Very pleasant hotel near the airport. Modern, attractive decor and friendly service. Pool is outside, which is kind of weird, and the layout of the building is a little strange. Rooms are clean and spacious, though not exceptional in any particular way.
It was a comfortable room and good breakfast. Other than the shower curtain looking a little worn, it was a very clean hotel. Everyone we saw that worked there was very kind and helpful.
Rooms are ok. Location is decent. Service not so great at all. Front desk is always rushed, never focused, dont seem to be knowledgeable of their own computer systems, just not great.

Nice hotel in a rural area. Great lobby, good breakfast, complimentary tea and coffee, fire pits outside after 8pm and excellent rooms. Service was not wonderful at the front desk, and although we requested a rollaway at reservation they did tell us when we arrived they could not provide one in our room due to fire code.
My wife and I used Holiday inn for the park and fly, greatest choice I've made quick and easy car drop off, even easier pick up and even breakfast. Will definitely use them again. Trenton our shuttle driver was very fast to pick us up from airport and told us about programs to earn points and things. He was very respectful and on top of things, thank you Trenton and all other holiday inn staff.

We enjoyed our stay, great variety for breakfast. Front desk lady was awesome. And housekeeping helped out tremendously after my 4 year old fell ill & vomited all over the bed. The pool was awesome too. And clean. Just like the rooms. Will recommend!
The hotel common areas and the room are well kept, clean, and nicely furnished. Bathroom has plenty of space, storage, and water pressure. Typical continental breakfast offerings are convenient for grabbing before heading to my on-site business training. Plenty of parking spaces and nearby restaurants. I have no complaints about my stay here.
Super friendly staff! The room was great and it's located in a good place to quickly get to all the places we wanted to visit.
The hotel wasn't bad. The breakfast was decent. The price was a little high compared to another hotel in the area but this one was pretty friendly unlike the other.
Girl at front desk was nice, Hotel was nice, need more Handicap parking spaces, TV was dark & couldn't watch anything, maint. Came up but couldn't figure it out said he'd be back but never saw him again, average breakfast.
The person who checked me in was super friendly and thanked me for being an aspire member twice. Which was really nice. His supervisor who had called in kept him on the phone for a long time and he kept apologizing as he was the only one that could check me in. I said no worries as he was doing the best he could.
The bathtub in my room was extremely nasty, had other people's long hairs left in it. The caulking around the tub looked molded and extremely nasty. I should of taken a picture but I'm sure you can look up the room number.
This was twice I have stayed there but I will probably try another hotel next time I'm in Nashville.

Avoid at all cost. Room temperature was at 62F, we found many unclean spots, renovation was really superficial.
No issues here. Large HIE. Lots of parking. Convenient access to I-40 and BNA. No hotel restaurant but other neighboring hotels that do are a short walk.
Beautiful lobby. Great breakfast. Nice workout equipment, but in a small room. Nice rooms. Good food for breakfast. Just wish the pool was indoors.
It was alright, was supposed to be decorated for a honeymoon and they neglected to do so. But nice and clean room.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! We were down graded upon arrival because "housekeeping was slow and hadn't cleaned our king room yet". So we received a double queen. There were NO towels and when my husband called to ask for towels to be brought to us, the front desk clerk asks us to just come get them.. which seemed a little lazy. Neither one of us slept well, and I rolled over and started to feel something wet come through onto my arm from the bed. I look and noticed URINE was seeping through the mattress protector into the fitted sheet!! Absolutely disgusted, in the middle of the night... luckily there was another bed, but all we could smell the rest of the evening was stale urine. We will not be returning.

Room was updated and decent. TV was smaller then other Holiday Inn Expresses but the modern room was good, quiet, and dark when I pulled the shades.
Great location, with a very friendly staff. The layout was nice in the room and it didn't feel small. The bathroom had an odd layout and seemed like it could use done freshening up. The staff was quick and helpful as well as resourceful. I'd stay here again.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn and had quite a few problems. Our thermostat did not work, the drain in the bathroom was clogged, and there were mold spots on the pillows. Also, during my stay there the pancake machine was not working. After spending a night out downtown we came back to the room around 1 a.m. to find that housekeeping never came in to clean our room. We were informed that we could not get towels to shower till 2 a.m. when the housekeeper returns from her lunch. This hotel also has insufficient parking spaces for the amount of people they accommodate.
Don't listen to the trash talk. One guy liked the place because it was close to the airport, and was also mad about all the airplane noise. This the best place ever. The building is old, so what! Standard rooms, little outdoor pool, nice grab and go breakfast microwaves, refrigerators, Never heard a plane in my room. I enjoyed watching the planes take off, when I was lounging in the pool. 24 hour shuttle to the airport, 10 minute ride. THis is the best deal for any nashville traverller

The was clean, the breakfast was awesome, however the television in the room we got didn't function fully. Only half the channels worked and the other channels were pixelated. We never complained because we were to tired to watch TV that much. The check in staff was very friendly, we'll definitely stay there again.
I always choose HI Express when I'm traveling. Everything you need or even would want as a traveler, unless you're determined to spend a fortune. Clean, affordable, comfortable -- EVERY TIME.

Great experience. Rooms were updated and had pleasant sitting balconies attached. Great parking and new HVAC, bathroom and fridge/ micro in the room. I will Absolutely return when in the Nashville area.
Location is great! 5 minutes from airport. Rooms and hotel are brand new. Not many restaurants in walking distance was only negative.
