It is a good hotel with a very good location, with everything necessary in the big and clean rooms, meeting and ball rooms, polite and friendly staff. May be just too modern for my taste without its own spirit and soul.

Simply superb. Very courteous staff and very well managed.

Sunday brunch is beyond amazing. Such good quality food and service for such an amazing price. Friendly.childcare service just round of the entire experience for the whole family.

Very clean and bright hotel. There is a private parking. Everything you need to have a good time. Air conditioning is excellent. WiFi is fast and stable enough.

The only nice thing was the lobby and the staff, thermostat was broken, even after they "fixed" it, it was still broke.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It's not the most modern place, but rooms are clean, spacious, warm. Service is amazing - people at front desk very attentive and helpful, even when checking in at 1am. Breakfast offers good selection of foods, even for vegans. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant - very good quality of products, very tasty. Obviously prices are slightly higher, but if you can pay a bit extra, it's worth the money. And location is amazing.

First on the positives:
The hotel is in a great location, you can easily reach the center of Sofia on foot, and the connection to the metro is very good, the NDK metro station is within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was great, there was actually everything, we didn't miss anything.
The hotel staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful.

The big minus for the house for us was:
WiFi is outrageously expensive if you want it in your room, free WiFi is only available in the lobby and in other public areas of the hotel, but this WiFi is limited to 8 hours for the entire stay, you can't even log out and save time. These 8 hours count from registration in the W-LAN network ...
In the vicinity of the hotel, however, there is the Kulturpalast and also a Starbucks where you can use the free WiFi.
However, we feel a bit cheated with the hotel's WiFi offer, because the prices for comfortable WiFi in the room are exorbitant. A day pass or a week pass from a German home provider costs only a fraction of what the hotel requires.

Another minus is:
We had a hotel voucher, i.e. H. the hotel was prepaid. On arrival we were asked for a credit card as security for any costs that might arise, such as WiFi, house bar, telephone, etc. ... which was okay at first.
So we gave our credit card and then we were told that, to be on the safe side, our credit card would be charged with 300 Bulgarian leva (150 ), just in case we would incur costs. But we don't have to worry, we would get the money back immediately on the day of departure .... When we checked out on the day of departure and asked for the credit, we were told that the credit would of course go to the bank immediately today, but on the bank route it could take up to 10 days for us to have the money back on our credit card.
I have to say, I was really speechless about so much cheek and these two minus points ensure that the hotel does not get a good rating from me.
It's a shame, the rest was really very good, but with regard to W-LAN and credit card charges, the hotel's procedures are very dubious in our eyes, something like this has never happened to us.

I stayed there for a total of 3 days, and all rooms had no windows, so there was no ventilation, so I had a sore throat and a headache. On the second day, when I asked the reception if I could change the room, all the rooms were the same, and I cut it off and refused, so I felt very bad. It was very uncomfortable to wait for the water to drain and wash again because the water in the shower didn't go down well. This is the worst Hilton hotel I have stayed in. I tried to extend the period after staying, but I booked the remaining two days at Sense Hotel.
This is a hotel you never want to stay again.

NEVER GIVE YOU CREDIT CARD TO HILTON HOTEL IN SOFIA. I was on a business trip my room was paid by my company but Hilton withdraw by mistake 1000eur from my bank account because they ask for my credit card at check-in time! I made a reclamation and they say they will give me the money back in 10 business day !!!! and the money is still not back to my account yet . this hotel is black listed by my company. this hotel in Sofia definitly does not meet the usual HILTON standing level.

You can be a guest of the hotel with your dog. Everyone is very kind. I've been five stars in the very few hotels I've visited, but Hilton Sofia deserves them completely. You can be a guest of this hotel even with your pet. Everybody is so cooperative there. I have visited many hotels in Europe, Asia, USA and Hilton Sofia is one of the fewest which deserves 5 stars according to me.

Great hotel, super nice staff, delicious food, pretty well equipped gym and comfortable rooms. Pool could open earlier and be a bit bigger, but still nice.

The hotel is not like in other countries, but I can say that the quality of the towels is more than good! I myself have saved a few memories. The restaurant is on average, and the prices are more than terrible. There is a maid maid, I do not say a name. I already have 12 spellings from your hotel, I intend to take and more. The price-service ratio is more than bad, but generally I have spent well. A fool has pushed me into the pool, but you have no guilt. I am fine.

I only had one towel in my room I had to ask for more.
My room telephone didn't work I had to go down to front desk and ask them to replace the phone so I also had to go to the bar to order room service because the phone in my room didn't work.

The 4 seasons restaurant is relatively inexpensive for this type of hotels, but the food preparation was extremely slow.

Have stayed here 4 times now for about 2 weeks each time. Nice friendly staff. Room service does an excellent job; even though they don't usually get much credit. Love that I can borrow a bicycle when the weather is nice and pedal around the city for a few hours!

Two work trips, very good service from a friendly staff. I will stay there again on my next trip. I found many good restaurants within walking distance.

It's situated in a nice part of the city, close to the parks and centre.

Very bad experience trying to have dinner at bar Artists on Wednesday early at night. The food was very bad prepared. Intentionally or not, it is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.

Nice and looks new hotel. You can easily go historical places by walk 15mins-30 mins. Stuff are kind. I like very much. Executive lounge's snack times could be better. It's not possible to find something to eat between 10.30 - 14.30 except of dried nuts.

Luxury and comfortable, but the restaurant is extremely expensive.

The hotel itself is a good hotel. The only negative note are the events and weddings hosted over the weekend. Bad policy. The noise even reaches the spa and the upper floors of the hotel.

Great service from the front desk upgrading me to a suite, they recognized I am diamond tier guest, to the dining experience on Valentine's days. The staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. Has been a great experience so far.
