Dusty and dirty with a smell of damp. I had booked the double executive room and it was very small with a very small bathroom, the room was dated and didn't really feel very comfortable at all. The food was ok and the staff were very friendly.

Friendly staff and clean room.

Bed is a little soft for me but only for a few nights.

Went to the bats event and the food was horrible didn't eat the 2nd course

Not worth the money I paid for an executive room. Leigh Sports village standard room is better than the executive at holiday Inn Bolton centre.

Had our Christmas Party at Holiday Inn recently and it was superb- the food was amazing and the staff were great- excellent value for money!

We used the place for the church meeting and had breakfast there for few weeks which was great with very good service.

Gym was tiiiny!! I paid for bed and breakfast and every day they had to go confirm that I had breakfast included in my rate which was a bit embarrassing.

The staff and service is amazing! the staff member named Becky was really helpful she kept our rooms clean and helped assist us with everything that we needed, it was a stressful time as we had a wedding but she was there helping us and gave us 100% satisfaction of our stay.

Fairly standard hotel with a restaurant. No complaints.

Nice clean room. Some of the fixtures in the room were a little dated, but on the whole it was OK.

Brilliant staff who were incredibly kind to my son and his girlfriend after the recent student accommodation fire in Bolton. Helpful and generous they couldn't have been nicer. Thanks.

Couldn't sleep because it was too hot and the temperature wouldn't go down, but overall good service and really nice breakfast.

Hotel was lovely, clean and staff very friendly. My only issue with the hotel is that there was no early check in for guests who are attending a function at your facilities. We had travelled from Birmingham for a wedding that was held at your hotel and hadnt wanted to wear our attire there - hoping to freshen up and get changed prior to the wedding. Unfortunately we were unable to do either of these things. We were unable to check in until 3pm. The only downside to the facility.

Very nice staff, but seriously misleading about having a swimming pool. Booked the hotel specifically for our kids to use the pool, only to find out it had closed a year prior (but no mention of this on the website). The restaurant food is also sub-par.

Initially looked good from the outside and breakfast was good but....
Room smelt terrible. Like mouldy stale wet smell.
Was extremely noisy due to a wedding which went on til 1am
We only received 1 towel between 2 adults.
Very disappointing.

Lovely wedding venue with adequate facilities and great family rooms.

Great location within the town centre. Adequate parking although you will need to give your car reg to the reception. Excellent conference facility and ver y friendly staff.

After a long day at my daughter's wedding we booked in with friendly and helpful staff into a good sized room and comfy bed ,next mower had a good breakfast before a late check out, well recommend this place to stay

Breakfast not great. Mushrooms dry, croissants stale, eggs brought out on fresh tray were cool, sausages and bacon not tasty.

Hotel is nice and clean but front of house staff arent the best at customer service.

It was quite cold here no heating had a hole in my toilet door which had been filled kettle was faulty only enough coffee for two coffee.staff were friendly however and pleasant

Poor hotel desperate for a refit not worth 30 a night

As a 4stars property needs refurbishment however the breakfast is fine. Room is too old even upgraded to executive room receptionist Catherine was very helpful and friendly,otherwise I would give 2stars instead

Amazing place. All clean and well-kept. Bathroom was nice. A little small but nice. Lady at the desk was extremely friendly and quite helpful. Parking was hard to get into. Very narrow. All in all it was a good experience. Wouldn't mind coming back!

A clean room. Nothing stood out in particular about the place. We just needed a place to stay and they gave us that.

Had an appointment here. Very well kept and the staff are helpful but some parts of the hotel are inaccessible due to all the stairs.

Came for a princess afternoon. Fabulous from start to finish. Beautiful room used

Nice place for the price range would definitely stay again conveniently located in the town centre with lots to do close by.

Arrived in the evening, no one helped with bags. Room was ok. When checking out was harrassed by reception with numerous phonecalls at checkout time and with a rude tone, every hotel ive ever stayed at has a 30min grace period! After checking out (at 11.30), went to the car park to find my car window was smashed, along with 6 others apparently. Obviously they did not accept responsibility but they had a securiry guard, what was he doing? Also no compassion to myself or others in my situation, not even a cup of tea or a spare room we could occupy for a couple of hours while we sorted out a new car, my wife and child had to sit in reception with all our luggage. Quite horrendous customer service and would not recommend.
