It is a beautiful place.. first time we came last year we evacuated from Hurricane Florence from Myrtle Beach,, and we went to a seminar will never go again the lady left us sitting over 45 minutes by ourself came for 10 minutes and then left again so out of the 90 minutes which was almost 2 hours she spent approximately 45 minutes with us that was the only downside of the first this time we're here for our anniversary a total different area by Parrish pool I believe it is totally different not paid much attention too by the pool area or even room cleaning we checked in on Friday the 18th was beautiful Saturday through Sunday!!! Monday 10/21 & today 10/22 no coffee, no shower washcloths no refill on toilet paper or tissues.. hod to dial zero 4 service and a lovely man I think his name was Abraham not sure came up and delivered what he had to give us in substitution for kitchen towels but at least we got toilet paper

Maids walk in to my room several times saying if I was checking out ,shower had a roach,waited 3 hours for toilet paper,open sofa bed,very dirty.

The service has been spectacular! The staff is always nice. The rooms are clean. The pool is lovely. Lots of great amenities for kids and adults.

First time on vacation and I loved the hotel. The room my partner and I got fit our needs. And the pool it was just great.They have a bar right infront of the pool and I like the activies they offer.

our room was spectacular for our needs. pull out sofa actually tolerable, no bars poking in your bones. some functional oddities in room but nothing that hinders use. love the screened in balcony. hated concierge service with the vacation package. they only "work" with you on a problem where it benefits them. a multi billion dollar industry, I expected better resolution. we are definitely looking at vacation ownership, but will not be with this company.

Room is great! Doesn't seem like a hotel. Very clean and nice staff.

Wow, what a great place!!! Many amenities from food, pools and a little shopping. Great to have Starbucks coffee near the lobby!

Lovely venue for a family holiday. Good facilities. Friendly and professional staff. Sone of the common areas where not clean or in good repair. I remember the lift in our building was nor clean and had several of the trim items damaged or broken.

Simply Amazing! Me and my wife went for our honeymoon. We got there early and they got our room ready and gave us a 25$ food voucher for waiting. The shuttle to and from Disney was great. It was on time and coming back the front desk people escorted my wife out of the van! Totally Cool!! I will def come back! Heated Pools!!! Our Room/Apt was flawless!!!!

We love it. We go there yearly. Very family friendly also. Clean, friendly, and reasonable priced.

Maid came at 9am asking when we were checking out. She was rude to us when we said we had until 10am to check out.

Probably good for US-style family vacations. Activities (Ie: compulsory fun) every day, pools and play areas. Not a good choice for business accommodation. Good service. They should offer umbrellas for guests given the often wet weather and walking distances between the sprawling buildings. No real coffee, just a small Starbucks. (Automated espresso, not real espresso.) Breakfast acceptable, but not included.

The best hotel in Orlando! They have great rooms, amenities and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Everything was great, except at the end of the stay there was suddenly an issue with my payment. Now I am stuck with 4 different charges on my card for a two night stay.

As long as there are rooms available, we stay at HGV SeaWorld when we are in Orlando!

We always have a great time here. The staff is very friendly and always waving. The rooms are just the right size. It's just like our home with everything you need (refigerator, microwave, dishes and utensils).

The kids love the pools and there are always activities going on. Lastly I feel safe. This is very important when I travel. I see security around the property and they are always smiling but get business done when needed.

I stayed here for 7 nights and was not totally satisfied. My TV was not working for 2 nights and engineer did not came to check it. 2 days my room was not cleaned. Power outage one night. Overall friendly staff except for one of the front desk supervisor.

Love this resort. Staff is very friendly, property is clean and the suite I stayed in is huge. I love the design of the rooms with the hardwood floor very modern. My only dislike was the shower, it needs to be scrubbed or at this rate may need to be renovated to match up with the remaining suite which seen as if work was recently done to it. The bed will swallow up in a trance it is so huge and comfortable. Great getaway.

Great spot! Lots of amenities and stuff to do, and we'll located for doing thing other than visiting seaworld!

Great stay! We had a one bedroom condo with a full kitchen. We had everything we needed. Pools were great. Walking distance to SeaWorld. Resort well maintained and clean. Very nice. No complaints.

The service is excellent and the rooms were very beautiful and cleaned. Will be staying here again.

My husband and I enjoyed the enclosed deck and kitchenette. The room was clean. The room was remodeled and up-to-date except for the bathroom shower. It needs to be updated up to the standards of the entire room. We were told there were designated smoking areas on the property in addition to the one out front with an ash tray. We asked two different staff members and were told about 4 different locations. None of the locations were equipped with ash trays but after asking again we were assured of the areas. As soon as we sat down to smoke in one area that we were advised by staff was a smoking area Security approached us to say it was a non smoking area. And it was so odd that it was the one and only time we saw Security during our 4 day stay. When we told him we were advised by staff it was a smoking area he apologized and pointed to another area he said was for smoking, no ash trays provided. There are still smokers in the world. Most want to be considerate and abide by the policies of the resort, but it is very hard when you receive contradicting information and ash trays are not provided. If you do not want smokers at all let it be known and potential guests can decide ahead of time if they want to stay at your facility.

Reached out to the General Manager but still haven t heard from him since the last 9 hours
Would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

So we just finished our stay at this hotel from 10/09-10/12 and I was definitely taken away with how well maintained and clean this property was! This hotel is set up like an apartment complex and has different buildings to stay in and has a security gate/house you have to pass through each time you go in and out. We were placed in the Padget House and it was fantastic!

Our suite was very spacious and clean and even had a balcony with a great view of the pool. Our main reason for picking this hotel was not only the great price but the location and how close it was to Sea World. Yes you can literally walk to the park from here it's barely a mile if that. My wife was shocked at the price we paid as she was certain it should've been more because of how nice and clean it was lol. A lot of the amenities for the hotel were closed for obvious COVID reasons but the pool was still open and a couple of the snack bars. We will definitely stay at this place again for our next time in Orlando.

This is a beautiful resort! And even under the rare conditions we had to travel during Covid-19, I enjoyed my stay, felt comfortable and knew they had our safety in mind before we even got through the gate! They offered PPE, and had safety standards in place!
They are currently shutting down the pool and gym at least once a day to clean them and letting you know by phone message when they reopen! They definitely have your safety in mind!
This was our stay for our first 2 days of our week long trip, but we are absolutely considering returning for our last 2 days as well.
The staff are accommodating, and more important to me... FRIENDLY and WELCOMING!

Wow! What a great place!! The rooms were HUGE! a full bedroom, full kitchen, dining table, pull out sofa - huge bathroom. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and all the people we met were friendly and helpful. The food at the little restaurant is great, and the service was very good. They deliver some food to your room - which is a big plus with small kids tired after along day at a park.
The pools were excellent - even on a pretty crowded day - 30-40 people in the pools, there was still lots of room and was very pleasant.
Would definately stay agin - especially for the price - best value we found in 2 weeks in Florida!

1. Greeting was A+ for a Hampton Inn regular.
2. Breakfast was above average!
3. Room was extra comfortable

Unfortunately I am currently staying at this location for work at the moment, and have been placed in the unfortunate situation of connecting to a room with a very obnoxious, loud and rude family that stays up late. I can't sleep at night due to them turning up the TV, the random screech coming from one of their girls, and them following up with their own shouting voice. Upon calling the front desk three days in a row all they say they can do is send security over to tell them to be courteous. Can't relocate me to another room, can't relocate them either. Also, they charge you for earplugs here so that option is out. In another situation I probably would have been fine, but in the situation I am in, this is pretty rough. Definitely wouldn't recommend staying here based on customer service alone.

I had a room in a recently renovated room. It was very nice. Several pools with hot tubs. A market place that was very reasonably priced. Discounted tickets to SeaWorld we're available. The resort also had several daily activities available for both kids and adults (only a few required an additional fee).

Nice property and in general very friendly staff. The property had a room for watching movies, computers and a printer in the lounge area, a small market, a bar and beach grille, a patio area for eating, couple of pools (one with a waterfall), a couple of hot tubs, and a playground for the kids. Guests can borrow DVDs for free to watch on the the DVD player provided in their rooms.

Best vacation place, pool is awesome, service is great

Staff is very nice, the outdoor pool area is fantastic. Very kid friendly, yet still has areas that seem to be more peaceful and angled towards relaxation. Great amenities, and the rooms were very nice. Only con we found during our 4 day stay was the food from the coral reef restaurant by the pool area. High prices, and the food was not good at all. Paid 60 bucks for 2 entrees and an appetizer. Would've been okay if the food was good, but it wasn't. However the rest of the facility is wonderful, the staff was incredibly nice, and the resort is very beautiful. All in all, awesome stay, just go out to eat or order delivery.

A great kid- friendly hotel if you and your family are looking for things to do. Also great for active, or not, couples who enjoy amenities and leisure. This hotel offers several large swimming pools, several hot tubs, ping pong, pool table, fitness center, a grorgeous walking trail, basketball, tennis, playground, kids activity center, dance lessons, trivia...the list goes on and on! There are also shuttles to/from common theme parks: SeaWorld, Aquatica, Busch Gardens, Disney, etc. Great place to stay! Enjoy!

We Stayed in the studio which has a king bed in it. The bed was so COMFY and the pillows were AMAZING because they were nice and squishy! Tons of space! The bathroom is nice aswell! The pools and Jacuzzis were awesome! It's also right down the street from Seaworld and Downtown Disney. This hotel had friendly staff and they also gave us a free Quick Que for seaworld since we booked online! Who ever is reading this, y'all need to stay here!

Hotel 1 bedroom is roomy and great. Cant loose with Hilton. Did timeshare presentation it was very professional a little pushy at the end . But we survived saved a bundle on tickets. Love this location centrally located to all parks . Don't forget legoland great for younger kids.

The grounds are beautifully kept and its in a great location. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Our interactions with staff were a mixed bag, one was helful and 2 were rude. This hotel is right by SeaWorld and lots of great restaurants nearby.

Upon check in they didn't have me on the guest list. The gate keeper questioned me like I was in the wrong place. Off to a rough start but after that everyone has been very professional. Everything is less than a 15-20 minute drive (pending traffic). Perfect location. The room is great. The daily housekeeping could use some improvement on the bathroom. They left a dirty footprint in the tub.

Not located with in walking distance of restaurants or shops. Lots of loud construction going on directly behind the resort. Over all not what is was describe to be. I'm rather disappointed.

The rooms are quite nicely furnished and spacious. Walkable to SeaWorld. Thin walls, though. Note that Hilton Honors benefits are reduced at this property.

It was Okay. Far better properties around for the same price.

Hubby and I had a GRAND time. Looking forward to vacationing there again soon.

Great location and a lot to do here. Could use a few places more to eat such as In-n-Out burger, but I guess this is the east coast.

Did not enjoy my stay at the hotel at all, my family and I were offered to watch a presentation about timeshare in order to receive discounts on Disney world tickets, the presentation lasted 4 hours and was a total waste of our time, as we weren't given the discounts we were promised, in addition to that staff were very pushy. Moreover the rooms weren't properly cleaned and the beds were uncomfortable. Will not stay there again.

Great hotel and property. Be prepared for a time share sales pitch upon check-in. They've made it a mandatory part of their check-in process to try to get you signed up for a presentation. It is very annoying when you just want to get to your room.

So I finally achieved Diamond Level as a Hilton Honors Member. It's worth nothing. Can't get an early check-in, can't get any upgrades, no perks nothing. Oh I get points, well I get points being a first time user, so what value really comes from behind ng a Diamond member.

Amazing! I couldn't have asked for better vacation. The resort is wonderful. Extremely close to SeaWorld. They have a shuttle and even received 2 free Quick Que passes for our day at SeaWorld. 3 pools, kiddie pools, small playground, 2 hot tub, deli, restaurant, free dvd rentals and I could go on. The room was amazing. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer screened in patio/balcony. 6 place table and chairs, soaking tub. I mean the room is like an apartment . You will not be disappointed if you book her.

So I stayed here once before for 2 nights and loved it. Fast forward till last week... it was just ... ok... the customer service is a nightmare we tried to extend out stay another night after staying 5 nights so I go down to the lobby like i normally do when I want to extend my reservation... they told me to call their reservation system, so I did. The women on the phone had no idea what she was talking about she didn't even know whar hotel I was speaking of. I was so frustrated with her that I again went back to the lobby to see if they could just extend my current reservation, well I had to deal with the rudest front desk employee I ever met she said well we have the hotline so either u call them and stay or check out now. I just spent over 500 bucks for the few days I was there you would think especially now with so many business closing because of covid that they would be a little more helpful. I ended going back to the room to pack and its 830am check out is 10am but yet housekeeping knocks on the door 5 mins later asking if we are leaving or not...just like that. Maybe I'm old school and appreciate customer service. It is a nice hotel to bad my wife and my family will never stay here agajn.. I'm a Hilton honor member I always stay at Hilton and never ever had an issue like this before. Not a great way to end my anniversary vacation.
