spacious rooms, complete amenities, complete facilities, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. only yesterday was a little annoying at breakfast because I used serial numbers. because PSBB maybe yes
Great hotel in the middle of bandung city. Only few minute from train station and food center. Have good building and well maintained
The hotel is not far from the station. On foot, about ten minutes. Breakfast is a sumptuous, European, Indonesian, Chinese varied breakfast. The room is wide and cozy, all bath products are supplied with the Crabtree & Evelyn brand.
Great place to stay. The transportation to and from the hotel might be a chore since it is not near taxi pool. But, a new mall opened next door and probably would attract the taxi.
It is located in heaviest traffic area on Bandung, so be prepared.

5 star hotel in Bandung city. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Want to be with friends in a standard room with a large, comfortable double bed
Good location, great property with great guests. But a 5* hotel without welcome drinks is a disappointment; it gave us an unwelcome feeling when check in and during our stay. The good thing is they serve delightful ice cream at breakfast. The coffee is good but the tea is poor (dilm??).
The ambience of this hotel is comfortable, especially the lobby and restaurant. There is a children's playground with special hours, not big but comfortable enough for children to play. The room is also quite comfortable.
this hotel has a good hospitality. all the employees serves us like King and Queen. the breakfast food was good but sadly it didnt have various food. the pool was great. the room was nice. it also has jacuzzi and sauna but i think the jacuzzi cleanliness has to be questioned.

Well, if you eat and stay here, it's definitely delicious. View the facilities, the delights. My recommendation is the coffee, then ... the goat roll is great ... there are 2 versions of sauce and soy sauce. the chili sauce is delicious. the smell of smoke in the meat makes meat taste legit

This is a 5-star hotel but I have already booked and checked in at 4pm in the afternoon and was told to wait 2 hours. Because the kmr is full even though I have info I want to check in at 2pm
