The HOTEL is located close to the NATIONAL PALACE OF CULTURE, not far from the city center.
The HOTEL is quite big, people working at the hotel are very nice and helpful.
My ROOM was located on the 2nd floor.
The room was very big, I had space to store my luggage and a wardrobe to put my clothes. In addition I had 2 chairs and 2 small table were I could work.
The bed was big and comfortable and the room was air conditioned so the temperature was perfect.
The bathroom as well was quite big and clean, although the curtain in the bathtub was a bit old and when I opened the water the first time the water was a bit yellow .... but it turned to be ok after a few seconds.
The HOTEL offers SPA service and there is a small swimming pool and a small GYM open 24h.
The best part was the breakfast in the morning.
The buffet was very big with good quality food. The waiters are very nice and they pay a lot of attention to their customers, without being intrusive ... I really enjoyed it.

The wifi connection was really good in my room and I could work without any problems.

I am very satisfied with this hotel.

Really a 5 star hotel. It deserves every star. However, there are many presidents, politicians, athletes, and so on.

its about a 15 min walk out of town, which is the reason its only 4 stars. otherwise the property, building, view of the mountain, and rooms are beautiful.

Hotel could use some referbishment. I got an upgrade but there was a whole in the floor of the room I kept stepping in. Staff was nice and friendly but the hotel did not seem like a Hilton.

Terrible service! We needed help and they let us wait for 30 min.

Nice modern Hotel with great facilities.
I slept well until a cleaning lady came in without prior notice in the early morning. She recognized me when she was standing in front of me. In my eyes a clear no-go.

The smaller details about Guests' comfort will bring you back to this and various other Hilton properties worldwide. Kamelia made our room in room in a was was a great example of this. Thanks Kamelia & the Whole Team.

Nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are spacious. Unfortunately, you can not open the window.

The venue is very comfortable and well-appointed for conferences and all kinds of corporate or social events. Great location with convenient transportation links and well organized parking area. They have several restaurants and excellent facilities for sports and spa. An ideal choice for a short break or a tourist stay in Sofia with many extras.

1 week stay with breakfast. The room and facilities was fantastic super clean. The swimming pool wasn t 24 hours and not available all days. The breakfast was so good. We enjoyed a lot.

Super hotel, with competent and helpful staff. Avoid the spa for massage, I might have been unlucky but it was a waste of money. I would certainly stay in the hotel again thou.

The only Hilton hotel in Bulgaria, it has great location, 15-20 minutes from airport and walking distance from the downtown area. Preferred place for many businessmen because of location, facilities, conference rooms and quality of service. It has parking on front, good views and parks around.

Place is nice but my bed is terrible and I woke up with a back ache. For the cost, I would have expected a perfect mattress and a perfect night sleep. In fact, first time I have a problem on a hotel bed, usually confortable. We informed the staff promising to change the mattress ... twice! Because of course, after seeing no change I had to ask again. By the end of my sejour, nothing was done still - terrible!
Cost of the breakfast is also outrageous for Sofia. 17 euros while a 3 course meal with drink in a nice restaurant is between 15-20$ ... or it gotta be the best bfast ever! Avoid!

They brought me Bankya mineral water in a glass bottle with an open cap inadmissibly !!!

Very good choice for Sofia, seems to be far from the center but is only 300 meters away.
I would choose it again.

Standardised Hilton quality overall but I did experience the hotel as slightly below standard in regards to cleanliness.

I as well, and that is Hilton and not this hotel specifically, think the beds are too hard and the breakfast far too expensive, part from being convenient it really isn't worth what you pay for it.

Nice hotel, 10 - 20 minute walk from centre. Nice rooms, with a small exec lounge (with good food / nibbles), nice bar. Good value.
