As far as hotels go, always clean. Unfortunately charging same price without all the accommodation.. Not a good thing to do when your a regular. Oh well , liking more and more the Hilton.

The stay and service was nice. The hotel restaurant was extremely slow but the staff was really nice.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff was friendly. It is conveniently located right off the highway.

Comfy, clean rooms. The gym was also clean, and quiet. Delicious breakfast from a very sweet server! We enjoyed our stay!

The complimentary ear plugs should have been a clue. The walls defy science and amplify sound (elevator, ice and vending machines, neighbors raging out all night, after party on the patio). Also, there's the train. The engineer gets paid per train whistle. I paid a stupid amount of money to not sleep at this Holiday Inn.

Hot tub doesn't work, the pool is small and only 4ft deep. Several hairs were left in tub from previous guests, carpets were not vacuumed, and the front desk help was asleep both times I checked LOL. Although the bar service was excellent and the food wasn't bad.

Every time I come to Valdusta, GA for Thanksgiving I try a different hotel.. This one is my Favorite.. Rooms are super clean.. The place is not run down.. The bedding is superb.
The breakfast is good aswell.. should be complimentary.. But u do get 2 free drink tickets at the Bar..

Attend a work related Christmas party and the service was great and also the food. Last year we attend the Holiday Inn Valdosta Conference Center and had the same experience. I would recommend this establishment for just about any get together.

Outstanding service with a great room. We arrived early, only to be informed that no rooms were available due to the West GA football team having a late check out. We were told, by the day shift staff, to return in 45 minutes. Upon our return, rooms were not ready. By this time we had 1 hour to change and get to a wedding after driving all day, oh the horror. I explained the situation to the night auditor and asked for a different room. Unfortunately, no other rooms were ready. Now the dilemma, do we change in the bathroom or the car with 30 minutes to make the wedding. Josh, the night auditor, must have sensed my stress. A few minutes later he found us a room and offered discounts due to our long wait. His outstanding customer service and professionalism is refreshing. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean and new hotel. Overall a wonderful experience! I will stay here again. Full Bar and Kitchen open until 11p. Top notch customer services, the front desk staff, the bartenders, the restaurant staff, even the shuttle driver was so nice! Maid staff did not really clean my room or the other people that were there with me. The replace towels and that was it.

Absolutely amazing rooms it was unbelievable, good rates, nice staff and delicious breakfast. Everything was so clean and smelled nice. 10/10 would recommend, will stay again. I had a better stay at this hotel then the resort in Florida.

I enjoyed my stay since there was a nice breakfast in the morning. My hotel room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff was pleasant. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

Great hotel, there Jacuzzi suites are huge and great. Been there about 20 or 30 times have had one bad experience over all of those years and they offered my money back or 20,000 points. So I left happy.

I wanted to review this hotel and give it a great score....that just isn't going to happen. The bed was comfortable, but the room was FREEZING and the heat wouldn't come on. In addition, the mirrors in the bathroom were smeared and gross. It even shows up a bit in the picture! In the room itself, there were two empty gatorade bottles behind the nightstand. I wouldn't have found them if not for the fact my phone fell behind the lamp in the HUGE gap. The staff was extremely friendly! They just really need to work on the cleaning.

Blood found on towel, food crumbs all over the floor, and container of blue cheese or ranch was found spilled on the rug behind a garbage can. Disgusting

Awesome 2 bedroom suites perfect for families of 5-6 ( kids room had bunk bed and pull out sofa). Staff is super friendly and there is a guest laundry mat. Very clean and beautiful. Easy interstate access and tons of nearby shopping and restaurants

The staff was very friendly for the one night we stayed. We asked for a low floor near the stairs because of covered and because of that we literally ran into nobody stayed in our hotel room went out to get some food that night came back in the side door and up the stairs one flight so all-in-all we didn't experience the hotel as much as we could have but it was sufficient and very clean and well-appointed and completely refurbished.

Stayed one night. We booked two adjoining rooms. But that didn't translate. The front desk needs to work on their knowledge of which rooms are adjoining and which are not. Absolutely loved that kids ate free after such an expensive day with 4 girls, 2 adults at Wild Adventures. But the best part of the meal was our server Maleka. She was fantastic. Very accommodating to us and 4 very needy little girls. Rooms were standard. Clean, no real signs of wear. I love that Holiday Inn uses Bath & Body Works toiletries. Towels were clean and bright white, but not soft. They did the job, though. Beds were comfy. Not enough outlets for our charging needs. Pool area was nice, but ran out of towels. I'd stay there again.

It was rather expensive and they didn't offer free breakfast. There is however a restaurant in house.

When traveling to SW Florida from North Georgia, we always break up the drive and stay at the Holiday Inn in Valdosta. We've done this for the past 10 years and the Holiday Inn is a great experience. The rooms are nice and comfortable. We are able to work with the wifi access and having the restaurant and bar as well as the pool makes staying there even more enjoyable.

Worst housekeeping ever. 1st room had a humidifier going so room was damp and then second room had no wash cloths and dingy towels . We look up on the shower rod was a wash cloth hanging up that had already been used.EWWW!!! SO GROSSED OUT. The sink stopper was broken so every time we washed hands or brush teeth had to pull up my self to drain.The trash can in room had no bag in it. Next morning, housekeeping tells us she had no wash cloths since she started and will bring some back later and when she did only brought one. At that point i just went to Walmat and bought my own. Every time we would tell front desk would get same response.."Wow, so sorry will call housekeeping". No that's the problem housekeeping not doing their job.

Overall this is a good hotel. It does have room for improvement, however. 1st time staying, everything worked well with no complaints except wifi. 2nd time staying was less enjoyable with wifi speed issue still persisting.

Cons (2nd stay):
- Slow a #%$@ wifi still. It's essentially the dial-up of 2019. 5 mb down at time of writing this (midnight), but feels like it's crawling going to basic webpages and Google searches. Youtube took 5 minutes to load a 2 minute video on standard def...
- Room 222 tub filled up a few inches with water from shower not draining; and yes, I checked to make sure plug was up.
- annoying high-pitched noise that persisted all night long. Imagine the sound of a loud mosquito buzzing right in your ear. It's maddening.
- Hair on some of the towels. I get it, hair gets caught when doing laundry. But it's not my hair, so I don't want to use that towel...
- Toilet seat looked like a sweaty a$$ had sat there previously and dried. May have been cleaner, may have been sweaty a$$. I got some cleaner and cleaned it myself.

Highly recommend staying here. Excellent customer service! Restaurant on site has great food and prices. Hotel was very comfortable and CLEAN! We had a king room. If you are traveling for work or with kids the extra room space is great to have.

We reserved the 2 room family suit, the photos pictured a bunk bed, pull out couch and in the other room a king six bed. There was 4 of us with two kids so I chose this room because it would fit us all and us not be on top of each other. When we walked into our room all there was, was the king size bed and a trundle bed with a second twin under it. We were told the hotel was redone but they hadn't updated their photos online. Had I known they photos were out dated I would of gotten two rooms instead of one. Things continues to go down hill from there, light plugs didnt work, the bathroom fan didnt work, a phone didnt work and the air flow from one room to the other was horrible that we froze and the other room was warm.

Five stars other than food services, which they honestly might have had I just didn't have the motivation to check.

This restaurant is always good. We eat there after church and it is always a good buffet.

We stay here every time we visit Wild Adventures. The family suite with the kids bunk beds is Awesome!! They even have it decorated in a wild adventures theme. The rooms are always clean, and everyone is so nice!!

Hotel is in good shape, quiet rooms, and clean bathroom.
WARNING: DO NOT GO TO BREAKFAST IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY! 10 MINUTES TO BE SEATED, 20 MINUTES FOR DRINKS, ALMOST AN HOUR BEFORE FOOD ARRIVED! LOTS OF ANGRY PEOPLE, AND STAFF IS SO STRESSED THEY DON'T CARE. And...the food came wrong! We left our food and walked out after we were told it would be 20 minutes for our new order.

It is expensive compared to others in the area, no breakfast included, otherwise it is fine.

Worst meal we ever had. Green beans cold and mash potatoes were cold. Lucky my wife ordered onion rings which were hot. No stars on this one.

Twice I was placed on 3rd floor and twice I moved to a different floor! Room was VERY DAMP! Brought to the attention of the front desk of which I was informed about the crazy weather that Valdosta was receiving. REALLY!

We found a great price on a last minute room and stayed here. The rooms were great and the staff was friendly. Had a great pool and hot tub area. Everything seemed clean.

The hotel gives you a free drink, to the restaurant, once you check in and that the thing that gets you in. Don't do it, this restaurant might only serve 10 people a day and in not that great.
