Definitely a five-star level hotel. Worthy of what you pay for... Short Hills Mall is right across...

Excellent location if you are visiting the Morristown area. Like much of the rest of Morristown, it is a very fancy upbeat hotel. Delicious restaurants and beautiful views.

Issues with my online reservation, but the front desk manager was very accommodating. Nice to see great customer service

One of the best meeting & venue spaces in the country. Location proximity to NYC & NJ industry, Airport, Parking, Appointments, service, quality. Opinion as a speaker at one time over 100 events/yr& as a conference attendee.

Located in a great location. Close to Short Hills Mall. Didn't stay in a room because I was there for a different reason but the hotel looked extremely nice, spacious and clean.

Don't order room service, if you do expect your bill to be triple

Extremely high overcharge on vending machine snacks. Rooms are average at best. Good food but way too expensive. Great spa.

I took my family to the Sunday Brunch for my husband's 70th birthday. We were
all extremely disappointed. It has changed from the last time we were there. There
was about 1/3 of the food there used to be. There was no chicken among many other dishes that were missing. I suggest you take your menu off the internet, because it lists quite a few dishes you did not have. The service was poor. We had
to find a place to put our used plates. On top of that, they charged 19% gratuity. We will find a Sunday Brunch elsewhere.

It's a bit pricey, but well worth it. This place is beautiful. Customer service is great. We all enjoyed it. Will definitely return.

The hotel it s ok! The front desk are really polite and helpful. I m giving one star cause I had my check out yesterday and came down to New York City. as soon as arrived here I realized that I forgot my shampoo conditioner one FOREO and one facial soap( you can think ah ok it s just shampoo, no it s not.. it s a total of 200$ shampoo, conditioner and soap + 120$ from foreo) I called immediately to hotel and they said they would call me back. They called just tonight saying there is nothing over there. COME ON I know it s not the hotel fault but they should take a look or training better their thief housekeeping

Stayed here for a wedding in town. The hotel room was clean and spacious. Room service was good too. We ordered breakfast and it came with more than enough eggs for one person.

Clean, upscale but a bit older, a little expensive to be lost in the middle of nowhere. It's not the mall in front of the exorbitant prices that will compensate.

Poor customer service and management, regardless if you are a team member or a Diamond member. Never experienced such rudeness and inappropriate behavior from the front desk assigned during the day. The manager is futile and useless, no help extended. Checking in has become a problem but worst is that we got charged for a valet parking fee which we didn t avail.

Don t get me wrong but we will be checking in still coz of the amenities and some staff but we regret that we have to wait until these people were put into place if not discharged.

Go and stay to another Hilton hotel!

Very nice hotel! Pillows are kind of uncomfortable, but it's not a deal breaker!

we liked it and the pool area is nice. not too far from nyc. also a newer hotel than the hilton in westchester

The service was very good and the rooms were very nice and clean. The bathroom was good too

Had the best experience in this hotel. Hidden gem right outside of NYC. The outdoor pool was shut down mid-day on Labor Day which was disappointing. Other than that everything was great

Super friendly staff. They keep me coming back to Hilton even though I have Marriott and Sheraton closer to my work. My wife and kids are in love with the staff here. To the point my wife baked a cake to thank them.

Short Hills Hilton is several notches above usual Hilton in facilities and staff.

Was able to check in an hour before expected time. Room was clean and well outfitted. Overall no problems with our stay. Would stay here again without question.

My room is located in the back with a great view. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean.

Rip off. Stayed for a wedding. They did not give us wedding rate. Made bad excuses why. Food is fair, at best, and too expensive. Rooms need to be renovated.

The food was good at the restaurant. The waitress was also very nice. I loved the decor.

Great place, rooms were clean. Staff was wonderful. The corporation's pricing needs to realize it's not the Ritz Carlton in Manhattan. . . .

I was there for an organization's annual event, gala. The hotel did a very poor job of accommodating the group. No late check out available so we had to be out by noon although the brunch didn't start until 11am. The event was to end a midnight Saturday night/ Sunday morning the hotel turned lights on and began taking tablecloths at11:40pm. They wanted our money bit showed no appreciation nor flexibility. It will be a long time before I stay in another Hilton property.

Absolutely stunning location. Perfect for venues or just staying the night. Definitely high end and modern. Without losing its elegance and classical nature. Staff were extremely friendly. The ball room and cocktail lounge were phenomenal. The room itself was gorgeous, and bed was very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

The location was a little difficult to find due to the way the streets are set in that area. The hotel itself is beautiful and the fact that they happen to have charging ports for both Tesla and Non Tesla EVs are a definite plus.

Got a massage at the spa with my wife for mother's day and had a great experience. Very calm vibe and one of the better masseuses I've had. Getting to spend a little time by the indoor pool and hot tub afterwards wasn't so bad either! Would definitely go again for a special occasion.

Clean, quiet, underground parking, restaurant with a bar. We got a room for the disabled, so it was very spacious. We had a good view of the forest and stream from the window.

Very rude costumer service. Make sure before you go there's no construction. They woke us up at 7am on Saturday with all the construction noise when we complained they said there won't be any construction the following day and again they woke us up early morning. I called the front desk complaining at 1st she hung up the phone on us then she was kind enough to send us up some Tylenol for my headache... Real disgusted by the way they treated us

The Short Hills Hilton has been the upscale hotel of choice in the southwest Essex County area for years. Directly across a very busy street from The Short Hills Mall, it is still an impressive place. I enjoyed lunch there with a friend. Service was attentive and the food surprisingly good for a hotel. The Hotel also boasts a Spa -- haven't been there in years but it was quite good -- and banquet and meeting facilities. Gave it four instead of five stars as I haven't been in a guest room for ages and the underground parking lot can be forbidding.

Beautiful facility... Clean comfortable rooms. However, upon arrival, the reception desk clerk was very uptight and moody! Not very welcoming. Plus, there were Only 2 'bath' towels that were placed in the bathroom... Needed to ask for more.
The rest of the staff was extremely nice and friendly... Especially the wait staff in the "private" breakfast buffet. I expected 'more' from this HILTON.

This is the nicest hotel near the Short Hills Mall if you're in the area for shopping or a corporate event. Good special event space for weddings or corporate functions.

Courteous, comfortable, good food, and centrally located

The outside food policy is really dumb. Wouldn't let someone eat a slice of pizza in the lobby. Apart from that, rooms are great, staff was helpful.

Its a gorgeous hotel! Staff very friendly.. makes you feel like home. Their dining experience was extraordinarily great!
Edited: once again.. great experience during the Christmas break! Absolutely love the decorations and the Gorgeous Christmas tree!

The staff was excellent, extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help and never seemed put out by it. The hotel was beautiful and nicely appointed as were the the rooms. It was the nicest Hilton I remember staying at. The food was quite good in the bar and the main restaurant. It's literally across the street from the Short Hills mall, which is very upscale, and they offer a shuttle. The hotel is relatively small, but had everything I needed.

Definitely exceeded expectations. The rooms were comfortable. No complaints.
