Orang Indonesia suka diperlakukan dengan ramah oleh orang lain dan sangat suka bercerita. Di hotel ini karyawannya senang bersikap ramah dan mendengarkan orang lain bercerita. Jadi secara sosial Hilton mampu memenuhi keinginan tsb. Selain itu hotel ini bersih, rapi dan nyaman.

A luxury hotel with a lot of facilities. It also has a large hall at third floor with capacity untill 1000 seats.

The hotel design is so natural, they use a lot of glass so almost every room here does not need any light from the lamp anymore. Sun light that go through the room has bright enough and make our eyes so comfortable.

It located in the heart of Bandung City, so it is a good choice if you want to go around with any public transportation (city bus, angkot, ojek, or taxi).

The hotel is good, the service is very good and the food is ok too. I am glad I can stay there.

Saya itu type orang yg sangat senang mencoba tempat2 baru khusus nya hotel bintang 4 dan 5, ini kali pertama saya mencoba staycation di hilton bandung.
Pelayanan nya excellent, kamar nya saya booked yg type premium tanpa breakfast. Begitu check in saya minta upgrade kamar untuk bisa dapat akses ke executive lounge tapi ternyata type kamar executive lebih kecil hanya 45m persegi sementara yg premium 53m persegi akhirnya saya hanya upgrage untuk akses ke executive lounge nya saja 3pax. Dan service juga makanan nya sangat mengesankan saya, makanan nya enak servers nya semua ramah.
Swimming pool nya keren, ada tenis meja juga, ada sauna, jacuzzi, spa dan gym. itu lokasinya dibawah swimming pool jadi akses nya bisa pake tangga sebelah tempat ambil handuk.
Menurut saya sangat recommended
