I loved it so much I called to stay another night! We are staying here next year for spring break

Love going to the Hilton Resorts. I always know the level of service and quality will be good.

My 3 time in a roll & more to come.
1st time was my honey moon.

Reserved a 2 bedroonm and a studio adjoining to accomidate our family. Got the wrong rooms, was given one on the 2nd floor and 1 on the 1st floor. So much for family time

Definitely not an adult only resort, but it's a nice place, and the staff is very helpful.

Easy check in and check out. Love having the convenience of being able to allow additional family stay if they so happen to pop by. Everything is always clean and guest services are always really quick to provide ammeneties we need! I would review the pool and other locations, but we mostly enjoyed having family time watching movies when we weren't out and about. . . Plus it was too cold to go to the pool. AND the giant hot tub in the master suite was glorious enough for us not to miss the one out by the pool.

We are leaving in the morning. What a wonderful stay we have had!

Nice hotel. Has a good layout. Awesome swimming pool and food. Appliances were outdated and the room was only clean one time in 5 days. The elevator had a leak in the ceiling period expected a little better from the Hilton

Love this resort stayed here last year and liked it so much we became owners and are back again this year. The rooms are spacious the staff is very helpful.

I will not recommend this to anyone. My family & I stayed here over Christmas 18-27, 2020. Before arrival I ordered a air purifier for our 2 bedroom suite. Myself, my husband, my mom & our three children were staying here. We got the 2 bedroom so my mom had her own privacy and the kids can camp out in the living room on the pull out couch.

First day 18th we got in super later around 11:30 pm check in was smooth and we headed to the room. The next day 12/19 we did local shopping & enjoyed the area itself. On 12/20 we spent our first day at universal! No problems we were only in the room to sleep. On 12/21 we left super early to universal again but we came back to have lunch together and as we sat down to eat at the table I looked up and there is a vent cover that is COVERED in mold spurs!!! I was not happy! This 110% not okay with me.. I didn t complain about the left over hair from someone else and used toilet paper and un cleaned bathroom when we first got there because to us it was a minor thing and we brought cleaning supplies. We notified management right away!

They of course apologized and said they will see what they can do to move us and offered us a $100 credit to our account.. well that s sweet but doesn t fix the major issue on hand! So we get back from universal around 9pm finally make it to the front office and they end up moving us to a 3 bedroom elite room! Sounds great right? Yea we thought so to... but NO! We clear as day stated the next day we would be at Disney and would return at noon for lunch and we would get the rest of our belongings out of the old room. Management agreed and everyone was on the same page! Right? Wrong!

12/22 first day at Disney! My mom stayed behind because getting up at 5 am was not her cup of tea so she said she d catch up with us at noon! Mind you get room in our old room had a separate door so she still stayed in the old room since it was so late the night before to move everything. So my mom is in the shower doing what people do in the shower and someone walks into our old room!!! She first assumes it s us but doesn t hear our 3 amazing kids so she gets out in just a towel walks over to our side and bam there s a cleaning lady! No effs given just in our room UNINVITED just picking through our things!!! My mom kindly asks her what she is doing and as it turns out there s no English to be spoken or understood! Now idk about you but if I see someone standing in just a town and wet hair I will politely apologize and excuse myself! But no this lady continues to clean and do whatever she wanted!!!!! It s only 9:30 am!!! We said we would be back at NOON!!!! So my mom calls downstairs and they end up calling the lady to leave FINALLY! At this point I am fuming and we leave the park early because we have text message exchange with the front desk telling them my mom is still there and we would be back by noon!!!!

So I am fuming! Not only is my moms privacy violated but her HEALTH!! Hello there is a WHOLE pandemic! And you just walk into someone s room and STAY???? Oh heck no! All I got from the front desk was sorry your upset we don t know what s going on with cleaning right now but here s a $50 extra credit ummm if my mom gets covid and dies is that $50 credit going to help? No it s not and it s very unacceptable!!!

So here s where it gets EVEN WORSE! We moved rooms to their newly renovated elite 3 bedroom room.. which no doubt it is beautiful and very well decorated.... BUT.... ummm guess what!! SAME MOLD SPURS!!!!!! Idk how you can have mold spurs but be brand new! For a front desk lady to say that elite room is typically only for our property owners... which I know you are but y all are on the lower end of points so typically we can t give you that room you know what... we work very hard and to even invest with Hilton and be told that EFFF YOU! Seriously! Enjoy the video and pictures! WE WONT BE BACK HERE EVER AGAIN! They didn t even refund us our points!!!

Hilton Grand Vacations SeaWorld Resort is beautiful. We purchase tickets to Universal Studios but we flew into Orlando and we did not rent a vehicle. Once we purchase the tickets at Hilton Grand Vacation for SeaWorld we were not told the shuttle has to have you scheduled in to be picked up and drop you back off. The facilities would have gotten 5 stars but due to this lack of communication it cost me therefore I would only give them 4 stars

Very nice place. There were 6 of us, and we fit nicely into the suite. It isn't a hotel, but it felt like it. They had everything that we needed there. (If you are picky about your tissues, bring your own.) I was a family guest, but I would seriously consider this as a vacation place.

Lovely resort. Rooms are gorgeous. Staff is friendly. We love this resort. Everything about it.

I'm a Hilton Diamond member who travel alot for work. I've stayed a bit of everywhere, this is by far my favorite Hilton hotel. Jacuzzi in the room, patios and so much more.

There's quite a few factors with our review. Upon entry the hotel is very nice and secure. The lobby is nice and the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was quite a wait to check in.

Parking at the building we were staying in was decent. The elevators were pretty sketchy but worked. The room was dated. The room was clean but could use improvement. Rooms are very close together, so with loud neighbors you can hear everything, and if the people upstairs have heavy feet, you'll hear those as well. You can also hear everything going on in the hallways. We came for a short time and had plans for the days we were here, we didn't get a chance to check out the pools but they looked great.

Brings us to our final day. We get a knock at our door at 9:30am. It was a housekeeper asking if we had a late check out, I told her no, she then snips back at me that check out is at 10. I told her I'm very well aware and I still have plenty of time. As we walk out of the room at 10am, she's waiting outside our door. I found this to be rude and very unprofessional.

All in all it was an average hotel to stay. We will probably opt to stay somewhere else on our next trip to the area.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool was great. Perfect location. Minutes to everything. Would stay here again anytime.

Our absolutely favorite go to hotel in Orlando. From cleanliness to excellent services will always have us coming back. After staying here multiple times we decided to become owners to continue our family vacation traditions.

They are remodeling and the fumes from varnish from the kitchen cabinets was awful we should have changed our room.

You're missing out if you haven't been here. Nice view, but bring your own food. Dining is not cheap.

Absolutely amazing, so much for the kids to do and the adults as well!

Had a problem with our first room. There were a few stains on the bed sheets. We got a new room and everything was great from there.
It was a very nice 3 night stay that I had.
The breakfast was good. Eggs were a little runny but overall everything was pretty decent. I loved the little area they had for the waffles.

Just stayed here for 3 nights. Place was very nice, clean and well maintained got to meet Ramon Carrasquillo very nice person and well informed. He was patient and kind with my family and I. Thanks Ramon! We will definitly come back

Room was dirty and last night there a COCKROACH walked across my bathroom counter!!!! Parents stayed as well and had to have room move due to water issues only to be put into a room where the lock fell off the door. Manager would not speak with them regarding any of these issues and parking was HORRIBLE!!! Avoid this place at all cost. I can't even sleep bc I am now afraid that a roach may crawl on me in me sleep!

It is a Hotel Quality. It is recommended for the whole family ...

Stayed here 3 nights with my family, the staff is helpfull
and the pool is in a good shape. Rental Tennis rackets are available for free as well as the court. The room needs to have some small repairs and I would not recommend to choose a first floor apartment which is quite dark if you like daylight. Next time we ask for 3rd floor minimum to have some sunshine in the living room and on the balcony.

Great location! Walking distance to Sea World and an easy drive or Uber to both Disney and Universal (yes, we did all three). We had a screened-in porch, which was great even in December. Sit-down and walk-up restaurants onsite, even with room delivery. Interestingly, none of the bathroom showers have doors, which makes for a messy bathroom floor.

Beautiful place we stayed a week & we were very pleased with all the staff and the room during the pandemic. The beds are the most comfortable of anywhere we have been! We had more room than we expected and 2 balconies all decorated very nice. I loved having a washer & dryer in our room for the week & the Crabtree & Evelyn shampoos, conditioners, soaps, etc... All very nice! Everything was super clean and staff wearing masks and hand sanitizing stations also location is great. Another plus was being able to see the Sea World Fireworks show from the pool at night. We will definitely be returning soon loved it!

Rooms were a good size. Decor and finishes are starting to be dated. Buildings are spread out, so be prepared to walk a good bit to get to pools, etc. Staff were a mixed bag. Main desk staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Concierge staff were rude and unhelpful.

Have stayed here 3x in the last 4 years with our kids when we visit Disneyworld and other attractions in florida. We are hilton gold members and love the kitchen, pool, and laundry service at this hotel. That is why we continued to go back despite the not so great service. I swore to myself after this last stay, that I had to write a post because I do not think we will be going back.
The overall staff and housekeeping is to the point of nearly downright awful. The front desk staff is not properly educated and you will be told 3 different things from 3 different people. Not one person gave us the same answer for 1 simple question.
I did not know until this last time that the staff share the same elevator with the guests. On one morning, I had the housekeeping lady literally put her foot inside the closing door just so the elevator door would reopen - for her to get in. On other mornings, the housekeeping staff would send the elevator up/down depending on whom they were sending it up/down to (the other employees). On a monday morning, I had to wait exceptionally long to get up and then back down the elevator, only to be stopped FIVE times in one trip all by different hotel staff members. I cannot believe that they share the elevator with the hotel guests with their "painting" supplies be carried in the elevator with the guests.

On the day of arrival and departure, we never ONCE had our bags taken up to our room or down to our car by the bell hop. I know they do this because all other times we stayed there, we've had this treatment in which we tipped the staff. On the day of departure, it was a lot for us -- 3 kids, (1 being an 4month old), so we called for a bell hop. We waited 45minutes and no one ever showed. So we took our belongings down ourselves, while we waited endlessly for the elevator to stop on each floor for the "staff" to get on and off. Mind you this was not prime check out time. It was 9:30 and a monday morning....

Overall, this is the type of lousy service I'd expect at a Best Western, NOT a hilton. Maybe if they stopped trying to sell their timeshares and actually focus on their level of customer service they'd have happier guests.

We loved it! We spent four nights in the one room king suite. The pool area had lots of options for our three year old to have fun. He loved the splash pad area (only area where water is not heated so it's really refreshing during the hottest parts of the day.) They also have a partially shaded playground area that is perfect for young kiddos. Kitchen had everything we needed and the balcony was nice in the evenings to enjoy some breezes without any bugs thanks to the screen. My only complaint is that the water had a strong sulphur smell--but I guess it's like that everywhere in the Orlando area. We will be back.

Great location for SeaWorld and other Orlando activities! Nice hotel resort. They do like to garden early in the morning which disturbs a morning coffee in the balcony. But it means the grounds are very well maintains. Great location for families.

Beautiful resort. Friendly staff. Loved the pools and games (ping pong/pool/shuffleboard) on site. They have a nice paved walking trail around the lake. The suite itself was really comfortable. Perfect setup in the kitchen with dishwasher and disposal. Laundry room.
Only negative: while we were there they did some painting in the room next door and the ventilation must be connected cuz we came back to our room one afternoon to unbearable paint fumes. They offered to switch rooms but we were connected to family in the adjoining room so that would have been a pain. We just opened the windows and several hours later it was bearable.
Oh - one other negative - the garbage for the whole unit had to be passed every time we went to the pool and it was REALLY foul smelling. I don't know why they don't put that farther away.

Loved the resort the staff and the rooms. Could have a better shuttle being so close to the attractions.

We arrived for our room with a friend at 10am before our 4pm reservation. Unfortunately our names hadn't been added to our friend's reservation so we couldn't check in until she arrived at 2. Everyone was very nice (we even got free water bottles!) and kept us company while we waited. A big shout out to the staff especially David and Mike!

We ve been coming here since 1996, bought in the first phase of development when there was only one building and a swimming pool. We were so disappointed this year: Had to wait 3 1/2 hours to get into our room, even after the4:09pm check in time; pressured sales to buy more points from Elite to Elite Plus; no answer when calling for housekeeping and service. The worst was cockroaches in the unit and in the bed. Probably will not return.

The best hotel for service and everyone is so friendly and helpful . Looking forward to comeback and bring friends

4.5 * stars. Great place to stay. Great pools and activities for the kids. Almost any item needed to stay for the week is provided. Only con is the carpet in the rooms will make your feet black on the bottom, easy to clean off though.

Nice place to stay!! Don't expect them to honor late check out requests even if your a gold honors member. I had to threaten canceling a future stay to even get a small time added to checkout.

This place is so awful. I normally dont write reviews but my experience at this place was just really bad. I checked in at 2 am in the morning after having my flight delayed. I was given a room that was not clean meaning that the bed was nor made, the sofa bed was not made, there were dirty dishes in the sink and towels on the floor of the bathroom. When I called in to the front desk, I was told that they would look into it and call me back. After 2 minutes, I called back and said that I was going back to the front desk. once I got to the front desk, it seemed like they didn't know what to do and made me wait 30 minutes to get another room. when they did get me another room, they couldn't give me a card key to my room and had security open the door for me and told me to go back to the front desk to get my keys. In the morning, I went back to the front desk and told them that I needed the keys to my room. The girl proceeded to program my keys and handed me keys to the previous room that was unclean from the night before. I told her which room I was in and she looked confused. I asked he if the people from the night before had a note about what happened and again she looked confused. By this time, I needed to get to work and told her I would come back in the afternoon and to not give my room away. When I get back in the afternoon, they were able to finally give me my room key, but whenI get to my room, my room was not made. I called Anthony the supervisor and told him that they didn't clean my room and he seemed surprised and apologized. I told him for tonight I'm good but to please have the room cleaned the following day. he then said he would leave some drink vouchers at the front desk. At this time I think all is good until the day I'm checking out. On my door in the washroom is the biggest roach I have ever seen. I would never stay at this place again.

Loved our short stay here. There is so much to do at the resort, that we plan on coming back again for a longer stay. Love that it is right across the street from SeaWorld - we were able to see their fireworks show from our balcony.

Loved their attention to detail, and caution with covid. I observed the DVD movie rentals being cleaned, I was given an individual container of sunscreen at the pool when I forgot mine at the room. It was raining and an employee offered to give us a ride in the cart. The cleaning staff after they cleaned asked if I was happy with her work.

It took me 2 weeks searching for a place for our week stay in Orlando and it paid off. This place was GREAT Covid clean, very accommodating, bed was very comfortable. Well worth the money. Close to SeaWorld and all Disney parks! Look no further this is the perfect location.

Very nice complex lots of activities for families in or out of pool

I was in a newly renovated room and it was just gorgeous. It was a long, long way to the restaurant and there is no room service, but it's just not that kind of place. If you're on vacation this is likely fine but if you're exhausted after a long day of work, heads up. Beware the timeshare salesmen in the lobby unless that too is your thing.

Our go-to property for South Orlando. We have annual passes to several Orlando-area theme parks, and when we want to make a weekend of it, we stay with HGVC Sea World. The location is perfect, right across the street from Sea World/Aquatica, and just down the road from Discovery Cove - HGVC Sea World is withing a few minutes from Disney and Universal. They have shuttles that can take you back and forth as well. A concierge desk can help you get tickets before you step foot on property as well, which is a huge time saver. There are poolside movies, a movie theater, multiple pools, playgrounds for the kiddos, charcoal grills, and an activity center as well. The food on site is good, but most rooms bigger than a studio come equipped with a full kitchen. Makes for a fantastic opportunity for a romantic dinner, if it is just you and your significant other. Secure grounds and in-room safes add to the secure feeling of this well-manicured property. We love it here!
