Bringing the egg to the table with breakfast is a really good idea, you didn't have to queue up on the eggplant. Skilled staff at every job. Well positioned, though not in the center. Public transport nearby. Responded to the expected level.

A preferred hotel when staying in Sofia. I had great experience staying here last year and would pick this hotel again. I can't believe I used their swimming pool in the middle of October! Sauna was great.

If you stay on the executive floor you have access to free food and drinks until 11pm.
In the bar they serve a very good old fashioned. The food nothing special.

Update : changed from one to 3 stars as you responded to my complaint. However the point was that I was offered cold snacks instead of regular menu. And I'm sorry there is no offer for vegetarians belive me. Please check what vegetarian food is about and what complimentary meal should contain. Rice and salad that's not all.

The hotel built very recently is very modern, the cleanliness of the place is impeccable, the rooms are comfortable, the staff either at the reception, restaurant, bar or spa, is very professional and rather friendly. do not forget the maids who are almost invisible and who do clean work.

Fantastic place! Extremely polite and helpful service, great location right in the heart of the city. Tried their Sunday brunch and was fascinated with the quality of the food and not to mention the abundance of food options to choose from. The overall experience completely justifies the price!

Good and beautiful hotel but provides no complementary water. First time in my 6 Eastern Europe country swing (Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria) that I found no complementary water in the room. Instead they put a 1L water at 4 EUR. Yikes...

Very upscale hotel with excellent service and good food

Very clean rooms, nice food and lovely and helpful staff.

Room was really good for the price and the staff were very helpful.

Although the hotel is an international hotel, there was no toilet tap in its toilets. Like all drinks in the refrigerator, water was charged. at least water could have been free. There were no slippers in the rooms. I guess I'd be walking in the room with shoes if I didn't take my slipper. I also think that the reception should have been able to address every language. Not every passenger has to speak Bulgarian or English.

What a wonderful hotel! The check-in was pleasant with Maria. Then they had surprised my father with a birthday treat and card waiting in his room. I enjoyed the executive lounge. My room was very comfortable, spacious - and I loved the huge bathroom. I definitely plan to stay here again the next time we visit Sofia. Great staff!

I wish more Hilton properties were like this one. The entire staff was highly attentive and professional. The rooms were fresh and comfortable. The bed was incredible, wish I could have taken the mattress with me. Breakfast was an amazing spread with eggs to order and fresh bread. The lounge was well stocked with exceptional staff. We met Alexander in the lounge, when he found out it was our first time in Sofia he went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed for a good time.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the quality of service you offered me the days of my stay at the Hilton Sofia.

I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided to me by front desk staff, Marya. During my recent trip I was fortunate enough to stay at your Hilton Sofia. I have stayed at many Hilton properties across the world and have found most of them pretty good and the staff generally friendly. Marya had by far out paced every one of them.

I've been staying 5 days, all the services and the room was good quality.

Excellent value for money.Reception available, courteous, child friendly Spa with swimming pool, sauna, turkish bath, fitness (clean, hours 10-22), available without reservations, included in the price, clean environments.Room 506 large, we with bed extra, panoramic view of the city, spotless. Especially the carpet. Bathroom with double option bath + shower. Good set.Room impeccable. Dinner on the first evening, always made breakfast in the room.
