Great start! We are here for the week. Upgraded to a King for our honeymoon. Ocean view. Tons of shopping and restaurants on site. Beautiful.

No hot tub available in the evenings. This resort is getting so large with seven towers it almost feels like you re on an overcrowded cruise ship at times. We were woken up a few times during the night by loud partying guests staying in the same area of the hotel. I had to get up twice and go out to the hall to ask them to be quieter.
I didn t know there was an adult only pool until the end of my stay as nothing was mentioned at check in but once I did I discovered this, after much frustration, I could find a spot to sit and relax. The main two pools were overrun with very many little children (so many in fact that I just kept thinking there must be a lot of pee in the pool ). Good for families. Over crowded for romantic couples. Disappointing for a high end resort. Nice thing is you can request A room to shower and get cleaned up if you have to check out early and Have a late flight / departure. Lots of restaurants nearby and areas to walk. Rooms were very clean and nice.
Attended a birthday party at the lagoon. Very beautiful and clean. Very friendly staff. High recommended.
Lovely place expensive food and drink and longer and umbrella hire for beach a lot of money
Not good services.
I did not want to use this hotel again, and it was so bad that I would never come to Hawaii again.
Your team is there to help what ever we need, huh?
If it was your best, our choice was wrong.
When I call from the room to reserve a restaurant or activity, no one comes out.
No one goes out again and again.
There is no callback.
Bed making seems to be less than a picture only with a $ 5 chip.
Correspondence for Japanese people such as restaurant in site was unpleasant.
You can make a decision by yourself.
If you want to ask for dinner slowly in the room, there is nothing but the food in a box like To Go.
It is cheaper if you ask the restaurant of the restaurant that looks delicious with DoorDash.
If you want to boil the water and ask for an electric kettle, there is no kettle and you should use a coffee maker.
Did other people also point out the same thing, but would you like to improve it?
The wallpaper and ceiling of the room are peeled off and drooped, and the hole is open, and it can not be said that it is beautiful for flattery.
What is the gap between the toilet paper holder in the image?
Upgrade from semi-suite to suite this level ...?
There is no bottled water.
Amenity also only shampoo etc.
As it is inevitable that you can not drink alcohol on the beach because it is America, the feeling of a resort is ruined thanks to the alcohol provided in the plastic cup of cheap .
Who wants to receive this quality service and buy time sharing here?
I went to Cancun, Malta, Guam, Italy and the resort, but it was the lowest vacation.
If I wanted to go to Vegas, I wouldn't fly all the way to Hawaii. No natural beauty visible anywhere around.
Very nice place. Wish we would have booked here for the conference.
A mixed bag. Condo style rooms are great, but often hundreds of yards from the beach. Restaurants and stores are mediocre. You're better off staying down at the other end of Waikiki Beach if you don't need a condo with kitchenette, etc.
Sunset over the lagoon.
There were quite a few people watching the sunset.
Ebi Yatai was also busy.
Bad customer experience. Room booked well in advance only to be told none available on the check-in day after a long flight. Was moved from room to room (not simple when travelling as a family) because they gave our room to someone else. They seem understaffed and systems out date to cope with peak demand of summer. Given the lack of customer service and attention to this matter I would suggest that it is not a once off and it happens far too regularly. Will be visiting the Sheraton next time as my expectations were exceeded when staying with them.
It's a nice place for big events and vacation. The facilities are beautiful and close to the city and shopping.
Place is almost too big and staff were not great compared to most other hotels I've stayed in. It kind of feels like they are so busy, they don't care about individual guests. Stayed in 2 different towers (the oldest and the newest) rooms were pretty similar.
Lots of great shopping, resturants and can see firewoks friday night by beach.
Nice but they charge to much and don't a accommodate anything a bit extra. I needed thermometer and tweezers for first aid, they told me to go buy them. No laundry service is frustrating too, we stayed for a week and spent $5000 on a hotel room, complimentary laundry would be nice.
Friendly staff, great central location. Accommodations were excellent.
It was wonderful. Loved my view from my room. The hospitality was great.
Love the pool with water fall n slides firework show on fridays is awesome to
Beautiful place, nice starbucks, seen some celebrities.
Great service, great people, great Halloween event.
Nice place to visit. Lovely lagoon, but the "sand" is not great at all. It's hard! Anyway, some good shops and restaurants.
Stayed at the Kalia tower with an ocean view, you can see the fireworks from your balcony and hear the music below even 20 floors up. Beautiful resort, very nice people and the food at Bali Steak and Seafood is the best for foodies. Local delicacies and seafood that are amazing and if you want a steak the Filet melts in your mouth. The pool in the Kalia tower is right off the spa on the 4th floor and is the quietest pool for adults though there are no pools that are adult only which would be nice. There is a store called ABC where you can buy almost anything at a good price if you want to eat in your room or forgot to pack something, not all stores are expensive as the other postings state. It is clean and beautiful and no more expensive than than the New York Hilton's. Loved it!
Really nice property but 40+ dollars for parking per night is just obscene. The first night pulling out of the parking garage we found out our room key not properly programmed so we had to look for almost an hour for someone to let us out since nobody was at the booth. We also noticed that they put dirty sheets on our bed when we were checking out and the lady at the reception just said "sorry, next time tell us to change our sheets".
The room we had in the Kalia Tower was very rundown and out dated. The carpet was dirty! As a Hilton Diamond member we didn t get much a perk. I will not stay there again.
Being a Front Office Manager at a Luxury hotel, the service received by Front Desk agents was horrible. Felt very unimportant when asking for anything. I even gave them the opportunity to Upsell me, and they decided to just not help. Very sad as the Village is a great location. However I feel that certain type of guests get better personal treatment than others. Guest Service staff as well as bar servers were OUTSTANDING. For a person who just spent A LOT of money in the village, I got ZERO support from the front office team. Very sad.
We loved the easy going vibe of this place. Staff were really good. Loved the food and drinks. Also had music on stage..... awesome. We went here twice for dinner and once for lunch. A favourite for us.
Great all around! Check in online and sign up for rewards before you arrive to avoid the long lines!
Pretty busy place but the rooms were nice and clean. Views were great and the staff was very friendly.
The hotel is located perfectly near the beach. The ocean view room had an amazing view. Perfect for viewing the fireworks show. My only complaint is that there were issues at check in being informed that I was located in a different tower than the address given. However I was offered a golf cart ride to the correct tower. There was a variety of shops and restaraunts locacated right outside of the hotel. Great experience overall.
Beautiful beach and warm wonderful water. However the hotel charges $18 per beach chair and $34.00 for an umbrella. For 2 people that's $70.00 per day just to sit on a beach at a resort that you've already paid for. I think that's ridiculous and taking advantage of hotel guests. The fireworks were lovely on Friday night but not very many activities especially in the evenings, like music or dancing. Happy hour was only at on bar and for only one cocktail. Beers were reduced but only the Mai Tai cocktail was reduced. Airport shuttle dropped us off in an area that looked like it was for backdoor delivery of produce. They were not allowed to drop us off in the lobby. There were no bellman to help with the luggage so we had to walk our bags quite a ways away from the lobby over bumpy stone walkways. This was not what we expected from a Hilton resort.
The staff however were very friendly, helpful and polite.
Great beach that offers everything. Friday evening definitely plan the fireworks
Great place to stay in Honolulu - was booked full so they gave me a top floor suite with a stunning ocean view. Very pleased!
As a guest of another nearby hotel, we just stopped in here for a drink. Service was friendly and what you'd generally hope for in a busy outdoor bar. Drinks were okay, nothing too remarkable. Live music was being performed that night. If you're in the Hilton Village area shopping for souvenirs, this is a decent place to grab a cocktail and/or quick snack. I wouldn't make a special stop in however.
Stayed in the Ali'i tower which is nice. Good perks.
The pools are average or below average for Hawaii. Although the lake is nice.
The Hawaiian show and fireworks on Friday nights are great.
Resort has a lot of amenities and restaurants which is very handy.
The main issue with the resort is the insane amount of people. It's pure chaos. There are too many people here and for that reason alone I would likely not stay here again.
Went for an event called epic aloha. Service was great
Right on the beach, lots of shops and facilities onsite, but a bit outdated.
A crazy resort with waterfalls and shops, several buildings, 4 cafes and restaurants in the complex. There is a lagoon, private beach, boats and surf lessons. Everything is expensive except for an abc store - convenience store chain. We have upgraded to its most renovated ali'l building a private honeymoon pool. The staff is very kind and nice. Dough does not take half an hour after a day of flights. And in Dough Out we found out that we had an extra tax of about $ 50 a day that we missed out on booking. Although our mistake was going towards us and making us a tax discount. Overall satisfied with the hotel a good experience.
We love it here!! Everyone treated us so well! Plus you gotta live the views! Don't be worried about the resort size. It's really not that bad.
Clean. Lots of people. Good liquor (for a hotel bar).
Nice place nice beach. Chair and umbrella for the beach are too expensive. Had room 1212 in the rainbow building. Clean and good view of Marina
The room we got was big but older, the breakfast buffet was wonderful and not too expensive. It has several pools and not too many jacuzzis which are very full at all times.
The resort location is beautiful. The rooms are accomodating. The room service company, Fresh Connection, is horrible. Nothing is actually fresh as the name would imply. Yakisoba is like instant ramen with no identifiable meat or veggies... It's like it was microwaved. Same with the Orange chicken. If there was decent room service the stars would be full. I wish there were two towel racks by the master sinks, one by each sink so we don't drip water every where. And a few other small nuances like that. However, their ability to cover maintenance and security needs feels delayed. This is a huge resort. Everything you need is close and the experience is fine. I just prefer a more intimate guest service.
Rooms were good, service was amazing. Would definitely go again.
Too crowded in a very busy business area. We normally stay in a different Waikiki hotel in area
Otherwise great staff, clean rooms.
Hilton Hawaiian village is almost a destination trip by itself. I stayed in the rainbow tower and the views were spectacular. The Friday night fireworks from our balcony seemed as if they were done personally for us. The rooms are clean and pretty standard. There are plenty of pools at HHV as well as a big lagoon for stand up paddle boarding, or swimming. There are numerous dining choices ranging from cheap to expensive. One drawback about HHV is if you rent a car, parking, loading and pick up can be exhausting at times due to the popularity of the resort. Parking in the garage is expensive but that falls in line with other hotels in the area.
Overall, I would recommend HHV to my friends and family.
Navy Masquerade Ball,Hotel was nice, food was great.
Beautiful vacation spot. So close to the ocean and tons of adventures to take part in. Absolutely will return
The view from our room was stunning and the weather here is consistently nice. The service is really friendly and responds quick to any requests you have. They also have a ton of staff that are there to help you whenever you have questions.
I did not stay here but walked through many times. They have a beautiful view from here. They have a ton of different stores and restaurants. It is very nice.
The customer service here is beyond amazing I locked my key in my room I called customer service and they were quick on response also the aloha vibe they give off the the customers on point keep up the great job Hilton worker's keep doing what yalls doing reminds me of all the hilton's I've stayed at throughout my life
Ate at Tropics. I think that was the absolute best service I've ever had at a restaurant ever! Cindy, was amazing!! I cannot say enough how great that experience was. Service was amazing!
Awesome!! All the staff we have met have been extremely helpful and friendly.
We lived close by to the Hilton and are always there for a good time
Nice bar at Tapa. Beach (bar) also nice. Great fireworks on Friday . Rooms at Tapa towers bit old, need renovation.
Just from the outside though,,havnt been in the inside do to covid closure
I was going to stay overnight at a resort that both men and women would be satisfied with, but I am going to leave the airline day to be regrettable.
The facilities were great. However, parking and how parking is laid out throughout the floors isn't as efficient. Parking is pretty expensive here as well to attend conferences.
Loved the resort! Beautiful views and location. All staff were very kind and welcoming! Probably would just have to complain about Hilton's awful bed mattresses! you can literally feel the springs! Ouch
Wonderful sites to see. Not a bargain place for anything but it is very nice.
It was hard because my child got sick on the airplane going to, but I was able to enjoy the trip due to the gentle support of the hotel's Japanese staff and others
Of course, the infrastructure such as pools and lagoons in the hotel and abundant restaurants were also great
Had a great time! Activities we're fun, but hope that next time I sign up for a class there are enough mats! Elsa in Rainbow Tower, Floor 5 took EXCELLENT care of us! Every. Single. Day she wanted to serve us and with a smile, not just because it was her job, but she has a great heart and beautiful, contagious smile. I truly want to adopt her, or have her adopt me so I can learn from her!
Lovely location with great outlook
Good service would return people were really nice
They weren't all that. Check in was horrible. They gave us the wrong room, in a bad way. For the most part maid service was great. Price of room and for food, need take loan it, expensive!!! Weather was awesome
