Hotel Is good. Service is good. Meals are really big enough to share. I usually stay here overnight on my way to visit my sister who lives in South Florida. It is really quiet at night. It is smoke and pet free.

Beautiful, clean hotel.

Beautiful, clean hotel.
Judson checked my group in, he was RUDE and short with us. He couldn't bother saying 'Hello' or 'Thank you'. He acted as if we were an inconvenience. He acted the same way with another guest. My coworkers asked him "Could you tell us the room our friend is in?" He responded "I guess so". He made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed.

Don't get me wrong...the hotel & rooms were clean enough. But, the Bar?
RUDE Bartender. After I checked in I ran to Walmart and grabbed a sandwich
at Subway. I wanted stop in the Bar and have a glass of wine. She very loudly
told me to get that food out of there before I could sit. I asked her to just set the bag
over on the side. No way...she was out to embarrass me.
So, I went up stairs with my food and came back an hour later. And again, very
loudly told me she would give me a glass of wine BUT only in a plastic glass.
REALLY? Does that mean that IF I order room service I'd get paper plates and plastic
glasses and silverware?
I've stayed here a lot on business.....NEVER again.

After getting stuck staying in a relative dump at the halfway point of our drive to our vacation, we decided to break with tradition and pre-book a room for our return voyage. Glad we did. This place was clean, quiet, didn't smell like an ashtray, and was only moderately more expensive than the motel we settled for on the way out. Plus, we got two free drink vouchers at check in. Restaurant was closed so I can't comment on the food, but the bartender was very friendly and the drinks were good. I prefer to drive until I can't go on and then find whatever is close, but if we're making the drive through this area again, I think I'll pre-book a room here again instead.

While the lobby and rooms were newly renovated, they definitely skimped on the shower. There was mildew in the grout lines. It wasn t attractive, nor did it feel sanitary. Also, our room was so humid that all of the surfaces were sticky. More
