Very good service at the breakfast restaurant. The staff even offered to bring me water and coffee, which I'm used to do myself. Got upgraded to executive floor, wich has big rooms and comfy beds and pillows. On the downside my non-smoking room smelled of smoke, probably from a previous visitor. That was a bit of discomfort. Overall a really good hotel.

Wonderful food and rooms, everything is very modern and luxurious, hygiene is maintained. Some people in the reviews complained that there were no slippers and such things, and when we went, everything was left in the room. The staff is also very nice. I hope to visit this hotel again.
Maximum high quality of both accommodation, service and food. Particular attention is paid to Sunday brunch - the best in Bulgaria! I recommend it to everyone - for a family lunch, friends or for a birthday party or other holiday. Including there is an entertainment organization for young children in a separate salon.

We had our staff stay at this hotel during the WordCamp Europe conference and found the price and service to be the winning factors of the overall experience. The building and facilities are slightly older than expected but reasonably maintained. Conference room hire went smoothly and hotel staff even offered their own laptop when we found that we couldn't connect to the VGA port on the room's projector. Would choose Hilton again if in Sofia.

The hotel is not first-class, but still keeps the standard - especially when it comes to service. The location is perfect, close to the center, taxi to the airport approx 20 min.
Most important is there is free wifi in room. Many international brand 5 stars hotel will charge for in- room wifi but Hilton is free. Bad thing is no complimentary drinking water. The room is clean but sound-proofing needs improvement. I can hear people talking outside my room in the corridor. There is also a bath tub in addition to shower . There is indoor swimming pool and spa. The hotel is within walking distance to city centre. The breakfast is OK.

Worst Hilton I ve ever stayed at. My company books all hotels (mostly Hilton) and I always get their benefit status, however when I went to eat breakfast the staff very rudely and loudly informed me that my benefit status didn t include breakfast and asked me to leave. I offered to pay for breakfast, they say no. This happened in front of a lot of people and it was pretty embarrassing. Earlier I asked for an outlet adapter so I could charge my computer and they were rude about that as well. Whatever they re paying their staff, it s too much.

Great Hotel, good food, attentive staff, quiet rooms.
Nice hotel. Feels a little dated, but is fairly clean and the staff is nice. Good breakfast buffet. Walking distance from the city center, Aleksander Nevski cathedral, Royal Palace, and 'Vitosha' Boulevard, a pedestrian road lined with shops and restaurants, and has a big park in the back, which is good for walking/running.
A true 5 star in the center of Sofia, excellent rooms and services. Inside there is also a wellness center and an excellent restaurant.

The breakfast room is located next to the lobby elevator, and the standard buffet-style breakfast: coffee, tea, cheese bacon, salad bar, hot bread, chef omelet; a very good, hearty breakfast;
Others such as business centers, automatic currency exchange machines, small gift shops...;
Hotel facilities were excellent staff were all very proffessinal from the desk concierge to the room maids bar staff restaurant waiters and waitresses all were polite and always with a smile can't praise them enough. Hotel is located ten minutes walk from Vitosha street where the bars and restaurants are. Rooms were spacious and if you like views book floor 9.

Hilton Sofia has a legendary Sunday brunch that leaves nothing to be desired. It is even more expensive on high holidays, but worth every stotinki.
The only disturbing thing I found the first time, that on reservation not on the holiday surcharge.
The wellness department is absolutely recommendable. A variety of excellent massages are offered.
Classic and classy hotel. This large building is located at a major road intersection south of the city center and within about 25 minutes walking from the center. The rooms are not very new but comfortable, quiet and sufficiently spacious for a stay of several days. A good office desk and chair are well placed. The bathroom is well designed, with sufficient counter space to put one's toiletries, and a glass shower door that closes off the walk-in shower. The restaurant provides decent food but the tea is noticeably better than the coffee. Well-functioning wifi. All in all a very comfortable hotel, just short of luxury.
